I would love to say that most of our stay was wonderful unfortunately our cabin K24 had a few defects and made our stay a little unpleasant. 1) screen door was ripped and the mosquitoes were coming in 2) the inside door was so loud that we could not sneak out without even the campers next door hearing us. 3) the air conditioning was minimal to say the least it was extremely loud and did not allow

Fantastic place, clean, friendly staff. The WeGO bus stop out front really makes it a great spot for those wishing to visit the Falls.

Tiny sites with no privacy, noisey, not good for short stay families because all the amenities close at 8 pm, so they are more geared to seasonal occupants. Only positive is the bathrooms and showers were clean, but womens bathroom was always freezing cold.

What we did not like....barking, barking and barking. Barking pass 11 PM the night I paid extra dollars to stay and enjoy July 1st. We also had to ask one of your rep to remove dog poo on our lot. Luc Moncion

Very helpful and friendly staff. Even with the rain there was lots of activities. We had a cabin and it was clean and well stocked.

We have been coming to this place for over 15 years and this was the first time we were very disappointed with our stay - no water in the shower- no toilet paper - no hot water- harassment from security- not treated properly. Service levels deteriorated overall. May have to reconsider future stays

i don’t like the behaviour of ground staff and i don’t want to come again on this site. very muddy when rain and too much mosquitoes. as well parking of car is an issue too.

We brought our family to visit the falls and we loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the availability to the falls being conveniently close!

We have stayed here quite a few times and are never disappointed! The staff are friendly, the park is clean, there are a TON of amenities for everyone. Even when it's really busy it's still a great place to be! We have a hard time camping anywhere else now because we love this KOA so much!

Alot of activities for kids.Water tap outside cabin 11 needs more stones added always a big puddle.staff very nice.The lady in the ice cream place works very hard.She is a great worker.

This was not a pleasant stay for us. The other KOAs were very pleasant and clean. The bathrooms were filthy. The site had overhanging limbs that I had to try and move out of the way before we could back in. We were not escorted to our site. It felt like staff was too busy for us when we checked in. Not a place we will revisit, especially at the price we paid.

Very Please. Nice Campround. Indoor and outdoor Pool and hot tub were nice. Bathrooms were not the best becouse of campers. Toliet Paper and Papers towels on bathroom counters and floor.

It was a fantastic place to stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, and their were plenty of things for our family to do. The facilities and campground were clean and well organized which made our stay all the more pleasant.

While it is not exactly deep woods camping, it is handy to most Niagara attractions. The camp and the folks are nice. We spend a few days most years.

I have been coming to this location since I was a young child. I now bring my 3 children. Our stay was as amazing as it always is. And we've already booked again to come back next month! Your staff is beyond the best and everything is always clean. The only thing I would recommend is to change check in to a earlier time. When you have young children it makes it difficult.

We were given a site that was a mud pit from a linking underground connection. My husband talked to maintenance and they said there was nothing they could do. Site 294. On July 1, a rock band played very loud annoying music close by from 7-10 pm which ruined the evening. The water leakage was again relayed at checkout and no courtesy or compensation was offered. May cancel all KOA reservations

The dog fenced sites look great, I would consider those sites in the future. We stayed only one night, didn't take time to explore the campground.

The firsts nights was great but the last day there we had people in tents that were playing loud music and talking loud. We wanted to stay another night but decided to leave because of this.

Very nice campsites, lots of amenities, not their fault but with the amenities closing at 8pm ,to early to use anything including the store. Being in Niagara Falls they should compete with it a little. Great visit

Sites were spacious and well-maintained. It is unfortunate that it rained a lot while we were there. It would have been nice for my 3 teens to have a clubhouse to play games in and watch some TV. There were minimal activities during the week and what was available closed at 8pm.

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
