The camp is pretty and laid out nice. But my deluxe cabin had rusty forks and knives. The coffee maker was full of dust. I feel they did not do a good spring cleaning on the cabins. I was disappointed with the product I got.

This KOA was simply wonderful. The views were spectacular and such a blessing to wake up to every morning. The staff was exceptional- always accommodating, working hard, and making sure we had the best experience possible. The sites were wonderful and walking around the campground I always felt safe. It was such a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This is one of our favorite KOA campgrounds. This was our third visit here and we already have reservations for a week in late Sept/early Oct. They are very friendly and accommodating, and the park is always kept immaculately clean. Thank you.

We stayed at the North Sydner/Cabot Trail KOA for the Celtic Colours Festival in October. It was very quiet and pleasant. The view from our campsite was spectacular.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful site and level, clean bathrooms and fantastic service from the owners. Would definitely stay here on return to the area.

Only stayed one evening as we wanted to be near the ferry terminal. Staff were very friendly and even have someone show you to where your site is, which was excellent. Park was nice and clean.

Scenic spot, clean. Helpful staff/owners. Road noise from nearby highway a bit of distraction, but not enough to prevent staying again. One of only campgrounds open when we went through area in mid October.

We had the most wonderful stay, and the campground is amazing. The most beautiful view of the water, and very quiet and well maintained. Our son was married on the weekend we stayed, and the owners let us leave our Motorhome….free of charge….so we could take our other son to the airport. We highly recommend this campground and the people go above and beyond to welcome you.

Bonnie and Jason are exceptional guests ! We were the only one in their Campground when Fiona hit the coast and the were nice enough to make us room and adapted electrical hook up behind their house so we could be away from the 120 km / winds !!! Thanks again !!

After an exhausting ferry ride from NFLD it was nice to have a clean, close place to lay our heads down and relax especially in the aftermath of hurricane Fiona. Warm and hospitable our host Bonnie was. Truly a step above all other campgrounds!

Some unusual campsites, but bathrooms were clean. Owner, Bonnie, was very nice and gave helpful info regarding driving the Cabot Trail. Also appreciated that she accommodated our one day delay in arriving due to weather conditions on PEI and unable to cross the Confederation Bridge.

Stayed in deluxe cabin, it was great but could use a bigger fridge. Points scored for dog park, really liked that feature. Big points scored for wonderful staff Park could use touching up, a bit of paint here and there.

Stay was adequate. Location was the reason for our stay. Campground is not the best. Sites are relatively small and close together. Not much privacy. Staff was friendly.. .

You can’t beat the campgrounds proximity to the Newfoundland ferry. We enjoyed our stay using the campground as the hub of our touring of Cape Breton especially the Cabot Trail. We used the campground as both the departure and arrival back of our ferry to Newfoundland…..

L'emplacement était correct mais la pression d'eau n'était pas suffisante. Le pot à feu n'était pas sur le terrain mais de l'autre côté du chemin????

Jason and Bonnie went out of their way to help us out when our truck broke down at the campground. They actually cared and made suggestions on how we could still make the trip fun. Also, the spots were easy to get in and out of and the view was beautiful.

Bonnie was the kindest host and so good to our 18 month old daughter. I love that they have a bath tub for children at this location: every KOA should! It made Abi so much more comfortable and reduced our stress. The location was beautiful and close to the Cabot Trail. Amenities were all there and very clean. We really appreciate everything, Bonnie!

I loved my stay at this KOA. Each day I would take time to enjoy the surroundings - water on one side and a beautiful red rock mountain behind. One of most relaxing KOA stays ever.

We spent two nights at a site on the upper tier. It provided us a great view and amazing sunrises. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were shown available sites and got to pick the one we preferred. The washrooms closest to the office were very clean, including the showers. There is laundry facilities but we did not use them. However, we did check them out and they looked good. There is also a building with fitness equipment. Similar to the laundry, check it out, did not use, looked good. We were traveling with our small dog. The campground is very dog friendly. There is even a small off leash area. Enjoyed our time here and are planned to spend a few more nights on the back end of our vacation.

The only "bad" thing I can say about this park is that we've never been able to spend more than one night. Great location, clean amd great service.
