We stayed Monday-Friday in April. Nice campground , nice people and a nice area to roam. The Natural Bridge State Park is a really nice site to see.

We were only there one night but clearly there is much expansion happening along with the courteous staff and clean park.

Nice clean campground. Gas station right at the entrance. Super easy on and easy off. Beautiful bathrooms. We loved having David assist us by piloting us to our lot. We enjoyed chatting with him and knowing he was on-site overnight.

Staff are very pleasant. We had site 29, 45’ towing. There needs to be branch trimming in order to get to the site as our mirrors were hitting branches….. The site is NOT level, creating a dangerous situation when using our auto jack system it lifted the front of the coach in the air in order level itself. This pad should be levelled properly to accommodate a 45’ towing..

A great campground just off 81. We’ve stayed twice traveling through the area. They continue to upgrade and improve. Large sites with trees.

Love this KOA. Lovely area and the park is neat and clean. Really nice KOA patio sites and they are always making improvements. We stay a few times a year in our way to and from FL. Always a pleasure!

Very nice, clean campground. The staff was wonderful. Very convenient to the highway but far enough back that it was quiet.

Convenient location off Highway 81 and Route 11. Upon entry, KOA staff greeted us and quickly processed our arrival. Got an escort to our site and staff assisted with the parking of our trailer. Very peaceful, facility is large and expanding with new campsites. Feed the chickens! Staff was more than accommodating. Looking forward to the next visit at the Natural Bridge KOA in Lexington, Va.

The improvements made to this campground over the years is impressive.. We were in site 75 which was not level but the campground is clean and easily accessible so it definitely rates 5 stars...

Excellent location, fast check in process, easy access from interstate, clean restrooms, great site with all the amenities. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 place to stay and camp. Also, to mention it was quiet and the staff very friendly.

The site was level and mostly clean. It did have quite a few cigarette butts scattered about and the fire ring wasn’t emptied. I’m disappointed that there weren’t enough full hookup sites available for my stay. It does look like they are expanding so that problem may be solved in the future. Unfortunately the current construction means that the roads in and out of the campground are bit bump

This KOA is so convenient going down from the North and coming back up in April. We stay twice a year and they never disappoint us. Very friendly staff! It’s nice getting escorted to our site. Thank you, See you in November! Chris Murphy Massachusetts

We love this campground! We have stayed here many times and always try to work it into our schedule. The improvements and expansion taking place is amazing! The people who own this campground have great vision and really know how to design sites where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The only caution is to stay away from the basketball court if the sound of a bouncing ball bothers you.

Just stayed overnight. Nicest KOA we have ever stayed at. They upgraded our site to a beautiful one that we wished we had more time to enjoy. Nicest showers ever!

Great place to stay, owners are doing many updates that make this place so enjoyable. I wish some of the other KOA sites would do updates like the Natural Bridge.

Warmly greeted at reception, and each and every person working on the grounds was really helpful. Site was clean and well built. Campground is clean and well maintained. Looking forward to our next visit to this KOA.

Not a bad stay. Site wasn't very level, but bathhouse clean and updated. Construction around the place a bit unsightly, but OK for an overnight stop.

We LOVE your campground! It is so convenient to the highway and the sites are nice and level. The facility is well-kept and the staff is super friendly. Will be back every time we travel south.

We stayed in a primitive cabin while there to visit the safari park on a quick guys getaway . Cabin was great and very clean. They had a decent game room and the staff was really nice. They must be doing a lot of grounds renovations because they had a lot of the grounds areas torn up. Some buildings as you drive in looked a bit run down. Not the best first impression which is why the 4 stars. Overall a decent campground and affordable.

Just a nice quiet well-run KOA with friendly & helpful staff. Conveniently located off the highway, yet far enough away that you do not hear highway traffic. Yes, the natural terrain is hilly, but all the campsites I saw were pretty level. The hilly terrain enhances water run-off, so the sites dry quickly, and there were no annoying mud pits. Easy check in, great camp store, and a wonderfully picturesque full-service campground close to nearby attractions like Natural Bridge State Park, the Safari, and City of Lexington. We were so fortunate to be at Natural Bridge / Lexington KOA when we developed a power issue in our 5th wheel camper. This KOA has personnel who are knowledgeable in RV equipment and were able to replace a defective voltage regulator. That's a service that could take days to even schedule, but with the personnel at this KOA we were able to repair in 24 hours. Chris really helped us out, did an unbelievable job, and we could not be more grateful.

We just stayed for an overnight and we're very happy with the site, campground and all employees we spoke with. This is our second time here and look forward to a longer stay next time
