This was our second time staying at the KOA. In my opinion it's the nicest and safest campground in the New Orleans area. It's a bit away from the French Quarter, but there's more to see in the area than the French Quarter. Bathrooms are great and clean. Staff is wonderful.

Probably the best inter-city CG we’ve stayed at. Close to the downtown area but quite and relaxing when outside enjoying the weather. Sites are good size and well maintained.

This koa is one of the best ones we have stay st so far. Staff and owners were friendly and very helpful. The place was VERY clean and they kept cleaning everything! I wish all koas would use them as “how it should be”. I hated leaving - thank you for opportunity to let you know how well they did.

We were here for two weeks Nov 21-Dec 5. Very spacious sites, staff is accessible, helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable and safe. We are going back for January and February.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! The facility is not a "holiday" location as advertised as a lot of long term "residents"-Interior road =Potholes--train & plane noise--pool very small. Pricey for location and dated condition of park.

Selling point was reading about the owner's passion about new orleans and helping tourist enjoy their stay. We got none of that, instead $20 early check in fee and a couple brochures thrown at us. Park was tired and location was not near anything. We enjoyed New Orleans but the parks only highlight was the laundromat! would not stay or recommend

Stayed during Thanksgiving week and really enjoyed the facilities and setting... Mike and Deborah planned a koa community potluck for Thanksgiving that was fantastic. We'll taken care of park close to all the sites in New Orleans but far enough away to be quiet and restfull!

Clean, well maintained grounds. Staff extremely attentive and polite. Laundry room clean and sufficient number of machines. Great proximity to all sites in the city.

The amazing staff make this campground a 5 out of 5! We wanted to stay an extra day and Donna from NY in the front office worked so hard to juggle campers arriving so we wouldn’t have to move spots. The gentleman who directed us to our site offered great information about what not to miss. Although the campground is small, and there are still repairs needed from Ida, the staff is fantastic!

Staff was very accommodating, very nice people. Sites were great. Not sure how they got the “Holiday”, more of a “Journey”. And it can get a little noisy with the train and airport late into the night.

Did not like it because they’re Longterm people stay on the property and it’s not clean plus it’s not close to the French Quarters. Very tight sites not good for large rigs. The only thing I was satisfied about they had a person on the campground riding around on the golf kart looking out. Other than that I did not feel 100% safe.

We loved it there and the kids had fun also. Only wish that the people camping at other sites didn’t bring there dog up behind our camper to poop we picked up lots of poop that was not our dogs just so we didnt get in trouble for someone else’s dogs. And the people would just walk through our campsites just to get to bathroom and store not a lot of privacy but over all we had a great time.

Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Le terrain est vieillot mais bien entretenu. Il est assez bien placé pour visiter La Nouvelle-Orléans et ses environs. J’étais un peu déçue de savoir qu’il n’y avait plus de navette pour se rendre en ville alors que c’était le cas auparavant.

We had a great time here even though the weather was cold and rainy. Wifi and cable tv were great. Sites are fairly level and large enough for MH and toad; only complaint is the noise from the airport and nearby train, which woke me up at 4AM.

Staff was great !!! 35 minutes from downtown New-Orleans is the main advantage of this location. The only issue we had was the train horn that we could hear very well day and night.

Clean, quiet, but a bit noisy at night from the trains and airplanes. Didn’t really bother us because we were having such a good time. Will be back!

Very clean restrooms and laundry facility. Everyone was helpful and super friendly. Pool was nice but somewhat cold. Would stay at again.

Ok campground but no shuttle service to the French quarter which is approximately 35 minutes away.

Friendly, helpful check-in. Gave me lots of NOLA tourist info. Nice, big, flat concrete pads with lots of trees. Smallish pool, but okay since you're on NOLA to play tourist, not swim. We used Uber a lot, as it's the only sensible way to get to museums and the French Quarter. Had trouble with TV cable, and they helped me set it up!!!

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
