Easy check in but I would hardly call this a lush oasis in the desert. Yes there are a few old trees but no shade and the RV campground next door is much better with large oleanders between sites for privacy and shade. Facilities at this KOA clean and well maintained

These people really care about you.very place to stay Karla and bill make you feel right at home also there staff are very nice as well pool is awesome very clean showers and laundry also playground for the kiddos also a very well and stocked genral store with just about everything you need thanks guys nice place to stay.

Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Easy off/on I-40. Well stocked store. Grounds and site well maintained. You have to see the Burros in Oatman, AZ, only 24 miles from KOA.

Clean sites (some shade), clean pool (wonderful on such a hot day) and clean, but old bathrooms. Will stay again mostly because of the location to and from LA visit and price. Visited historic town of Oatman, disappointed, more MAGA than history. Won’t go back.

We've stayed here before. This time was a quick over-night. We arrived after closing and found all our information easily. We left before opening, so, I'd like to say a special thanks for making our last-minute reservation so easy.

Staff so super accommodating as we had a little hiccup and needed to stay an extra day. Plus the mobile mechanic they advertise on their map, actually came out with in 2 hours to help us out !! Rave to Mohave RV!!

Friendly staff, this location is in need of some TLC. Trees & plants all dying. It was a one night stop over to somewhere else. We will look at other options when planning our next trip through this area.

Landed late at night. The campground was open and welcoming. We didn't stay long but found it in a gorgeous location with many features for recreation in the area. Hosts were fun and pet friendly

Did not connect to water or sewer. They make the typical mistake with their Wifi as its not fast enough for ONE RV, let alone an entire park. Their Wifi speed was 2mbps which is basically useless. However ATT Cellular service had a speed of 237mbps They should just do everyone a favor and remove their wifi completely, as its just an insult to modern times.

A quiet over night stay. Park grounds are well maintained, bathrooms are clean and the owner of the park is great. The store is well stocked with, food items, beverages and a nice selection of gifts. We love this KOA park. A must stay for us on our trip east and a return stay on the way home. We highly recommend this KOA in Needles, CA.

Basic 1 night travel break stay. Staff was friendly, gave us a discount without us asking! Site was near level, sand/gravel pull-thru parking area. Trash on picnic table (folded paper plate wedged in table) leads me to believe site not checked between guests. 50 amp service worked, providing power to run a/c units. Great views to the east to watch dawn and sunrise over mountains.

Last year we stayed at Pirates Cove and this year we chose to stay here. I honestly liked this campground better. It had more amenities for the kids and it was super clean. The bathrooms were amazingly clean and so was the whole campground. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Next year we will be staying here again in the summer when we visit Pirates Cove.

Always use Needles KOA as an overnight stay as we flee California for the summer. Always an easy late checkin. Park and sleep and get up and go. Never packed and spots big enough for us to park tow vehicle and a second small car. Very nice well kept kampground.

The ladies that manages the desk ,is the best. Friendly and helpful. She is the only one to ever tell us about our rewards,and tell us to use them.

Absolutely wonderful staff, the cabin was a little more than I wanted to spend but a great price nonetheless. It is the desert so the landscape is bleak 😂 But the bathrooms were nice and clean, laundry facility as well. Have a nice big rec room with a TV and a pool table, outdoor fireplace on the patio. And of course the k9 camp off leash area. The pool was open but not heated so not quite ready for human activity. Lol And finally the last thing that really impressed me, one of the main cacti in the middle was huge but completely dethorned. It's a small thing but it's amazing. I was able to feel comfortable letting my dog run right up to it to sniff, not to mention kids running around. Overall I definitely say this is one of the better KOAs out there, I will definitely be back when traveling in the area.
