Tenting for 1st time since child. It was relaxing, quiet and fun. Very clean, great amenities for my granddaughter and we enjoyed the pools. Overall atmosphere of the facility is 5 star in my opinion. ��

Wish we could have been in a section that had more adults!! Lots of children were around us and that's ok, but it was loud and noisy. Actually, some of the adults were more noisy than their children. Perhaps KOA should offer Adult Sections Pull-thru hook ups as an added convenience at all there campgrounds? Just a thought.

Mostly good things to say, clean camp grounds, cabins were great, people were friendly. Some improvements would be to install dividers between the urinals in the men’s bathrooms. Some of the toilets didn’t flush everything down right away and required multiple flushes (and no, my craps weren’t huge, even just toilet paper from blowing my nose wouldn’t go down). The multiple pools and play. Options for kids was nice. Lots to do in the area so a nice hub for visiting the falls. Would lower the cost of bike rentals. A movie night during the week or later time for amenity closure would be nice.

We stayed as a family. We had 2 cabins and an RV site. Other than a little water leak everything was great. The staff was excellent. There are so many things for the kids to do. Bring right at the WeGo bus stop made it even better.

Overall stay was wasn’t bad but my initial room we requested the person must have smoked a whole pack of cigarettes so it smelled really bad and I had my 3 daughters including a one year old so the smell was horrendous. We eventually got moved to a Delux Cabin but we should have never been able to check the room in the first place. The cleaners shouldn’t have made it available for us to check

Nice family campground. Wifi is hit and miss, Sites are pretty tight, but if you're looking to stay while you're off touring, it's easy to get to the Falls.

Outstanding! The only thing that could have been better is a pet exercise pen. Whomever is cleaning your facilities need a raise!! They clean better than I do. What a gem of workers you have. We love this park.

��� customer service, easy booking process, grassy camp site was perfect, simple and effective rec activities, tons os amenities. ���Washrooms should be cleaned early morning (it's only cleaned once a day, mid-afternoon); swimming pool also to be cleaned early morning on Saturday- it was disgusting in the afternoon, but great on Sunday morning:)

We really like your cabins, the play areas and set up and cleanliness. But the indoor pool in the evening needs to be cleaning. It was very dirty my kids didn"t want to swim . The time was around 7.30 pm

We have been staying at the Niagara Falls Koa for about 10 years now and happy with that but lask weekend we were told that we no longer get free night at the next long weekends if we want to stay at the Deluxe cabins. Now only the smaller Camping Cabins with no washrooms we will get a free night on the long weekend anymore. That's NOT RIGHT. we lost this benefit.

I’ll be honest if I could give you a rating on customer service. I would give you a minus 100. Tabitha at the front desk super rude and had serious attitude when I checked in. I didn’t sleep at all because the group behind me was up playing music till 3:30am. I actually packed up and left first thing im the morning. After talking to Steve I was told the GM would contact me for a refund.

Perfect location for visiting the falls. WEGO busstation just in front of camping. Clean amenities with good laundry. Almost no nois from the adjacent busy road. Friendy staff.

We had a beautiful site with a patio. Lots of activities and the campground is on a very convenient bus route to Niagara Falls. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay was geat ... accomodations were up to par .... personnel were always there to help ... lots of games for children ... Manager is a super woman ... very nice lady ... security Wayne always on the ball .... camp is in good hands ,, looking forward to be back . A big thank you to all ......

We stayed at T03. Kids love the place with so many activities. Staffs are friendly, very patient explaining and waiting to pay, accommodating. We have a wonderful time staying at KOA Niagara.

Loved the campground and amenities on site. The campground was very well kept and maintained. Staff was also very courtesy and helpful. The WeGo transportation right outside the grounds was awesome. We drove the motorhome in and parked it for the duration of our stay. If I ever come back again to Niagara Falls, would definitely stay at the KOA.

Great experience! I'm impressed with your Staff's professionalism and quick action when I reported that there was a loose dog at the camp site and when someone parked at our parking spot. Campsite and facilities are well maintained and clean.

It was wonderful! We had everything we needed! Loved being so close to the Falls! We enjoyed the mini-golf, the pools, the rental bikes, and the shop. Enjoyed that the campground was clean and filled with kind people!

Nous avons aimé ce camping il est bien localisé, mais il manque un peux d’entretien certains en placements pour faire le feu sont croche et mal installée, plus site devrais être niveler avec du gravier pour éviter l’accumulation d’eau et la boue.

This was our first time at a KOA and we were very impressed with the number of activities available for kids, and adults, to partake in. There were a few points of disappointment regarding our cabin and our neighbours, but it didn’t necessarily weigh negatively on our trip.

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
