This is a great KOA, two outdoor pools, and indoor pool, hot tubs and saunas. Super clean. Nice property with lots of trees. Fantastic location close to the falls and other attractions. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff - clean, quiet, comfortable. Wifi could have been better (wouldn't stay connected) but you don't go camping to get on wifi, so, not a big deal in my book. Also, Kamp K9 was very small, even though there were two, and the sites with the PawPen, the pen was also very small. But, we didn't need that type of site so, we were happy. Would definitely stay again!

This KOA is an absolute gem!! I've stayed here twice in the small cabins and would stay again. Highly recommend purchasing a WeGo pass from the KOA for getting around the falls. There is a nearby train that runs by once in the early morning, but certainly not enough of an inconvenience to deter me from staying here again. Only mentioning it because it is startling if you don't expect it!

We stayed in cabin 10. Everything was clean and ready for us. There was 4 of us on a golf weekend. One draw back was both mattresses (bed and futon) were very worn out. They should be replaced.

Très bon séjour au KOA de Niagara Falls, personnel très gentil, camping avec plein de commodités notamment le bus WEGO très pratique pour aller en ville depuis le camping. Nous avons tellement aimé notre séjour que nous avons prolongé, ce camping est très calme et est parfait pour se reposer.

The accessible cabin was amazing. We found the cabin to be very clean and well stocked. The Keurig was not working but staff replaced it as soon as I asked about it. Staff very friendly and responsive. Our kids loved all the free activities like mini golf, wagon rides, etc. Indoor pool was very clean and a great temperature. Everyone was very welcoming and inclusive. We will definitely return!

First someone was working scraping washroom wall when we were eating. We were offered a campsite beside the dump again while we were having breakfast one camper hose broke and all overflowed.

Short but sweet overnight for us. Spectacular campground, lots to do, bus ride away from the Falls, and very clean. We will be coming back for a longer stay next time!

This was our first experience staying in a cabin. We had a studio, perfect for 2, which we loved & also the proximity to the falls. We missed having a kitchen sink and a safety bar by the tub as stepping out of it is a long way down. The cabin was clean with the exception of the floor. We spilled some water which revealed a very dirty floor. Happy to have a clean BBQ upon arrival. Dottie & John

It was great but all other Koa’s we’ve stayed at had a barbecue included and internet that worked satisfactorily all the time. Staff could not have been more gracious.

Our 28 Deluxe Cabin was immaculate with everything needed to stay and enjoy! Staff was fantastic, friendly & courteous. The grounds were beautiful, hard to believe this gem is tucked into an urban area. If I had to be picky, I would wish for the water to get a little hotter and the cooktop to go a bit above medium heat, but I would imagine those are set for safety reasons as well as economic.

We had a great week cycling the parkway. The KOA was clean, friendly and convenient. We loved staying there and would do it again.

My only issue is the fencing on the dog runs. My chihuahua loves to go without her lease as much as a larger dog does but the fencing around the run near the games area is not good for her. The chain link one at the back of the park is better but there were still gaps. ( the gates and where the chain link meets the back wooden fence)

We booked in the off season a with expectations of a more quiet and peaceful environment, The site we chose was advertised as quiet and close to the front of the park. It was at the front fence with a Sikh temple fronting us, a few loud seasonal campers to the left ,and on a gravel road. IT is a BEAUTIFUL campground, but why not give us a nicer site when the park was at low capacity? DISSAPPOINTED

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
