Uneven unattended sites. It was spring so maybe better later?

Cute campground, sites close together. Staff was very friendly, escorted to site. Clever system to prevent frozen water pipes -using a heat lamp covered with a 5 gallon bucket at every site. Looks cool at night with all the buckets lit up. Large dog park. Many trees. Sites have new picnic tables. We used Jack Milliken's RV Repair while there to get the furnace cleaned. Would use again.

We had a great time here! From the happy, pleasant ladies at check in, to being escorted to our site, to a fun scavenger hunt, to the lovely, friendly folks who paraded in their golf carts to just say hi in the evening this was a wonderful place to break up our trip. It was a happy place to be �ϋ�

Nice campground close to the highway. Staff is great and friendly. We had a pull thru site that was easy to access but somewhat narrow and sloped at each end but we were able to level our rig easyily. Overall it's a nice place and close enough to Nashville to make it desirable.

We stayed here due to some weather beyond our control. The staff was super friendly and attentive! We appreciated their hospitality and accommodating us.

We were a very late arrival, after midnight. They had given us a pull though that was the simplest to pull into in the dark. Very much appreciated. Good signage, everything was clean, quite. Let us leave a few minutes late because we couldn't catch the cat inside.

Just passing through and stayed one night. It was clean , friendly and efficient. No complaints at all, KOA’s are just a little pricier than others that compare with them.

So many long term residents the campground looks like a cheep trailer park!

Hello, we're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. We do offer monthly sites in a separate section of the park. Our stringent monthly rules keep the sites clean, and mitigate the "cheep trailer park" look. Your unique review leads us to believe you are defaming the wrong campground.

We arrived and there was no one to check us in even though we were earl(office was closed). As we were getting our paper to see what lot we were in a worker came up and showed us our site. The rest rooms and shower area were filthy! I used the laundry room and it took me almost two hours to wash two loads of laundry using two wash machines (the water pressure was terrible).

Hey! We're not sure what happened with your check-in experience, but we do apologize that it sounds like it was negative for you. Our restrooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, and the city water pressure is 45psi (Recommended RV pressure). The washers are timed, and are not affected by pressure.

The campground is set atop a hill overlooking the east vista & hills to the west with cows grazing. It is a picturesque pastoral place! You feel like you have a slice of peace in the midst of city hustle and bustle. It’s a short trip to the Opry for a show -20 or so minutes. An hour from Franklin but honestly you will find downtown Lebanon is a wonderful surprise! The staff are great people A+++

Nice clean camp ground. We loved having a site with a recessed picnic table area with wood fence around it. It was convenient to all things we wanted to do in the area

no sewer, one dumpster, no very level, for over $60.00, WIFI was useless. had to pay for WIFI to get work done.

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. We do have lots of Full Hookup sites with sewer, but you booked a non-sewer site online. We do have a dumpstation for all guests to use though! We do also have 2 conveniently located dumpsters.

Site was not level and bathroom facilities were small. The overall appearance was not up to our past KOA experiences.

We were staying here the last night before heading home from a 1 month trip to Florida. We didn't want to unhook anything and the 1st site assigned to us wasn't as level as we would have hoped for. They took me in their golf cart to a couple of other open sites and we chose a better site. They took care of the problem right away. Standard WiFi was OK. Didn't want to pay to upgrade.

The bathhouses are not heated so it can be very cold in there. Other than that I had a great stay and still staying here.

Most beautiful koa in the US, Tiffany at the front desk is amazing, Jose the grounds keeper is so helpful, Michael cool as can be. Definitely recommend

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Facilities are clean, grounds are immaculate, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and we were in a great location. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.
