Checkin was easy, our 1 night spot was an easy end of row pull thru, and the KOA team member said he’d pickup; fill and return one of my empty propane tanks for me! Once that was done I went over to the office and paid for it and bought a couple items in the well stocked store. The one negative was that the power pedestal foundation was broken but the power was ok. Sewer & water hookup were clos

Everything was great except the wifi. The wifi was so poor it would prevent me from either staying there again or recommending it to a friend. Please note, we were not trying to watch movies - simply checking email and doing some online searching.

Very clean and organized. Not much going on in Needles but it was a great place to have a quick overnight stay and pull out the next morning.

We honestly didn’t get to see very much of it as we had car issues and didn’t arrive until 1am. When we did get there however, we easily found our envelope with our site number and some other info. Our site was clean and easy to get to, which was great at one in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay! Customer service was amazing. We loved the shared Thanksgiving dinner and felt like family. We were here for a Thanksgiving large family reunion spanning 4 generations. The cabins made it possible for everyone to join us. The staff was able to put us all in one area, so we felt like we were the only ones there. Would definitely come back! Thanks for making it special!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at KOA Needles! It was a good base for exploring the local area and the couple who run the campground were very friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained. A very good experience!

Good overnight stay while travelling I40. Did not use facilities, except hookups, which worked fine. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Site was level and long and wide enough for our Class A towing. Easy navigation through the park. They have recycling, thank you.

Small, quiet campground. Gravel sites and many overnight stays. Check-in was easy. But the internet was terrible even though we were very close to a wifi station. We were there 4 nights so it mattered.

I grew up staying in KOAs because you knew they all met a standard. This location has some serious improvement needed to get close to the standard, The restrooms are very dated and in need of a good scrubbing. The showers were scary,The coolers at the store were not functional so we could not get cold drinks or milk.The employees were nice but the facility is bad...Would not stay here again.

Have been there many times, and have always enjoyed our stay! We have a "class b" van but have almost always stayed in a "kozt kabin" just for fun, and always the same "kabin" . Kind of like an inexpensive time share lol ! Thanks!. Karla!

Showers not user friendly they are small no hooks to hang anything on. RV sites are small our 36ft 5th wheel barely fit the site they put us in. Seems to be lots of long term renters here.

We always use this KOA for 1 night when traveling to other locations. Friendly, helpful staff, great price and level sites. Nothing fancy but we like staying here!

Nice quiet campground. All the hookups work all the time. There's a pool that's available during appropriate seasons, but we've never used that amenity as we're usually on our way elsewhere.

The only reason for 4 stars is that the drain cover in the women's bathroom was hair clogged and dirty. It didn't appear to be cleaned in "several " days. Other than that, very convenient, well priced. I'd consider staying much longer next time. Friendly check-in, helpful advice

I just spent one night there, but the hostess was very friendly at the front desk and it is a Desert Park the swimming pool looked in very nice shape. And I did go use the restroom one time and it was very clean and very nice.

Carla was very accommodating for us to stay and extra night ! Camp site clean and semi private! The site are not to semi close together! Restrooms were clean!we have stopped here 3 other visits!Need to trip the bushes on row 90 down for pulling out!

I stayed one night and was happy with the level easy in /out space! I missed the diagonal turn to the left due to the small koa directional sign at the apex of the two roads! My error! It was a beautiful evening in needles!

Absolutely wonderful staff, the cabin was a little more than I wanted to spend but a great price nonetheless. It is the desert so the landscape is bleak 😂 But the bathrooms were nice and clean, laundry facility as well. Have a nice big rec room with a TV and a pool table, outdoor fireplace on the patio. And of course the k9 camp off leash area. The pool was open but not heated so not quite ready for human activity. Lol And finally the last thing that really impressed me, one of the main cacti in the middle was huge but completely dethorned. It's a small thing but it's amazing. I was able to feel comfortable letting my dog run right up to it to sniff, not to mention kids running around. Overall I definitely say this is one of the better KOAs out there, I will definitely be back when traveling in the area.
