We have been coming here for 10 years. We love the location but over the past years the laundry room machines are out of order constantly, grass cutting once a month should have been at least every two weeks and quality of cut could improve. Too many water and electric off followed with 4 day boil water.

Pool needs to be heated to at least 86 degrees like last year. It was barely 83/84 degrees, way too cold for most campers and way less enjoyable. The majority are elderly and therefore more sensitive to cool water. Thank you

Park is very clean and bathrooms were immaculate! Employees were very nice and helpful. We had trouble hooking up our cable and getting cable to connect to our tv. Maintenance came promptly and Tim stayed until we got it fixed!!! He even stopped by later to be sure it was on! We will definitely be back as there is so much to do there.

We enjoyed our stay at this location due to the friendly staff and fellow campers, we picked this resort mostly because of the golf course which we played almost daily, it was in pretty good shape, the grounds keeper is doing a great job. we also enjoyed a lot of the activities as there are a lot of options to get involved with if you want, only issue we had is we were under very large tree, messy

Excellent resort and staff. Had some issues this season with electric & water outages due to installation of new park models, which should have been delayed until the end of the busiest season, but all in all the disruptions were minimal. Looking forward to next season in 2025!

Had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities and activities that we wanted We would like to see that possibly the power services are updated . We loved the area where we were and have booked the same area again. Unfortunately there were issues with the breakers and believe with all the larger units being purchased to enjoy stays at the camp it would be appreciated that they get upgraded.

We stayed four months this winter and experienced multiple power, water and cable outages while paying a premium for our site. While some improvements are slowly being made to the resort, the children’s playground has been out of commission for several years. Seems like that should be a priority for a campground that has families visit.

Excellent site layout, size, hookups, separation, landscape, and campground amenities. Clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Worth the money.

Amenities were great. Some improvements could be made (e.g.Concrete on many pads were broken, dog park is small). Overall, adult pool was nice! Separate pool for kids/families was a plus! Bar, food, and camp store are on the property, so you don't have to leave. Stores nearby for anything they didn't supply. Pet friendly (for all breeds and sizes)! Big O trail for walking/biking nearby. Good time!

We’ve spent winters there for 9 years. Love the park & amenities. Great staff! Wish campers were allowed to volunteer to help with more activities/events. It is our home and we like to be involved.

The staff that you have works really hard with no permanent manager on staff. Andrea is awesome at entertainment!! The water was out way too much this year. Your grounds need some repairs like signage out front with no light. Faded KOA flags. Burned out up lights at front entrance. The street signs have words missing. Buildings need color updates. Need new weight lifting equipment in gym.

Love the people, RV`s.... Hate the Electric, box blew up in the middle of the night close by. NO new sign as promised, grass cut once a month, trimming terrible, water on and off constantly, then boil for days, electric off and on. WIFI is worthless, washer and dryers always broke, terrible drainage, and you raised the rates.

The adult pool water was not heated as previous years, it was colder and less comfortable. It made my stay less enjoyable.

The place is the ultimate! Great staff, facilities & so many amenities & activities. We were never bored! Keep this place a KOA forever! We love it.

Too many “Sorry for the inconvenience “ notifications to rate at 5 star. No WIFI to available to purchase the whole time we were there, I understand it’s a 3rd party provider but it is advertised as available & very inconvenient when on an extended stay. The Corp that now owns this site seem to have little respect for their staff or KOA values. The People & Staff will keep us coming back.

Always enjoy returning to see old friends. All the employees work hard to keep the campground operating smoothly. A few of the “new” rules I did not agree with but will probably be back next year.

We really like this campground. On the positive side there are an abundance of activities to keep you entertained. The staff is wonderful and everyone is very friendly. On the negative side, there is a shortage of staff that needs to be addressed. The laundry machines are abysmal. They are constantly breaking down. Also, the playground needs to be addressed. It is sad that it is unavailable to use

The staff at this park are amazing and I suspect greatly underpaid and under appreciated by the park owners! Many water interruptions, cable interruptions, no internet! They smiled through it all. The park is in desperate need of upgrading. Laundry facilities are hit and miss. On the high side great activities and many wonderful friends to spend our winter with

4 month stay. Very happy with site and activities. Our pad carpet was shredded by lawn people, office was informed, nothing done. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Ever since this park was purchased by Encore RV Resorts it has gone downhill. The employees, while understaffed, are great but the management is horrible and has turned over about 3 times. Washers and dryers are always broke, electric and water shut off constantly. Facilities close early due to understaffing. After 6 years we will not be returning.

It is a great park. A lot of changes with new management. Don't mind paying for the services but when you have no wifi and no cable for the first 3 weeks, it was annoying. Washer and dryers were broken often. The power was shut off several times, the water was shut off several time, then boil alerts. The KOA staff are super. Great activities, they make the park great. Bring back the old park.

Camping needs a lot of upgrading. No kids park, cement pads all broken, Picnic tables need to be replaced for plastic tops and be able to sit 4 comfortbly. Shuffle board needs upgrading. Beautiful park that needs lovin.

There needs to be a lot of electrical improvements made which has been promised over the yeas but very slow to see any major progress. Water and sewer issues just need to upgrade all site connections. The park and people both workers and campers are all very friendly. Lots to do with 2 pools and all the activities.

We love coming here and the staff have been wonderful. Didn’t love our first site because of the shade and the constant shower of leaves and bird poop and the concrete pad is broken up and a bit dangerous but we have asked for a different site when we put our deposit down for 2025. Love this resort and the activities and amenities and our neighbours were amazing ♥��
