Staff good. New owner's policy is terrible. Have to sign 5 pages at check in. No dog fencing at site, no drinks by the pool, to many negatives to list. Use to love this place but will not be back unless they change there policy.

The cabin we stayed in was nice. The bathroom showers were nice and roomy, but the bathroom stalls are quite small. They have a fantastic pool and rec room. There is also coktails at the Shanty next to pool it is relaxing, And close to the casino, 25 min., and fishing pier

My wife and I had a great time we enjoyed the adult only pool, and the shanty bar. especially Theresa the bartender. it was fun to talk to the local folks and hear the stories. Vanessa and Dave

We only stayed for one night on our way back home but the place was beautiful (although it had been raininig a lot)... got to see a beautiful sunrise. It seems to be a great place to stay a few more nights.

Dog park could be better groomed. Grass was let go way to long and no weed eating was done. Still same old flooding after a rain. Maintenance seems to be falling behind. Our site 99, the covers for the cable and the cable metal box were off. Cable connections are lose. Office Staff were nice this time as opposed to our last stay

I brought my 12 yr old Grandson. We loved the cabin. He spent all day fishing , 10 ft from the cabin. Had everything we needed. Everyone , who works at the KOA is very nice. We will go back again.

The campground was flooded and not passable in some spots. The general store, miniature golf, golf course was closed. You had to pay for internet, no cable TV hook up. Dog walking consist of wet soggy grass. For the price we paid, and our first camping experience, It was disappointing to say the least. The only good part was the pool and bar. We were given wrong combo to enter the gait. Sad!

Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Didn’t really get to enjoy the whole camp ground because of all the standing water from the rain.

It was horrible got moved three times and I tried to contact the general manager and they did not get back with me. My cabin almost caught on fire and they did nothing to accommodate me. Crappy customer service

We chose to visit the KOA after some major rain and most amenities were closed, will have to go back for sure. We thought it was a great place, spacious lots and local activities and restaurants. Be cautious of the fire ants, they seem to be abundant, got bit up detaching out power, water etc. Have a plan for the pets in case they wander onto a nest. See ya there again.

Lost 1 day of payment due leaving early. Left early because we had to walk through inches of water to get off of tent island to bath houses and more rain/storms were expected. We survived major rain storms and possible tornado in tents and could not do another like that. As regular customers, it would be great if we could be credited for 1 day.

Fantastic facility as always ! Love the pool and amenities. Very strange check in this time we were asked to initial and draw lines through five different papers ??? There were no spots to initial and very confusing. kept handing papers back and forth because of this very poor directions .If you want initials there should be spots to at least do so. Still very nice facility as always

My husband is sick we needed shade thankful my brother was tent camping he had shade and he could be out side the pool area had shelter and so did the lounge we could set outside with drinks and him a cigar

All good better Koa Moore haven lady was nasty rude she called sheriff n kik us out 3 vpoupls we ask her why there no umbrellas by pool n my friend slask to charge his stuff from store n then she said we ask to manny questions cop came n gave us paper for our money back

Nice, quiet stay. We were just trying to get away and unwind. Perfect timing and ability to just relax. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was terrific. Showers and Restrooms very clean. Definitely coming back again.

Completed check-in and prepaid before arrival so when we arrived it only took a few minutes to get a parking pass. Friendly staff, enjoyed entertainment on memorial weekend at pool and Shanty bar! Adult pool, family pool and hot tub are well kept. Beautiful golf course views and cool breezes. Disliked sewer connections, grass was high but it was getting cut as we were leaving. Will be back again!!

Stay was great as usual. We have becoming for 28 years. Prices continue to raise each year so we must be cautious on spending. For example, Firewood is now $11 per bundle, and we go thru 15-20 bundles. It should be clearer on what is included in the cabin rates. We rent 5-7 cabins each year and it seems like more things are not included, i.e., paper towels, garbage bags, utensils, coffee, etc. TY

We absolutely love it here! So many things to do and we love to fish, which is why we come to Okeechobee. The staff is very friendly. We frequent this KOA and they never disappoint.

I think the new management has gone overboard with rules. I don’t see why having a beer on the side of the pool in a plastic cup should be a problem. We have always done it in the past and remember this the adult only pool.

We had a great weekend! Music at the pool and Shanty were great! Grass needed to be cut, but understand it's the rainy season. Tried to make reservations for 6 sites but was told to call in July. Not quite sure why you can reserve for a month but not for a long weekend....for 6 sites that want to be near each other. Hopefully it will work out.

It was better than when we have previously stayed. Golf course back open etc. Music was good all weekend. Since we live close the only request we would have like is that we could possibly be allowed to check in before 1:00 if the lot is empty (without being charged an extra day).

We love coming here but there are less and less things for kids to do half the thinks in the park we’re broken there were hardly any activities for the kids bingo. Only one time in the middle of the day. Also never any music at the family pools always music going on at the adult who actually told by staff members that the new owners don’t want this to be a family park. What is Shane?

I signed papers for no barking dogs yet the people across the road from us had dogs that barked non stop in a tent that was put up on their lot. As I was pulling out the man then confronted us and says are you leaving because of our dogs and that they were told to remove tent by koa employees. Should have never gotten to that point but we were checking out anyhow.

I was very disturbed about having to physically sign the park's 4 page rules and regulations document line by line before we arrived. This is way over the top. Worse than this were the people driving around midnight in golf carts with music blasting waking us up more than once. Rule Enforcement? Also for $100+ a night I do not expect to be facing the bath house. Certainly not private.

Great service, all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Awesome amenities, I loved that there was an adults-only AND a family pool. Stayed in a tent site, which were well maintained, on the small side though. My only "complaint" is how close together tent pads were, but definitely not a deal breaker, we just had to buy some earplugs.

The campground was extremely clean, has lots of amenities and concrete pads. However, having to sign a 4 page list of rules upon arrival really made us feel that we were not wanted at this park. We only stay at KOA campgrounds and have not encountered this in the past. Sorry to say, KOA should feel ashamed to have their name on this park.

While the staff was friendly and helpful it did not reflect through the park. I understand that the park in under new management and ownership and it does appear they're trying. But just because you have a ton of amenities doesn't change the look and vibe. We stayed in a premium patio site and first thing we noticed how beat up the patio was. Couldn't find one special thing here!
