I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members were cheerful, helpful, and very friendly. Rest room/shower facilities were kept very clean. I will definitely stay here next time I'm camping in the New Bern area.

The office said they would refund the whole amount of money and they only refunded 1/2 of it as i did not stay at the campground at all

The stay was actually great, it was our first time and staying at the tent site was really nice. The customer service was wonderful, and the events that they have were great as well. The bathrooms are well kept, the playground and recreational stuff were well kept as well. I will definitely recommend this KOA location especially for the price!

I was in the tent section. The RV campers across from me were LOUD and VERY VULGAR. Every sentence was F this and F that. Because "quiet time" was at 10 pm, they played their music very loud with no consideration of other close campers. THe sites were TOO dense for me. So I would not consider again. However the young man behind the registration counter was very professional.

Plan on staying again. KOA is very clean well maintained. Enjoyed my stay very much.

This is my third stay. I love your tent sites with the river view overlooking the marsh filled with wild flowers and cattails. The covered picnic table is a big plus. I spent every sunset in the big swings overlooking the river. I wish the kayaks had not been put away for the winter even though it was the end of September.

We stayed for 3 days. The tent sites were nice. I do wish there was a light in the covered patio. We enjoyed the pool and jumping pad thing on our second day. The last day we cooked on the fire pit and enjoyed hanging out at the fire with my sister who I was visiting. Everyone was so nice, the bathrooms are amazing. The hot water was spotty or nonexistent. Thank you!!

I had a great time. Tent camping was new to me and I did learn some lessons but the KOA staff was wonderful and the amenities were spotless. The location is convenient and beautiful. I’ll be back!

We had a blast, the kids enjoyed the pool and playground while my wife and I enjoyed the quiet time. Couldn't have been a better place. It's super clean, and the staff was top notch!

It was great experience, I would give 5 stars only if bathrooms are cleaner. Would be better to increase cleaning time period, especially in high traffic use time. Thanks

We stayed in a tent site this time. Very clean park. Friendly staff. Kids LOVE ethos place. Only down side is the tent sites are small to keep 1 small car and a tent on. The sites are also crammed so close your neighbors picnic table is outside your tent.

They offer RV dump station for a fee! Very clean and accommodating. Beautiful and situated in the Neuse River. They have both RV sites and cabins

My family and I had the most amazing time at this KOA in New Bern! The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and ALL truly Amazing. The Saturday before we left they had a bunch of activities for the kids! They have a play ground with a jump pad. They have a big laundry room, four washers and four dryers. They have WiFi, and trash pickup. We stayed at one of the pull through sites with a patio and the view was so beautiful. The grill was so nice to use and the landscaping was kept nice! You can fish and rent canoes to use at the river. We had a amazing time fishing!! We really hated to leave, but can't wait to come back!!!
