Nice KOA, easy back-in spot with a cherry attendant to help park, enough room between rvs. Clean and relatively quiet, within a residential neighborhood.

WIFI is a BIG ZERO, The shuttle run for town is to much expensive. Couple years ago it was free and now is $15.00 par pers, It was the last time they’re. Thanks

I could not have wanted anything better. Safe, secure, very friendly, very clean, very helpful, and a shuttle to the French Quarter. Don't hesitate to stay here. KOA campers are the best and most quiet neighbors, too!

Spaces are practically on top of each other. It’s an older park with mature tree roots interfering with leveling of vehicles. Raised “patio” was a tripping hazard at 10” above ground level. Beautiful location at the edge of the bay. The fishing pier was unique!

The stay was easy, quiet and nice. People in the office and in the campground were friendly. Things were well kept. The dog park was small but I was surprised to even find a dog park this close to the city. I will definitely stay again.

We are from the Netherlands an traveling with our Cowboy Camper! I’m disabled but this was ok at using restrooms / shower! But the best thing was; our shutlle to downtown New Orleans! And he was the best guide you ever want to have!. Thanks you all!!!!!

Rundown park. Corrugated metal fences all around park falling down and being held up with concrete blocks and sticks. For the rates one pays at this park you would think that some fence work, pot hole repair and other obvious repairs would be made. The only KOA where I have seen a large number of permanent RV residents. Unfortunately there are not a lot of RV parks in the area.

This RV park is very clean and conveniently located in New Orleans. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to the extent of already having information available about points of interests in the area. I'd highly recommend this KOA. Charlie Leonard

Friendly staff, easy check-in, assistance locating and backing into our site. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t opened for the season yet and maybe the rates should be adjusted lower. We used the laundry and it was neat and clean. The washroom and showers were well kept too! Compared to Galveston Island KOA , New Orleans KOA a little derelict, especially the corrugated steel fence.

New Orleans KOA was a clean RV park with well-kept sites and helpful staff. We really liked the daily shuttle service to downtown New Orleans.

The staff in the front office to be very helpful and friendly, Doreen, and we had no issues with the facilities. The bathrooms are clean. The only flipside is the Wi-Fi has a very weak signal. It’s a bit of a distance to downtown, but also feels very safe because it’s far from downtown. :)

The cleanest facility and most friendly staff we have encountered. The bathrooms and showers were beautiful. Not like most campgrounds. The cement pads were great to use and the grounds were nice.

Very clean and accommodating...The staff are amazing. We are RV newbies. The staff were super helpful. Each site is well spaced with a nice table and chairs. The location is great for walking or biking along Levee. Reasonably priced van service available to French Quarter. Great experience

The location was great! We used to live in Harahan so being in River Ridge was like being home! Most of the staff were amazing. The security guard who helped us check in late at night was so kind! The laundry area was nice and we were so grateful for the iron! There was one man without a name tag who was pretty rude when we asked to add additional nights to our stay, but Lisa accommodated us an

Very nice, large site. Staff here are super nice, from Doreen in the store, to Steve who directed me perfectly into my back in site, to Greg who narrated our trip into NOLA French Quarter. The shuttle was so covenient.

Very friendly staff (especially the guys from Iowa), and the park is clean and well maintained. We were a little hesitant about the area after reading some of the prior reviews, but upon arrival we couldn’t figure out what anyone would have a problem with. Felt completely safe and had no issues whatsoever. I guess some folks just don’t get out much! A bit far from NOLA proper though.

Small KOA. We have a pop-up camper, so we could hear the loud trains and airplanes. I used earplugs. Part of road needs re-paving. Some areas can flood quickly in heavy rain. Restrooms & showers were clean, never had to wait. There is security watch on a golf cart all night long. Took us about 30 min to drive downtown. Lots cheaper than hotels. And even though we paid for downtown parking, we would have had to pay hotels for parking our vehicle.

It was very clean and inviting place, Way too many dogs are from my taste. I still can't get over the fact of being 3 feet from each other. But it wasn't a good location for us. Depending on who was attending the counter. Depends on how good a service and how good the smile you got
