We have traveled all over the country and truly this is one of our favorite places to stay.

Not impressed. Terrible customer service at check in, horrible site despite ridiculous pricing. HUGE price increases since our stay 18 months ago. $130/night plus taxes?!? Will never return to this park, the value just isn't there. But hey, I guess as long as people are stupid enough to pay it they'll charge it.

Great response to our needs. The sites are very nice. The restrooms were clean and well kept. Great live music to enjoy.

Very nice campground. Has shuttle to downtown. Nice pool. Had deluxe patio site with paw pen. Enjoyed it very much.

The shuttle is a great idea. The showers were gross and stinky. The dog park areas too small, can’t play fetch or anything. People were just leaving their dog poop in the god areas so we had to clean it up, can’t stand ignorant people that feel they are above picking up their own dogs crap. Met a lot of nice people and otherwise ok.

We had made reservations for one night and changed our mind to add another night. When we arrived the gentleman said we had two separate reservations and would have to move the second day which made no sense to me. A lady in the office heard him telling me that and she came out of the office, changed my reservation so we wouldn’t have to move. Wished I knew her name but great customer service!!

Check in was fairly easy except that my rewards points were not applied as I asked until I pointed it out to the clerk. The Koa patio site was so off level my auto level lifted the left side tires of my fifth wheel off the ground to level itself. The furniture is cute but very uncomfortable. The traffic noise is insane. I’d stay here again only because the downtown shuttle, $10, is convenient

The stay was good and the management team did a good job bring in exertainment for the guests. I have one complaint We we there 4 night and the washroom by H13 was never cleaned once. Two of the four showers are broken or so dirty they were unusable. There was empty booze bottles on the floor when we arrived and they were still there four days later.

We have stayed there four times and enjoy the resort except for the restrooms and showers. They have been getting worse. The water pressure was low and it took multiple flushes. I had to flush others feces. The shower heads and controls in some showers need attention. Half of the washing machines were out of order. Very inconvenient and we had to come back often to wait for an empty.

We love the KOA in Nashville. It is very nice. The pool stays open til midnight and is heated. This was a big plus for us because our kids loved the pool. The basketball court was also nice. Could use a better playground for the little kids, maybe swings. But other than that it was all wonderful.

Fabulous! Wonderful amenities - can't beat the paw pen site. And the shuttle option for downtown Nashville was perfect!

For the price charged, you would expect decent roads and turf. This park looked very shabby and is not well kept. The Service employees do a half complete job. Leaves and other horticulture should have been picked up, NOT blow into the weedy turf. You can almost loose your footing with the round ball type horticulture coming from the trees. Roads were poorly built. Ponding throughout.

Great place to stay we loved everything about except for one small inconvenience and that’s in our site there was a huge water meter blocking the campsite and splitting the site in 2. I would recommend staying here the whole place was great and we loved the live music!

Nice sites and dog areas. Loved the pool, hot tub and nightly entertainment. Location was great and we needed a camping world, which was right next door. Will stay again and use the shuttle.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location and ease of access. My only complaint is the lack of private bath facilities but it's only a minor complaint.

Site L9 was a Poplar tree that sheds constantly gumballs and some other type of flower . My roof on my Coach was overwhelming covered with this shedding tree. Then it rained and the yellow/green dye from the droppings ran down all over the coack. I needed a shovel to remove the debris on the roof and then had to hand clean the staining on the roof along with the windows and entire body, 8 hours

Water & mud covered a good portion of the pad as well as mud surrounding the pad. When my wife talked to a girl in the office she suggested we go to Walmart and buy a tarp. Did not offer a refund or discount. We were here 3 years ago and bragged about how nice it was. Totally disappointed. Will never return.

The pool and hot tub were at great temperatures! Staff were super friendly and helpful and the garbage collection service is amazing! Property was well kept however our site did have a HUGE tree root that we continually tripped over. The evening entertainment was also fantastic.

Great place to stay, other campgrounds could take lessons from this KOA, they have free live music by the pool and in the event building, missed the pool side music but Velvet Rodeo was a great show!!!

Everything was clean, well-kept. Friendly staff. The gravel site was a bit unlevel making it hard to disconnect our 5th-wheel.

Bathrooms in a bad way. Two stalls out of four out of toilet paper in the ladies room and one toilet in the men’s room clogged with paper and other stuff (yech) for 24 hours. It was marked out of order, but should have been dealt with. Otherwise great!!!

Cabins were very clean, spacious and affordable for what was offered. They have thought of everything. The staff was very friendly and would randomly stop by just to see that everything was okay. We were a large group and it was all effortless to have a good time. We will definitely come back on our next Nashville trip. Shout out to Bill for being so kind and attentive.

Stayed here in our 23' travel trailer for two nights on our way back from Florida to Minnesota. The park was very full, the roads are a little narrow and the sites are somewhat close together. But the park itself is in a great location. Its very close to downtown as well as having lots of dining and shopping nearby. There is bus transportation from the park to downtown Nashville (drops off at the Country Music Hall of Fame) for $10 per person. Highly recommended vs. dealing with parking downtown. We also enjoyed live entertainment in the park in the evenings which was fun. The restrooms were clean and the staff was pretty helpful and gave us some good recommendations. May not be the quietest park but if you are coming to enjoy Nashville its a great place to camp. We would stay here again.

Fabulous pool and hot tub! Shuttle to take you to downtown Nashville. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend. Pool is open late.
