I selected a back-in 30 amp site that was described as being wooded and close to the pool and playground. It was wooded but not close to the pool area.

We stayed for a long weekend. Our site was large and maintained. No problems with w/e/s or cable. The campground was very quiet at night. The pool was clean and refreshing. Free pancakes on Saturday and Sunday!

Always enjoy coming to the campground. Carol always gets some great bands and entertainment. We loved seeing Chowderhead this past weekend. All the events were great and excellent customer service. Carol is a staple to your campground. She always goes above and beyond for all the campers.

We had a nice stay. The staff are all very friendly. They were noticeably friendly. Fellow campers are extremely loud at night. Quiet time is at 10pm but our neighbors and other campsites were extremely loud, screaming, laughing, playing music well into 12:30, 1am. Quiet time should be enforced after 11pm. Aside from that we had a great stay.

Nice naturally wooded location to stay overnight when traveling through New York. Our pull thru sites (we stayed on our way to and from Maine) were large and mostly private. Staff was nice and helpful. The bathrooms are old but clean. The shower heads and water pressure need addressing. It is a fairly long rural drive to get there, but this is one of the few choices in the area. Would stay again.

The staff at the office was great and we loved that they brought the wood to our site. However we would not recommend to anyone that they stay at this KOA, because it is very crowded and our neighbors made it impossible to sleep. In fact we left at 1am because our 8 year old was unable to sleep.

Tent sites were really close to the “party” cabins. Disappointed that quiet hours were not observed. One of the busier KOAs I’ve stayed at. Summer camp vibe, much louder and more active than other locations with kids and teens up late.

I have to say that we would not stay there again. For a KOA, we expected more. The showers for example are disgusting. The basin was dirty, looked like it had been months since it was cleaned. The shower curtain has mold growing on it. The tent sites are too close together. The prices are not on the food in the refrigeration unit. $6.00 resort fee? Thanks but no thanks.

Camping was great. But we had site 13 with a 25ft trailer, and it was very difficult to get in there. The site should be reserved for smaller trailers, or arranged differently.

Facilities are good. Roads are narrow and tight. Wifi was very good. Staff courteous and professional except for a few teenagers who could learn to smile and understand customer service starts with the right attitude. Sites and utilities all functioned well. Need to better control the goose population. While they add to the ambiance the amount of droppings is disturbing.

Very pleasant. I had caped with a tent before, so the experience this time by taking a cabin, was definitely different. I loved that the cabin was located close to all the activities and both pools. I absolutely loved that it was not hidden under the trees, but in the sun. Cabin cleanliness could have been better. Overall I’m very satisfied. A bit pricey, but worth the peace and nature you get.

Our stay was great! We stayed in a cabin with our three kids they had a blast would definitely stay again! Bathrooms were clean so were showers. Staff was sooo nice and and attentive. We even left one child’s table behind on accident they recovered it for us. Can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed there 3 nights. Very clean and the staff we very friendly. Pools were great and loved the pancake breakfast.

Wished cleaning was better before ck in. Fridge had meat blood, toilet dirty, front glass door a lot fingerprints/dirt, grill & fire pit had meat on it. I spent first hour scrubbing all. For the price pd, I would not expect tht. Pool great/other changes on property made up for it. Disappointed no snack bar food or icecream anymore. Only cooked food available is the pancakes etc. Store great/snacks

Very disappointed. Cabin was filthy upon arrival. Had to be re- cleaned. No hot water. Faucets trickled. Bathroom light didn’t work. The remote was missing upon arrival and then wouldn’t turn the tv off. If you moved in the bed it made a horrendous noise. Spoke with manager the second day about issues and not receiving any apology. Still no compensation. Very disappointed.

I enjoyed the stayed. I loved last year when the had the flavors for the frozen adult drink but this year they didn’t which made me very sad and because of that I didn’t buy as many as I normally would have. Normally we love our stays at this KOA, but they have gotten rid of the snack bar, the mini golf is falling apart and the wine they have can be found at the local grocery store for cheaper. One plus is we loved the pools and Carol is so nice.

