We just slept, it was clean and nice. Getting down the road for our site was a challenge however that could be on us, as we drove 700 miles through storms and arrived at 10:30 p.m. ��

It's a great place but next time I would pick the back instead of the front. Too much road noise. The staff is great and very nice.clean place amenities is great too

We were greeted with smiles and a flower for mother's day! Everything was explained clearly. As they drove around, they checked in to see if everything was okay. Definitely a great spot to revisit.

We only stayed one night at the Oakdale KOA Journey but stayed here last year in 2021and knew we wanted to come back. Very clean, well laid out park and super-friendly-very-happy lady, who I think was the owner, brought us to our sight and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a lovely place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful, well maintained park. It has a large dog park that allowed our dogs the ability to really run and stretch their legs. It's really easy on/off Hwy. There is road noise but that is to be expected being right off the road. We'll be using them in the future.

Early start of the year. Not all is open, but one can support oneself. It's nice to have a port in a storm. I left Oakdale and have arrived at Bismarck. I will leave there on Friday for Portal Saskatchewan and to further my journey to the Arctic Ocean.

Oakdale is a hidden gem. Small but really nicely built. Very nice and helpful hosts.

The staff was friendly, but this campground is right on the highway, so a lot of noise. Also the dog park did not have very good fencing ( on one of them). It was old field fencing that was on the side of the highway!! A small dog could get out and run directly into the traffic. I am glad we noticed it before we put our dogs in. Another guest may not be as lucky.

It was okay, the bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the overall appearance of the KOA was nice. The internet worked well. When I made the reservation I had to change it. On the phone, I was told the $9.94 fee would be waived. When I arrived I was charged the fee and that annoyed me. The individual that guided us to our site was not very friendly.

Showers had mold inside the base of the showers. When useing the bathroom the light sensors for movement needed to be relocated so light's would stay on. To close to the highway to much traffic noise.

Loved the little touches like the homemade cookies upon our arrival and little treat bags for our fur babies. Very nice campground.

We liked the camp ground because there was plenty of space between camp sites and the sites had established trees. The pull throughs were easily accessed and level. Melissa was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We would recommend this KOA to others.

My Friend Carol and I were on a Road Trip we are both over 60. When we could not find a RV Park for the night we called Oakdale KOA and Melissa was there to help us out. She was our Angel. She gave us the exit number and gave us direction. She met us at the office after hours to make sure we were ok and showed us to our lot. Melissa was there for us she was our ANGEL. Thank you Melissa.

Over night stay.Very friendly hosts who shoe you to your site. Very clean easy hook up and easy to get to. Very convenient off the interstate on and off. I highly recommend.

This was just an overnight stay as we began our full-time RV adventure. We needed a quiet place to decompress for a few nights. Very clean and quiet, much enjoyed!

Campground is very clean and organized. Great staff at the office and nice products. They accommodated our family group of 3 campsites. We are scheduled to camp again next year.

Once again, we had a great stay at Oakdale KOA. We loved our stay so much that we are booking the whole season for next year. The new ownership was a concern but the new owners have fully embraced the customer service mentality. We felt welcomed and valued. I look forward to the spring so we can get back there. This is our favorite campground (we camp approx. 145 days at various KOA's).

The park is well maintained and you can really see the owners take pride in this KOA. They were also so friendly and welcoming. This is my 2nd year back and I'd Iove to stay there again!
