Tent sites are too small and quiet hours (aft 10pm) is ignored, so it was so noisy and we could not sleep. Customer service/patrol responds to calls but seems nothing was done. Site next to us had dozen+ ppl and a bonfire until 11pm when I asked them to pack it in. You hear cars, music, people, from far until midnight. I prefer campgrounds where we can enjoy the peace at least late in the evening.

Great place to stay, friendly staff and clean. Easy trip to New York City by train boarded at Beacon into Grand Central Station. We were there Memorial Day weekend and they had a band play at the campground. Very enjoyable and quiet stay.

Overall the campsite was well maintained and had great amenities. It’s very kid friendly, the staff is very sweet and helpful. However during our stay we had a band that played until 10pm! Also the activity center rents out this buggies and kids zoom up and down the road with them. It’s very loud and just wasn’t relaxing and peaceful at all.

We always love staying with you! We live 15 minutes away and visit multiple times each summer. The staff is very friendly, loved the live music on Saturday night, and my kids love the pancakes!!!

It was a great weekend being the first trip in our RV! Site #76 was perfect for our Class C & setup with just the right amount of space. I loved that we were right next to the dog park & walking distance to all amenities & activities. Staff was great.

We were very pleased with the ease of booking online and thought the campsite was very nice. Loved the privacy and how so much of the wooded areas were left intact between sites. Everything was great except it would be helpful to have a receptacle for recyclables. I can't imagine how much plastic, metal and paper gets thrown out by campers. Please promote recycling!

This was a beautiful camp site! The pond with all the geese was super peaceful. All the staff was friendly and helpful:)

This was the second time that we’ve stayed at this campground. The pull thru sites that we’ve stayed in were spacious and wooded. We will be back!

We had a nice site. The place was quiet at night. Just about no speeding golf carts that normally think speeding is AOK with them.

I think you guys are doing a great job. The one thing that is frustrating is the lack of water pressure for clean up on Sunday check out….been that way for a few years.

Nice campground. We stayed in site 42. Constant issues with the water. Went off every day. Friday and Saturday when the park is full the water pressure is very low, so low that often you can't shower. Otherwise we liked this park, just felt ripped of paying for full hookups but not having water so much.

Everything was great except for the laundry facilities. One laundry was completely closed and the other had old and outdated machines, with only two washers working. Other than that, this was a great park.

While our stay was just a stopover to rest before continuing on our journey, the campground was lovely. We loved the campsites with the trees which made the campsites more private. Unfortunately, it was raining so we mainly just hung out in our motorhome, but as we drove in and out were able to see the pride that was taken with the campground grounds. The desk staff were very welcoming!

I was charged 6.00 resort fee for 2nd night which was a BOGO.the woman at desk on check-in also initially charged for BOTH nights until I insisted koa had mailed me an offer for BOGO.i would like my credit card ending in 6873 credited 6.00 for the charge incured on 5-14-23 check in#13851182.thank you, j and ml Soares.

Stay was good . We have stayed in many KOA's and the bathrooms were not clean (or updated which I could overlook). We stayed in the New Orleans KOA and they shut the bathrooms down for 2 hours mid day to clean. That makes a big difference (positive!) in the stay. Thank you, Ann Webster, RN

Very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. Also, they have individual locking showers which is really a great feature for privacy.

Stayed there before and it was nice. Not this time. For $120... We got put in a small gravel lot that the grass was almost a foot tall. We arrived under 2 hours early, so Stuart at the front desk decides to charge me an extra $20 fee because we are too early.. I have never heard of this before. We were tired and just wanted to relax. But no... we get hammered for an extra $20 never again!!

Poor site was not very level, they wanted to charge 20 dollars for arriving one hour early. This is over the night cost of this campground. The staff were very good.

The stay and activities were great. But, did not appreciate being charged for the extra car and being told to park in the extra lot near the dog park. You do not have adequate handicapped parking spots. When I informed the clerk about the long distance and my age, she told me to “have a nice day”.

Planters in the middle are nice but really take space away from the camping area. Would’ve preferred to have more space between. No good place to put a campfire it’s too tight. Staff were great.

If your camper is over 20 ft long make sure that you are put in sites 99 and higher. The lower number sites are very small and difficult to get in and out of. We are 26 ft long and my husband's a great driver but we did see other campers struggle. Not sure why they rent them out to anything over 20 ft. Was told full hookups were unavailable but saw many empty full hookups, empty our whole visit

This was our first visit to a KOA and will not be our last to this one in particular. We spent a week with another camping couple and had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were missing a picnic table. I called the office and figured by the time we set up, which takes us 3 hours min, we are tent glampers so we have a lot of stuff, they would be by. To our surprise they came immediately. It seems the previous campers had moved it to another site. Two young men moved it back, apologized and left. They come by every evening to pick up the trash. The dumpster on the map had been removed. The office staff were always helpful. Now for the "wildlife" There were two extremely large owls who loved to swoop down and startle us. We had a skunk visit us the one night my dear husband didn't put the trash out. The Fox's began crying out in the middle of the night, we didn't know what it was so our friends called the office and a night lady asked them to hold the phone so she could hear it and advised what it was. In the middle of the night, they answer the phone!!!! We had a bird fly into the tent one afternoon but the most annoying flying things were the mosquitoes, they were vicious, they ate me up to the point it was very uncomfortable. We loved the location and the campgrounds and are planning another trip in late May or early June, hopefully before the mosquitoes come comping. The other campers were friendly and respectful. The section we were in had a lot of trees but not so many you can't enjoy the sun. A really nice relaxing experience. Will be back.

We were here Columbus weekend 2020 and we coming back again. What a great campground. Our first time here for Columbus Weekend 2020 and we all had a blast. Kids had also a good time. Halloween theme weekend was good as it gets during these times of Covid19. Lots to do in the area wine tasting or hiking and biking. Place was clean and staff were really nice. We sure are coming back. it was nice listing to the music on weekends with band and dj. 2023- great as always love coming here
