Absolutely beautiful location. Well maintained sites and easily maneuverable with the largest of rigs. Campground has TONS of recreational stuff for kids. Lots of little dog areas. Our only complaint is that the dog areas were small. With all that they have we wish they had a dog park / playground with more space for bigger dogs to run and obstacles. That would just make this place all star.

The staff were the nicest we have dealt with at all the different KOAs we have been to. The sites were well maintained, lots of activities for the kids. 15 minute easy ride to the falls. Traveled 7 hours to this KOA, would definitely do it again.

The amenities were good. Lots of activities for all ages. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations on where to eat. Unfortunately the pull thru site that we were in, was so tight that we couldn’t open our awning all the way because of a tree and the traffic noise from the highway was quite noticeable.

"Excellence", professionalism & knowledgeable and accommodating staff has created a world class campground! Was great to be surrounded by beautiful, clean sites, which were consistently immaculate & refreshing not to encounter 'junky' sites w/ seasonal or full timers, who don't respect what it means for travelers to get away. Will be back, highly recommend & KUDOS for creating a beautiful space!

Nice staff, wonderful, huge personal dog park just for our dogs. The only thing is not being able to ride the bus with everyone who was going to Niagara Falls because no motorized wheelchair access. But would definitely recommend the koa to friends and family.

The campground was nice enough, and we were happy that the amusement park, literally next door, wasn’t open yet. Since the park was probably only half full, and our stay was before peak season, we felt the nightly rates were excessive. The positive side is that it’s within a relatively short drive to Niagara Falls.

The staff was very friendly and provided us good service on a couple of requests. The campground itself is very well located, and seems to have a lot of resources for children. We’d recommend staying here for convenience, and s well-maintained site.

Only 7 miles from Niagara Falls. The park is very well kept and well staffed. I would defiantly stay there again. I gave it a 4 because nothing is perfect

Initially assigned the worst site in the campground. However we were able to switch sites upon request. There were so many nice vacant sites during our stay, i would think that you fill the nicest sites first. The grounds are impeccably well maintained, staff was friendly, over all a beautiful campground. The road noise due to the proximity of the interstate was brutal.

Was able to stay same day we called. We did lose one of our parts to our tow hitch. It was after hours and they responded quickly, unfortunately we did not find it, but we’re able to be on our way. Overall very nice KOA and nice people who work there

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
