Friendly staff, clean and well maintained park. The $15. return shuttle to/from the French Quarter is a nice feature and the drivers provided a lot of commentary. Sites are a nice size & the laundry facilities are really good. It's a few minutes walk to the Mississippi River where there's a walking/biking path. Good choice for an RV stay in NOLA & we would stay again.

The people were super friendly and helpful here. Park was clean and neat. WiFi was very weak and kept dropping off. I was surprised by this since we were staying almost directly across from the office. I expect KOAs to have at least adequate wifi for checking mail and using the web

Hi. Thank you for your patronage. We recently upgraded our wifi & are actually rated one of the best parks for wifi. For the last month or so, there have been problems in the area with tv, phone & internet lines, that they have been working on off & on. We have had them in our park several times.

Tight quarters for a large motorhome. Everything else was good.

Hi. We are a city park, so yes, a smaller park. We wish we wouldn't have been judged on that alone. We do make up for that with our service & hospitality & can also accommodate any size. Thank you for your patronage.

Great place to stay and explore NOLA. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Loved all the trees and grass. Very well kept park with a very clean laundry room and showers. It was great that you could take a shuttle downtown and to the French quarter to experience some bands, food, drinks and look around at the old architecture of New Orleans. The only reason you didn’t get a five out of five was b/c there was a flood after a good rain storm and we were unable to get out.

Hi! We appreciate your patronage very much! Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather. We are a bowl & swampy. This is why the city has pumps & canals. We pump the water out as fast as we can, but again, have no control over heavy rain. Thanks. We hope to see you again in the future.

We had a 4 night stay and it was great! The staff were helpful and friendly and the campground was well maintained. Very nice store as well!

We had an awesome time. Everybody was super friendly, very very helpful. Had a small problem with our water pump. The owner came out himself and had somebody come out and help fix it right away. It was amazing everybody there was amazing. The shuttle was great thank you We will be back soon.

The only item is when we tried to dump Our tanks the sewer system appears to be full. We could not dump before we left.

We were there 29 days and our stay was excellent! The staff are helpful and courteous to all campers! I have been staying there for the past 12 years for Mardi Gras and would never consider staying anywhere else! Maxine&RC Mackey

Driving surfaces need much tlc. Finding the maintenance man was a true task, and when found said washing machines are something he knows nothing about

The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us when we had issues with our motorhome which prevented us from continuing on with our six month trip. They went out of their way to accommodate our extended stay. We were treated like long-time friends. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean. Laundry facility is super. The best I have seen to date and competitive pricing. Only one suggestion which is a very easy and cheap fix, add some more hanging hooks in the showers. One small hook is not nearly enough. Your future clients will be very appreciative. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.

It is a small KOA but is close to the city and shuttle servile is available at the cost $15 person…..we think this price is high but we don’t want to drive in to the city. Parking is not safe. We will stay there again .

Hi! We could no longer offer a free shuttle service with everything so high, but we tried to keep it fair. It's cheaper than taxi, uber or all day parking. We wish our review & score here was better, esp. considering the fact that you'd stay again. Others look at that. Thanks

Just the wife and I…and a pup. 4 day stay, just to check out NO. Liked the separation from the crazy New Orleans traffic. Staff was awesome…highly recommend the shuttle into the French Qtr.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great store with good prices. Having the shuttle take us into the French Quarter was a bonus. The down side was the trains and airplanes.

I had to call for reservations when my tow vehicle needed an emergency repair. The New Orleans KOA staff were very kind and even had a spot that I could check into. I really appreciated the same day service, and especially the help in backing up my camper! That's always a plus. I would not hesitate to visit again.

This is one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at in a long time. If you are unfamiliar with the area, you are able to book all your tours through the office and the camp store is STOCKED with everything you forgot or need. All the spots are back in, but the staff escorts and backs you in . Follow their instructions and you back in like a pro and save your marriage. Shuttle service to downtown

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
