Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great campsites and ammenendes. We shared our second stay with two other campers who also were very impressed. I was most impressed with the cleanliness if the restrooms and showers.

We stay at a lot of KOA'S I was very disappointed this trip. At check in we were handed a list of the things you can't do while at this KOA including using a Traeger grill. I get the feeling that the couple that owns the campground has lost the love of owning a KOA and now just run it as a way to make money.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations.The list you were given tells you what amenities are open, when you can get propane etc. The traeger is DUE TO A STATE BURN BAN. We have to follow the state guidelines.The list told you that all that's allowed at this time is PROPANE fire pits/campstoves

BE AWARE. We were told we HAVE to park our boat in overflow and that they have security.. We did just that and got everything stolen ($3000 plus gone). When we reported the theft to the police they said they have a theft problem at that park (even though the park said that is not true). We asked to the park to waive the camping fees as a courtesy and were told NO!!

Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations.Sites at park are for RVs, tow vehicles and tents. Your items were not secured or locked up in this area.We have not had any issues until this. You were not told No, But that issue was turned over to Risk mgmnt. We are sorry this happened to you.

It was a HOT one…..we will be back when we can do more hiking. I loved the setting of this KOA…. We don’t typically stay in resorts due to the fact they pack you in and you are to close to your neighbors. This is our new spot….wish they had a couple more dump stations as it was busy checking out with only two and one not being very friendly to navigate. Please install water to flush black

Beautiful Campground but Grouchy Workers. Limited Hours with the Swimming Pool in 100+ degree weather … with no reason why they couldn’t leave it open. They say, “We are short on employees.” but no employees stay at the pool anyway. ��

Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations. We have been able to open our pool to seven days a week. We have it open for nine hours a day, We do have to close it for cleaning etc. We also have the fishing lake where folks also swim. We spoke a few times and you never mentioned any problems.

We made last minute reservations and got a beautiful immaculately clean fairly level gravel rv site with water and elec. new concrete patio slab Furnished with a really nice metal table and four chairs. The concrete block fire pit had two benches one on each side set further back into the campsite. There is a burn ban but we were able to use our portable propane fire pit. Amenities were top notch.

Nice campground. Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. No free WiFi in camping area. Also no sewer hookups.

Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations. We have free Wi-Fi at clubhouse and near store and laundry. Pay Wi-fi in sites. We also do have a limited number of sewer sites. Call us next time and we can see if one is available for you.

Gross Dirty Bathrooms on Saturday. I couldn't shower or use the bathroom. Toilets' clogged too... GROSS

My kids had a great time! I wish I could have gotten them into the pool, but that's a state covid rule, I can't wait until that's over with. Otherwise than that we had a great time. Thank you.

Truly one of the best KOAs I've camped at. I had been ready to write off all KOAs after an endless stint of camping at parking lot style KOAs, but the Newport campground is a diamond in the rough. Plenty of space between sites, great amenities, the older man attendant was very helpful and kind. Only disappointing thing is the store does not have much at all to offer.

I had requested a site near the bathhouse because my husband is blind. He only sees about 2 feet in front of himself. The woman who checked us in, was very rude, told me we had to be there by 9 pm, that's not what the reservation stated. Our site was uneven, with a drop off of about 4 feet. We couldn't put one jack down. They wouldn't give us another site, there were others open without drop .

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. You booked online,site was only two away from the bathhouse. The site is very level and there are trees behind it. We called and told you if you arrived after hours where to park and check in at office the next day at 8am. We did check you in after hours.

We loved this park! Great fishing, clean sites and ample distance between campsites! Just wish they had full hookup! Very friendly staff too!

It was fine for a quick trip away from Spokane. Loved all the trees amongst the campsites. Lots of privacy. The lake is small, lots of lily pads. Lake is stocked with rainbow for sure! We caught lots of little guys. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Had to wear a mask in the store. Surprised we could still have a campfire. Must drive to the lake to drop off kayaks. Large campground.

Overall, we highly enjoyed our stay. The biggest reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pool. Due to covid restrictions, they are limiting usage to 25 people at a time. The sign up process is just a big hassle. You have to line up each day at 9am to get a spot but they only offered 4 time slots so they fill up fast. The showers were clean but the shower head in handicap were broken.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were immaculate and the campground including all facilities were very clean. The only disappointment we had were the hours for the pool were pretty limited, however, we do understand.

Very nice facility. Disappointed with lack of wifi. Hard to plan trip & make future site plans. Every other KOA we have stayed at has had wifi!

Its a lovely, treed park. The spaces are generous and well designed. You don't feel like you are crammed in a row with your closest neighbor within talking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our daughter.

Pretty campground, rv spots are not very big, not very private. The bathrooms are very nice though for public use. The pool and clubhouse are a plus to the stay!

Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations. You were in a very large 50' pull through, with only woods on your door side, and a closed site in front of you so no direct neighbors. Next time call us directly at the park and we will try to find you something that better fits your needs.

We've stayed twice now & love it here w all the trees and feeling of being in the woods. We arrived Friday evening & were given a paper on pool time sign up info but didn't read it till Saturday morning so missed the ability to sign our grandsons up for one of the 1-1/2 hr swim times because they only offer sign ups at 9:30 a.m. Wish they would tell you when you arrive. We still had a GREAT time.

Awesome team who were patient and extremely helpful with all the great information. Facilities were clean and lots of options for keeping occupied. Bathrooms and showers spread out among the grounds, clean and easy to access. Good spot for a quick and easy get-away from town.
