The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly! Loved the shuttle to/from campground to the French quarter. Saved lots of driving aggravation. Also was able to book tours right there. They are rebuilding lots of things and making improvements. One of my favorite KOA's.

Beautiful campground...the hosts and staff so helpful and nice. Very cool that they offer a shuttle to the French quarter. We will definitely be back.

;Great greeting and direction to our site. Pool was great as was the location to all the local sightseeing sites. It was a nice touch having a constant patrol of the campground during the night.

S we loved this park from the time you pull up they are kind and help you figure out your day. They even have a shuttle that takes you into New Orleans and they even have a dog setter. The pool was very nice at this park was very quiet.

Not KOA Holiday standard. Perhaps Journey; many embellished info on website; Clean and old, very small pool, no Kamp9 for pets and patio sites are very tight; beware no shade even if you call; as a VIP I was surprised to not get what I requested when booking in May;The gate is closed the next street over and not the main road is not gated or secured; a security guy riding a golf cart, not secure

It was everything I expected. The general store is amazing! Anything you need within reason, they have you covered. The entire staff was so welcoming and professional. They had all the information and tickets to various entertainment in the Big Easy (New Orleans). We will surely return! Thank you! Your Floridian Travelers

Staff was beyond amazing and helpful. We booked all our tours thru the campground. Great recommendations for what to see and do. Nice having a shuttle to the French Quarter. Very, very clean campground and pool. The camp store had the best prices for New Orleans food products and souvenirs. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff is amazing. Rushed out to help us get backed in to out site. The best amenity at this park is the shuttle ride to New Orleans French Quarter. We used it both days and could not have been happier to have Dave drive us back and forth. Much easier than trying to find parking. Facility is clean and there was lots of grass for our dog who loves to roll in it.

Fantastic people! Location is good too. Very knowledgeable about the area. VERY helpful with everything. My Jeep had a dead battery after towing. Brought a jump box, jumper cables, everything to help me out. Every staff member was fantastic.if I had something to gripe about, the pool was hot… but it was New Orleans on August, what do you expect?

Deborah & Mike were excellent hosts. Very laid back, kind, helpful, friendly. They answered all our questions, even the one about Scrapple! Campground was very nice and clean. Store was full of things you need for your camper and many souvenirs. Nice friendly staff, the shuttle driver Greg was so full of knowledge about New Orleans. He was fascinating to listen to. Would stay here again for sure!

Staff was very helpful in assisting us in backing into the space. Employee went above and beyond when a small child's toy was left in the pool area. They stated they would review the camera in the pool area to discover which campers it belonged to. The next we ran into the mother of the child and the toy had been returned to them.

The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. It was the best experience we have ever had camping at any KOA or any campground for that matter. We look forward to going back for a longer stay next time!

The staff was wonderful and so helpful. They provided a shuttle round trip to New Orleans, so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Restrooms were very clean. Grounds were well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay. �ϋ�

The entire “crew” at this KOA was friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Very clean with upgrades in the laundry room. Level concrete pads with a nice, well-kept grassy area at each site. If you stay here, use their shuttle to New Orleans French Quarter area and save your parking fee for a driver’s tip. He gives a tour as he drives. Gift shop supports local business and prices very reasonabl

Debrorah was the best, very informative and took her time fulfilling our needs. Every worker we encountered at the campground was fabulous. Very nice clean campground. The shuttle to the French quarter with knowledgeable drivers was a plus also. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to find and close access to everything. We will be back once it’s cooled down ���� Chad was awesome in guiding us when parking at our assigned site. Nice chat with Mike at the front office.

I’m sorry to say that my stay at this KOA was not good. The campsite has a HORRIBLE sewer stench that was undeniable. KOA offered to move us but honestly it was still there. We found a much nicer and odor free campground at the New Orleans RV Resort and Marina. The staff was really nice and tried to make it right, but we just couldn’t endure the smell.

Stayed for 4 nights, by far the best KOA we have stayed at yet and we've stayed at alot. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and safe campground. Shuttle service to the French Quarter was perfect and they will help you book tours and such. Will definitely be back!!

The staff is absolutely amazing! Helpful and informative. Anything we needed… we asked and they had the answer! They even helped back us in to our spot at 10pm after a long day of traveling with bad traffic and torrential rain that extra assistance was most welcome! Very clean and safe rv park with a great office/store that did not price gouge.

Nice staff, nice campground. Nice store. Enjoyed meeting "Dave", who drove us down town Orleans. Very knowledgeable and informative. The pool was clean and refreshing & the restrooms were spotless.

The facility is well kept. Staff was courteous and acoomodating, very welcoming family atmosphere. They were quick to allow us to move to a different spot when we requested because we have pets and wanted a place closer to the dog park. What a fab campground and what awesome staff! Everyone, from the front desk to Greg who drove the shuttle could not have been friendlier and more helpful. We read some reviews of the site before we came, and were a bit concerned - absolutely no need to be at all. The site is beautiful, safe, and secure, well maintained, has exceptional laundry facilities, and has a great pool! Highly recommend.

Even though we only stayed three days, it was the best KOA I ever stayed at clean grassy area, cement platform from the RV, beautiful restrooms, cleans, and well managed. And the staff at this KOA top notch.

Very clean, very well maintained, clean showers and pool. Safe area. Staff members pleasant and always available. When I arrived with my 38ft. They provided a spotter to help me get in to my campsite. He was really excellent. We will be camping there again soon. Thanks KOA staff for a pleasant week stay

It was very clean and inviting place, Way too many dogs are from my taste. I still can't get over the fact of being 3 feet from each other. But it wasn't a good location for us. Depending on who was attending the counter. Depends on how good a service and how good the smile you got

Bicyclist-friendly campground featuring private tent spots, clean restrooms & showers, a pool, recreation room (with foosball and a wii console!), and friendly staff. Restaurants & downtown River Ridge are within walking distance, and they offer a paid shuttle into New Orleans.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. They ran a shuttle in and out of the French Quarter for a small fee. The facilities are good and, should you need a part for an RV, they won't gouge you. They really run the park like a hotel in regards to concierge service.
