The campground was clean and the staff was quite friendly and very accommodating. The shuttle service to downtown was very nice. The only two reasons the rating isn’t perfect are: 1) There was temporarily no hot water in the showers & 2) The location is not ideal for bicycles. There are no bike trails close to the campground and there is not enough adequate room to ride within the property

The water wasn’t working in 1/2 of the property when we arrived. Since it was also nearly empty, I asked to move to a site with water working. I was offered to pay a $20 up charge to move to an empty, but working full hookup site. Not the best move by a KOA facility. We stay at them a lot, but when in Nashville, we’ll stay next door at the Two Rivers RV Park.

Just stopped for the night, arrived late thanks to traffic and left fairly early, so can't say much about the amenities, but the staff was great, very warm and welcoming when we checked in. I will have to say, that it always disappoints me when other campers don't clean up after their dogs... We always clean up after ours and whatever we find left by others. Shame on those who don't ! :-(

Would have been 5 stars, however in two different occasions there has been no hot water showers. November 2023 and again February 2924.

It was a good stay. We wished we could have seen more of the town, however we judged needed a rest.

This campground is fantastic! Close enough to downtown Nashville with a shuttle service, but far enough away from the hustle. We caught a little live music Friday evening and Saturday afternoon in the clubhouse before heading into town, used the heated pool and spa, and enjoyed some of the other amenities. The staff was wonderful. We’ll definitely stay again for our Nashville visits!

Very cold. 8* overnight. Water line frozen ,water hook up not available. Offering bottle water would have been a great idea. Ice on sidewalks need salted to prevent falls.

Very convenient for a one night stay travelling to Florida from Michigan. Terribly cold and icy but the staff did their best to make sure we had everything we needed for the night.

Conditions in park very dangerous. No snow cleared or salt down. Restrooms so cold my wife would not use. Shower stalls way too cold to use. You list as year round campground but are not prepared for it. Somehow my KOA rewards did not work here, but they did on reservations for West Pensacola Al made same day. Would not recommend based on your performance or lack thereof

We had to leave early because of the weather, but will be back in the future! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The amenities look fantastic and the location to downtown Nashville is is great- just minutes away!

Had site G1 during our visit. the sites concrete pad making unusable due to rain and excessive water holding on the pad. Not necessarily anyone’s fault, but a site issue that would be worth rectifying for others on future stays.

Something needs to be done about the sites for when it rains because it is a muddy mess and you cannot even get to your trailer door! Our site was even a blacktop site and it was horrible! Before we could even get set up, we had to lay in mat down at our site so we could even get into our trailer… It’s a lot of money to pay to have to wear hip boots to get around!

This is a very comfortable RV park with service levels much higher than we typically find at a KOA. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff! They also escort you if you arrive late and assist with anything you need. Shuttle and ride shares very easily accessible for any site seeing you would like to do.

We were in spot R21 and this whole row of back in spots are in bad shape… they are mostly mud with gravel being sparse. Very close together and not long enough. Rest of spots on campground are better but these overnight spots need some work. Bathrooms were clean and staff friendly

We were in-transit to our home and just needed an overnight stay on our last leg to home. We called and got an excellent support from the staff. We arrived about 7:00 PM and the store was still open with a delightful service person to assist in registration. The site selected was not appropriate for our RV, the Internet did not work except for an "Open" access which we chose not to use.

We had a great experience. The KOA was great at communicating prior to arrival and during. The property was clean and offered several activities. Quiet and roomy lots. I have already recommended to friends and we plan on returning.

Have stayed here many times…always enjoy this campground but did have a couple of issues this time. Difficulty with WiFi connection and having to redo several times while using it. Also, our first night out in our camper for awhile and didn’t know if it was our issue or campground, but no cable TV. Next campground we had cable.

We love staying at your KOA. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly and more than helpful. The only issue we had this visit was other people parking in front of or behind our RV. We should have reported it but didn’t since the campground wasn’t full.

Decent stay - Spot we were in required leveling blocks even though it was a "premium" site... Nice staff, great visit to the area and convenient to lots of things. Only other thing that I saw as a negative was the long term sites and how dirty/unorganized they looked. Really takes away from the upscale feeling of this being a "resort" KOA.

Cabins were very clean, spacious and affordable for what was offered. They have thought of everything. The staff was very friendly and would randomly stop by just to see that everything was okay. We were a large group and it was all effortless to have a good time. We will definitely come back on our next Nashville trip. Shout out to Bill for being so kind and attentive.

Stayed here in our 23' travel trailer for two nights on our way back from Florida to Minnesota. The park was very full, the roads are a little narrow and the sites are somewhat close together. But the park itself is in a great location. Its very close to downtown as well as having lots of dining and shopping nearby. There is bus transportation from the park to downtown Nashville (drops off at the Country Music Hall of Fame) for $10 per person. Highly recommended vs. dealing with parking downtown. We also enjoyed live entertainment in the park in the evenings which was fun. The restrooms were clean and the staff was pretty helpful and gave us some good recommendations. May not be the quietest park but if you are coming to enjoy Nashville its a great place to camp. We would stay here again.

Fabulous pool and hot tub! Shuttle to take you to downtown Nashville. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend. Pool is open late.