My family has been going to KOA for many years. I was glad to see the second pool was working this year and repairs to the cabins. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I would like to see another bathroom built as three stalls for our side of the campgrounds is not adequate.

We stayed in your Luxury cabin 3. The couch had absolutely No springs in it. If we wanted to sleep on the floor, we would have camped in a tent. We ended up sleeping on the floor. You advertised as 3 bdrm futon/sleeper sofa. There was no 3rd bdrm. Extremely disappointing. Good thing we brought our spaghetti pot from home. You had 2 colanders and no pot!! Pool was great. Kids had fun. Never again

The check in staff was super friendly but the grounds and amenities were so outdated and worn. The railing to get into the pool is a huge safety hazard that is so obvious it shows that staff do not care about the site. It is no longer welded together and someone will fall. Everything is over grown . We had to break down a huge weed at our site to get our slideout out. It left a lot to be desired.

Everyone at KOA was amazing. Staff kind and supportive. The activities were fun for the whole family. I loved it and will definitely recommend it every time . The only thing I can say that was negative was the cleanliness of the public restroom and showers. The laundry facility was very clean . The wine slushies were my favorite.

Unfortunately water pressure was bad as usual have stayed 3 times this season one more trip planed. Roads still need more work. Leaves between sites continues to grow in my opinion if a fire ever starts it will be unable to be contained. Have stayed at this campground since it was under the original owners, seems to get worse as the years pass. But still a good place to stay ‘B’

This campground is secluded and beautiful. It was also very quiet. Only a couple things that made me give this 3 stars. One was the sewer hook is not level with the ground. They sit up on a concrete pad, so it was just a little hard to dump. The only other thing was the water. We didn't have enough pressure for our shower head to even work. It also had a very strong unpleasant odor.

we had a beautiful private back in site which was a plus but the negatives were the Bounce Pillow was out of order while we were there and the bathrooms were filthy and need to be cleaned more often.

Very nice camp ground #99 we really enjoyed the privacy at this site. Besides the weather my wife and I had a great time. We greatly appreciate the swimming pools (the pools are one reason why we love your KOA) Very nice store as well with everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

This was our first visit to a KOA and will not be our last to this one in particular. We spent a week with another camping couple and had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were missing a picnic table. I called the office and figured by the time we set up, which takes us 3 hours min, we are tent glampers so we have a lot of stuff, they would be by. To our surprise they came immediately. It seems the previous campers had moved it to another site. Two young men moved it back, apologized and left. They come by every evening to pick up the trash. The dumpster on the map had been removed. The office staff were always helpful. Now for the "wildlife" There were two extremely large owls who loved to swoop down and startle us. We had a skunk visit us the one night my dear husband didn't put the trash out. The Fox's began crying out in the middle of the night, we didn't know what it was so our friends called the office and a night lady asked them to hold the phone so she could hear it and advised what it was. In the middle of the night, they answer the phone!!!! We had a bird fly into the tent one afternoon but the most annoying flying things were the mosquitoes, they were vicious, they ate me up to the point it was very uncomfortable. We loved the location and the campgrounds and are planning another trip in late May or early June, hopefully before the mosquitoes come comping. The other campers were friendly and respectful. The section we were in had a lot of trees but not so many you can't enjoy the sun. A really nice relaxing experience. Will be back.

We were here Columbus weekend 2020 and we coming back again. What a great campground. Our first time here for Columbus Weekend 2020 and we all had a blast. Kids had also a good time. Halloween theme weekend was good as it gets during these times of Covid19. Lots to do in the area wine tasting or hiking and biking. Place was clean and staff were really nice. We sure are coming back. it was nice listing to the music on weekends with band and dj. 2023- great as always love coming here
