We were very pleased with our stay at Natural Bridge KOA. We had a premium lot, with a concrete pad. We would definitely return.

They were very friendly and helpful I had a headlight go out which they noticed when they escorted me in. That's a nice service to take your lot. They also helped me replace the light bulb saving more than 150 dollars

Prices need to be reduced when services are not available. Why should we pay summer rates when there is no pool, showers in half the campground are shut down and half the washers in the lower area do not work. Our site was level, like having garbage picked up daily. Good water pressure

We do not keep the prices a secret. You are made aware of them before you book. If we are out of your price range you are welcome to search for cheaper options, although you won't find any in our area. Our campground is beautiful and we value it as such.

My wife and I have been rv’ers since 2013 and stay at KOA almost exclusively. The premium patio site we had last week is easily the nicest KOA site we’ve ever had. The campground is clean and quiet and the staff helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

Easy to get into the campground (right off I-81) and easy to get into the actual campsite. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the campground was extremely clean and well maintained (despite a ton of construction going on). Even with the close proximity to I-81, I heard more noise form the racetrack a couple of miles away than I did from I-81.

Staff was so helpful when we needed to change our arrival date last minute due to a major highway closure preventing us getting there on time. Thank you! Campground is always quiet and clean.

We had a great weekend with friends and enjoyed seeing the area. However, on Friday I went to the office to get info regarding Natural Bridge St Park and the lady in the office wasn’t helpful at all and wasn’t will to help us either. Disappointing!

We stay here when traveling from Florida to NY. Very nice campsite. Sites are large, people are friendly. Great place to stay.

We visited in early November 2023. This is a lovely campground. Woodsy, quiet, beautiful, great location right off of the highway with no highway noise nice people at the check-in desk. The terrain of the campground allowed for some decks that were raised and “overhanging” - cool. the tent sites were wonderful. Shaded, totally cleared, flat, well drained tiered. Perfect!

The new pull thru sites are very nice albeit expensive. A little more gravel in places would help with the dust. I will be back. It is located well for our travel when needing a one night stay

We store our Airstream here when we’re not traveling. We move to a full-hookup site for a few days when preparing for a trip. This is a beautiful campground. The owners have made good use of the uneven, wooded terrain. Sites are roomy and all facilities are meticulously maintained. The bathhouses are always clean. Best of all are the staff: always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you!

We stayed in a primitive cabin while there to visit the safari park on a quick guys getaway . Cabin was great and very clean. They had a decent game room and the staff was really nice. They must be doing a lot of grounds renovations because they had a lot of the grounds areas torn up. Some buildings as you drive in looked a bit run down. Not the best first impression which is why the 4 stars. Overall a decent campground and affordable.

Just a nice quiet well-run KOA with friendly & helpful staff. Conveniently located off the highway, yet far enough away that you do not hear highway traffic. Yes, the natural terrain is hilly, but all the campsites I saw were pretty level. The hilly terrain enhances water run-off, so the sites dry quickly, and there were no annoying mud pits. Easy check in, great camp store, and a wonderfully picturesque full-service campground close to nearby attractions like Natural Bridge State Park, the Safari, and City of Lexington. We were so fortunate to be at Natural Bridge / Lexington KOA when we developed a power issue in our 5th wheel camper. This KOA has personnel who are knowledgeable in RV equipment and were able to replace a defective voltage regulator. That's a service that could take days to even schedule, but with the personnel at this KOA we were able to repair in 24 hours. Chris really helped us out, did an unbelievable job, and we could not be more grateful.

We just stayed for an overnight and we're very happy with the site, campground and all employees we spoke with. This is our second time here and look forward to a longer stay next time
