The stay and activities were great. But, did not appreciate being charged for the extra car and being told to park in the extra lot near the dog park. You do not have adequate handicapped parking spots. When I informed the clerk about the long distance and my age, she told me to “have a nice day”.

Planters in the middle are nice but really take space away from the camping area. Would’ve preferred to have more space between. No good place to put a campfire it’s too tight. Staff were great.

If your camper is over 20 ft long make sure that you are put in sites 99 and higher. The lower number sites are very small and difficult to get in and out of. We are 26 ft long and my husband's a great driver but we did see other campers struggle. Not sure why they rent them out to anything over 20 ft. Was told full hookups were unavailable but saw many empty full hookups, empty our whole visit

The place was great we had our 10 year old granddaughters birthday party here. The campsite was private and clean. The park had events going on all weekend, which gave the kids something to do. The site was large fit our 35ft RV and a few cars since we had family come to visit for cake. It was perfect!

Sites close together , had to call to make a noise complaint which was a first for me . Probably will pass on a future stay .

Clean and friendly. Loved the crafts with Carol! Not much for teenagers to do, but the craft helped! Maybe schedule a teenager/adult time at the gaga pit? Lots of very little kids in there who should not be because they can easily get hurt and are too young to understand the rules.

We only stayed one night but it was our third visit. We had car trouble when leaving and their maintenance staff was very helpful in trying to provide assistance. The sites are always clean. We do not use the facilities except the laundry room which is perfect.

Good: exactly as advertised, great WIFI, small enough to walk everywhere, close to what I needed it to be Not Good: Some things are/were in slight disrepair (but we came very early in the season, so this might not be true in a week)

This KOA has improved since 2020 when we’re last there. Trees and vegetation trimmed, roads paved and sites cleaned up. Store very well stocked, neat and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Would definitely return!!

Stayed on our way to Delaware 1 night and 1 night on the way back. Very friendly staff, great walking, pull thru sites good size. Older campground but seem to be trying to keep in good shape. Definitely go back.

I guess it was still Aa little early the pool wasn't open, but we had such a good time scheduled a second stay before the trailer tires got cooled down. Getting into the sight was a bit tight but the site was clean and well set up.

I believe that there should be a snack bar, or ice cream or something open before Memorial Day. The park is full. While we love it there, there should be more things open.

Great campground, would (will) stay again. Not far from stuff to do. Only concern was water pressure is low and when we pulled out Sunday morning not enough to take a morning shower.

It's a nice well kept campground. The staff was friendly and professional. The sites are very close to each other and not much room between to spread out. My site had an older outlet box and the 20 amp outlet didn't work. When I called to have it fixed, the technician told me that prior users fried the outlet and instead of fixing it, they swapped the 20 and 30 amp breakers. Needs a new box.

We had a wonderful stay at the Newburgh KOA Holiday this past weekend. The place was clean & orderly, check in was a breeze, the store had everything you could possibly need onsite, & there was plenty of activities to keep the kids busy all day while making friends! A special shout out to Carolyn whose arts and crafts, pinata, & cheering during karaoke were the highlight of our trip. Thanks KOA

Great staff! Such an easy going place some slots are tight for bigger campers but you make the best of it. Ran into old friends who work here this season, there daughter is absolutely amazing! If you’re kids are ever bored and they need someone to hangout with i highly recommend her, very sweet, honest and a great camping friend she’ll be there all season.

Stay and facilities are all fine. HOWEVER, the fact that none of the merchandise in the store has any prices on it. It's a pain to find out what the price of something that catches your eye is. Especially if there is only one person working in the store and is on the phone or checking in a new arrival.

This was our first visit to a KOA and will not be our last to this one in particular. We spent a week with another camping couple and had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were missing a picnic table. I called the office and figured by the time we set up, which takes us 3 hours min, we are tent glampers so we have a lot of stuff, they would be by. To our surprise they came immediately. It seems the previous campers had moved it to another site. Two young men moved it back, apologized and left. They come by every evening to pick up the trash. The dumpster on the map had been removed. The office staff were always helpful. Now for the "wildlife" There were two extremely large owls who loved to swoop down and startle us. We had a skunk visit us the one night my dear husband didn't put the trash out. The Fox's began crying out in the middle of the night, we didn't know what it was so our friends called the office and a night lady asked them to hold the phone so she could hear it and advised what it was. In the middle of the night, they answer the phone!!!! We had a bird fly into the tent one afternoon but the most annoying flying things were the mosquitoes, they were vicious, they ate me up to the point it was very uncomfortable. We loved the location and the campgrounds and are planning another trip in late May or early June, hopefully before the mosquitoes come comping. The other campers were friendly and respectful. The section we were in had a lot of trees but not so many you can't enjoy the sun. A really nice relaxing experience. Will be back.

We were here Columbus weekend 2020 and we coming back again. What a great campground. Our first time here for Columbus Weekend 2020 and we all had a blast. Kids had also a good time. Halloween theme weekend was good as it gets during these times of Covid19. Lots to do in the area wine tasting or hiking and biking. Place was clean and staff were really nice. We sure are coming back. it was nice listing to the music on weekends with band and dj. 2023- great as always love coming here
