We have a motor home and camp all over North America. We couldn't believe the hospitality afforded us by the delightful owners. From escorting us to our site on their golf cart, to delivering us fire wood. Our site and the park were pristeen!! . Their final very impressive act was to give us a full refund for our last nights stay, when sickness occured in our family, and we had to go home!! WOW!!

I can't say enough good things about Bonnie. We were coming in at night time on a Sunday and she was happy to show us to our site. It was a back in and she helped us by shining a light and guiding us in. She was very helpful, friendly and personable and loves what she does and it shows! We will definitely be back the next time we want to hike the trails! Thanks Bonnie!

Nice sized lots. New infrastructure which is very clean and makes it easy to setup. Dog enclosure a nice touch. Friendly staff. Thank you.

Great Views and service, the campground is centrally located whether your taking the Newfoundland Ferry or driving the Cabot Trail or Visiting Louisbourg fortress.

It was a very clean and tidy camp. Washrooms and showers are clean. The folks running it do an excellent job. They take each camper directly to their site so there is no confusion where to go. If you need something, and they have it, they bring it to you. We needed service on our camper and they directed us to an rv place that got us going . Excellent customer service

The staff were super and very helpful in assisting me with a vehicle issue. The wifi was weak and difficulty connecting. It was a great spot to get to the Cabot trail. It could use some sprucing up.

All went well. It was just what we needed. Bonnie was helpful with information about what we neded in the communityl Good maps, etc. Place was easy to find and the price was reasonable. That was especially nice.!!

The staff at the North Sydney KOA were very friendly. We only stayed for one night as we were catching the NL ferry in the morning. I loved that they escorted us to the site and made sure that we were parked properly, room for the awning and near close enough to the hookups before leaving.

We stayed for 13 nights and visted all around Cape Breton. The owners are very friendly. They make you feel like family. We had a great spot with an awsome view. I would highly recommend staying at this KOA.

Jason and Bonnie were great. We arrived late and they made our stay great. We had technical issues Jason offered tools to sort the issues. Great location with water views and mountain backdrop. We will go again.

The site is well located for day tripping around Cape Breton NS. The owners a very friendly and more than willing to help out when unforseen issues occur, whether they are on or off site.

This was our first time to Canada. We stayed two nights. Bonnie, Jason, and Kodey were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. We did not want to leave. You cannot beat the view from their pull through full service sites. The owners are very hands-on with their business, which results in incredible customer service. We were blown away by this KOA and will definitely come back.

We were in transit so stayed just one night. It was pouring down rain but the owner guided us to the site and helped line us up. Sites were fairly flat so didn't have to do any leveling. Views are fantastic so next time will stay longer.

The campground owners were incredible to help when my wife had a medical emergency. They helped us far above to help us. We will never forget them.

We spent two nights at a site on the upper tier. It provided us a great view and amazing sunrises. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were shown available sites and got to pick the one we preferred. The washrooms closest to the office were very clean, including the showers. There is laundry facilities but we did not use them. However, we did check them out and they looked good. There is also a building with fitness equipment. Similar to the laundry, check it out, did not use, looked good. We were traveling with our small dog. The campground is very dog friendly. There is even a small off leash area. Enjoyed our time here and are planned to spend a few more nights on the back end of our vacation.

The only "bad" thing I can say about this park is that we've never been able to spend more than one night. Great location, clean amd great service.
