Sites were spacious and well-maintained. It is unfortunate that it rained a lot while we were there. It would have been nice for my 3 teens to have a clubhouse to play games in and watch some TV. There were minimal activities during the week and what was available closed at 8pm.

It was great!! (The only thing was the person at the hayride. There was a definite line to get on and the person took the people from the middle of the line before the ones in the front. Not sure what was up with that.)

Cest un camping calme et respectueux des règles. Le bloc sanitaire est propre et bien entretenu . Nous avons loué une cabine pour notre séjour et c’était parfait . Je rajouterais par contre un lavabo à l’intérieur. Ça serait très pratique. Le seul bémol, la piscine intérieur l’eau était brouillée un peu .

Stayed in a cabin. Very roomy wish there had of been pillows if no linens though. Only other issue was carpenter ants and lots of them. I notified the desk on checkout.

Staff were very helpful and friendly with quick service. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed spending time in the outside spacious deck.

The stay was good the amenities are many and all staff did a great job working doing their job! The only downside I could say is they put me in a site with the way the vehicles were parked by damaged the front of my camper because I had to cut it too hard and the corner of my bumper went into the front rock guard there really is inadequate spacing for larger trucks and campers on some of the full

The camping is clean and well staffed. Our stay was very enjoyable. And we will very likely go back. Actually, we would certainly go back if the prices at the camping were decreased. We found the daily fees to be relatively expensive. It would be understandable if the camping was full. But, the camping was just about 60% full. Other than that everything was fine.

The site was very clean and as described. Staff was very helpful, it was nice to be able to the bus in Niagrafalls for the day. I would recommend this KOA to others.

I have been coming with my friends every year since 2018. Every year the service gets worst. This will be the last time I will ever step foot in NIAGARA KOA. I have been to other KOA camps and I have never had any problems. But this KOA NIAGARA seems to have the rudest and craziest staff.

We stayed in a 4 person deluxe cabin. While it was tiny house living everything was well organized, clean and provided us with a very pleasant stay. The private deck was also wonderful.

Went to swim and cool down and the amount of hair and debris that was floating on the surface of the pool almost had my wife throwing up. It was utterly disgusting. No excuse it was gross.

We always have the best time when we stay at KOA Niagara. There are so many things to do, and even if it rains the indoor is such a great option. The place is so clean and well maintained. We book here every year

Lots of activities. Grounds were immaculate. Staff were incredibly kind and patient. I witnessed a situation where someone checking in was rude to a staff member. The person checking them in handled the situation beautifully and with an incredibly amount of patience. I was thoroughly impressed and told them as much. If it wasn't for distance, we would definitely return.

We did a family friend trip. Rented 3 cabins thursday-Sunday. Such a great weekend. I think that was our 10th stay at the park. Already planning the next one �

Camped to attend a Niagara wedding. This park is as organized and immaculate as they come. Sites are a generous size and well maintained (except for a leaky tap). Tons of activities for kids. More accommodations than you can shake a stick at, and located minutes from the Falls! Very courteous staff. I was expecting a cookie-cutter KOA. This is upper level all the way.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My son loved the playground and jumping pad - and searching for gold! Very nice family vacation! Will absolutely return.

The facility was adequate but your prices are unreasonable. On an extended stay (which we had) it is quite shocking to pay DOUBLE on weekends. Your cabins are no better than Campark down the road but their prices are much more reasonable. Membership means nothing. Will not come back.

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
