We had a great stay, so many activities to occupy the children. Bathrooms were very clean the whole time.

Everyone was very friendly. We have been coming to this KOA since our kids were small and now we bring our grandson. Lisa is the best. Always in a great mood

Overall a good time. Friendly staff, no serious issues. The sites are rather small. We had an upgraded site, but our neighbours were extremely close. The sewer connections are raised, which makes dumping waste water challenging.

Pretty ridiculous people are paying good money to be there, yet forced to put camp fires out at midnight. Very disappointing. And your security guard takes his job WAY TOO SERIOUSLY

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. We actually didn't want to leave and will be booking for this coming Thanksgiving. It is very clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful!

The site is well positioned with lots of things to do and places to see. However the site itself is cramped and the pitches are very close together and some are also back to back. The patios are worthwhile as they give you more room and the furniture is great and well cared for.

Nice campground in a bad location unless you like to walk to your adult entertainment (pot and go-go's) located on the other side of the street. I wish this campground was located more north. Niagara-on-the-lake saved my trip from being a complete disappointment. Amazing town and bike trails. Best thing to do is keep looking at the car in front of you when you are driving out of the campground

Went with my 5y/o grandson. He loved the camping experience. We intend to make it a yearly event. Something that is our thing to do, just before heading back to school.

This is one of the nicest KOA’s we have visited. Two heated pools, two hot tubs, great playground for kids, beautiful bathroom/showers. The sites were level and well maintained. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay and this was our first time using this camp ground. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Small events for children were very appreciated. We will return for sure.

The check-in staff were lacking in ability to search numerous ways for reservations. Did not seem well trained, nice young kids just not extremely extroverted and confident in the reservations system. Maintenance fellows were terrific and suggested great motorcycle routes. The sites were clean however I think for one of the most expensive KOA's the sites would be more upscale.

Wow I’ve never met more helpful park employees! The bathrooms and showers were pristine! Enjoyed the pools and hot tub. It was so convenient to have a we go bus stop right outside the park. You are doing it right!

Been there multiple times. This time didn't like my cabin. We had originally asked for the same cabin as the last visit but the greed to get an extra $25 changed that because close to $1400 (taxes included & b4 rewards discount) wasn't enough. I don't understand the $25 charge. Why not first come first serve. We were 3 adults 1 child, only reason we got a 36' cabin was because we liked previous 1

It was wonderful. So many activities for adults and kids. Great family campground. Very clean and very close to restaurants, stores and about 3 miles to Niagara Falls.

Found it very expensive $160 a night for a 50 amp site. Site so narrow we couldn’t open the awning on our trailer more than 3 feet because of a tree. Poor site for a 5th wheel trailer.

Stay was good, park was packed us Labour Day weekend. Only thing I’d say is that laundry could have been cleaner. Also we bought bus ti keys to the town, the girl at reception could have sold us tickets to the falls but it wasn’t offered.

The rules say that 10:00 pm to 8:00 am is Quiet Hours, but I couldn't sleep well because of the loud chatter and singing that kept going on until 1 am.

we already explained to a store front the experience that my friend had at the tent site while camping the very first time at KOA by our suggestion . Definitely , i will not convince anyone i know to camp with us because i felt guilty for their bad experience

The only concern I have is one of the workers. I think her name was chelsey. She was not nice. Not friendly at all. Seem like she had a chip on her shoulders.

Very good Public Transport link to the falls and Main POIs. No Car needed. Well Maintained Site and Lots of facilities for kids

Had a nice stay except for all the marijuana being smoked all around us with no visible enforcement of any kind even though it is marked in the rules. Not happy about the drug use not being enforced.

Stay was good however very loud music and very noisy till midnight though quite hours starts at 10 pm. Very good place for kids. Bathrooms were clean.

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
