Secured a site online for a 44 foot camper for $76 and when I got there was reassigned another site that was shorter and very tight not at all what we were looking for would not stay again

Very quiet campground, which I like. Everyone we did talk to was super friendly. Very clean property, and the shower house is very well kept.

We walked in an met a very cheerful Lisa & Steve. We were lead to our camp site #35, and set up. Although I thought it was a little tricky to get level, it worked out. I had to borrow their ladder for an issue and Steve helped me. We we’re meeting our in laws and they helped put us together. All the staff was great. Will stay there again.

Whenever we’re in the Nashville, TN area, we stay at Lebanon KOA. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Thank you to all the staff, for being Great! We are as big as a Semi and fit no problem. Unloaded the car and went to Nashville and had a blast!

Great campground and facilities. Cleanest dog park I have seen so far. My only suggestion is a change machine in the laundry room.

Love this place! The staff were super accommodating and moved us to a less noisy location. It’s a gorgeous campground and they are adding on. Farm fresh eggs were a yummy bonus find in their store! Will definitely be coming back!

Just the most helpful and friendly staff. Grounds and facilities were well kept and maintained. Showers could use better lighting. In this day and age I recommend guest bring their own cleaner/sanitizer to use before and after… it's unrealistic to think the facilities should have to clean and maintain after some of you folks ��. 10/10

Basically slept in the parking lot right in front of the facility. And the price was way to steep to “camp” like that. Overpriced, underwhelmed,wouldn’t return

We stayed for 3 nights in a 35 ft motorhome. The campgrounds were easily assessable from 840. The campground employees were very helpful and polite. The campgrounds were very well kept and clean. We stayed here so we could take our little truck into Nashville. While staying we also visited downtown Lebanon. This was our first trip in our motor home and it was a great experience.

Just an overnight passing through the area. Nice sites with easily accessible electric, water and sewer. Well maintained property. Would definitely stay again.

$60 for a tent site that isn't level and is nothing more than a pile of wood chips on the side of the road isn't reasonable, and that's coming from someone who owned and operated a campground.

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your site. We do have cheaper tent sites without utilities and shade. I'm sure with your experience you must know that rates vary wildly by location and amenities. We do have clean bathrooms, a beautiful pool, nicely manicured sites, and great customer service.

The folks worked with us even though we didn’t have reservations to accommodations. We ended up staying two nights until we could get our trailer in the shop.

Greatest KOA experience to date. Grandkids loved the site ( and the pool). Site maintenance is second to none and facilities were clean and accessible. Again, great job to the staff for providing such a well maintained and stress free environment.

Site was nice and clean, even with the rain. A dry “ not muddy” area to hookup the trailer. We had a 35’ 5th wheel in space 49 and had to park in parking area. But it was close. Parking area was a little rough maybe run a bobcat on the right hand side. Everything else was on point. Thank you.

Wonderful staff! We were first time travelers with a camper and the staff was knowledgeable and very willing to help out with our questions. Campsite was clean and safe enough to let my kids be kids! Wonderful experience. We will be back now that we've officially we've bought our first camper!

The KOA was clean and spacious. Please let folks know they are going to have an up charge for “holiday” and “weekend” rates four days after a holiday before they arrive. After driving all day, it is nice to have peace of mind knowing the reservation is paid for and it is much more courteous to let clientele know ahead of time. “Estimated cost of stay” in our reservation email should be

We got a call while on the road saying that they were going to be closing the office at 4:00 pm due to the July 4th activities. We had an hour and a half to make it there and did with 10 minutes to spare. The site was gravel and slanted, which was remedied by moving the camper uphill a bit, but it was only for one night so not a big deal. Would stay here again.

We were able to stay extra days in overflow because of the helpful folks that take care of the guests. Also when we arrived our vehicle in tow had a dead battery. Steve was able to get a pair of jumper cables and get the car going . Thanks to all the helpful people that work there !!

We arrived on a very rainy day and were really not looking forward to setting up a tent in the rain. The host placed us in a "Hammock Hut" which were just newly opened. Luckily we had hammocks with us and it turned out to be such a GREAT experience!!! We LOVED the Hammock hut and will reccomend it to all our traveling friends!! I wish all KOA's had these available!

Pool ladder was very unsafe, caused a slip and fall with bruising, step needs to be tightened. Water spigots are very close to the ground and very small threads, almost impossible to get a normal hose attached properly. Hosts were nice.

We've been travelling back and forth along I-40 for 20 years or so, and can't understand how we missed this little gem of a campground. It's a nice size, the back in spot we had was easy enough to get our 33ft trailer in, and was flat and level. The staff were soooo friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be going back.

This campground exceeded all three of my requirements for what I consider an excellent quality campground. First off, it was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Our site was level and had everything that was promised to us. Secondly, it was convenient. Despite being immediately off the highway, it was quite quiet and peaceful. And since it is right off the highway it provides all the conveniences to being near Nashville. Thirdly, the customer service provided was wonderful. The staff was friendly and courteous. I do not get caught up with things like Wi-Fi access, playgrounds, and pools. If I had wanted one of those campgrounds, I would have stayed at a KOA holiday or resort. I did not use the Wi-Fi because I as I have found with all free Wi-Fi, even at hotels, it typically is not very fast and has a high latency. But because of the location, I received excellent cell service through Verizon and was able to use my phone as a hotspot to watch movies, and stream and browse the web. I would definitely come back to this KOA.
