Kathleen at the office was very professional and courteous. We booked "full hookup" which included cable but there was no cable. Others complained no cable as well. Loved the bus and food options. Wish pool was heated. Pool should have been opened on time. It was our 3rd year and love camping there despite minor issues. Bathroom/shower by office was clean.

Very nice pl. we had a guiet site over in the 500 section. Lots to do for the kids. The meatball truck and frozen drink truck were a nice touch. Only criticism is .The 7mph speed limit is strictly enforced. Which I like. How ever the Koa golf carts don’t adhere to it. They drive around hammer down. Maybe that should be addressed by management. Nice place. Will be back !!!!!

. On our third night the recreation director decided to do an impromptu dance party in addition to the one planned the previous night. It was horrible . Our site was across from the pavilion and we could not hear each other talk. It was louder and longer than the one planned which was fun. It ended at 9:47. I was not a happy camper. Overall most of the employees were pleasant and helpful.

I thought the pool area was in bad shape,not enough lounger chairs, for the amount we paid for a holiday weekend, the activities are pretty sad, the workers in the store don’t pay attention to what prices are, I was charged full price for something that was 25% off. luckily, I caught it. in the food truck that’s parked outside your store,she charges way too much.

Quick stay, close to home. Just wanted to work out the kinks in our RV. Great location, close to Westerly RI and Foxwoods. Wish we had more time to spend at the campsite,great amenities. Pool and attractions.

Our 1st site was in S section which was right next to highway, not recommended for a pop-up, but they were very nice and moved us the next day to different site where it was much quieter!! Campground was very nice and had lots of activities for the holiday weekend. Lots of stuff for the kids. Will have to bring my 8 year old daughter next time!!!

Service is incredible, staff is 2nd to none, it was very busy over the holiday weekend and the store stayed open and the staff stayed late to accommodate the guests. My 2nd time at Mystic KOA. Great job!

We arrived at dark and were waved to an area at the back. Any other KOA would have led us there in a golf cart. The site was not numbered and the map was incorrect. It was not a good start. The place was packed to the gills. Our fire ring was three feet tall and solid, so we couldn’t see the fire. Wood was super overpriced. Cap store closed too early.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and all that was offered. Great campgrounds. We just don't have any small children to enjoy all the amenities.

I don’t understand what all the bad reviews are about - it’s a campground (and a very nice one), so I don’t really know what people are expecting. The bad reviews made me nervous to go, but I am so glad we did because we had a great, relaxing weekend! We will definitely be back!

Park was clean, plenty of activities! I loved the text message reminders for schedules and also information! The site was very loud due to traffic from the highway. Can't wait to go back!

Happy to get a site on memorial day weekend, first trip with our new trailer. Mystic KOA is well worth the stop,very secure, events held throughout the weekend were fun and welcoming will stay again

I was a little bummed as we had rented a tent space but ended up getting put in an RV spot. This was I. April so the place was mostly vacant. This also cost more so wasn’t super happy about that

Great place to relax off the grid, as there is zero WiFi in this park. Sites are OK but I did book a park that advertised WiFi & the cost was factored in to the price I paid. When I asked about the WiFi the staff suggested that I go to McDonalds down the road. The WiFi problems were not corrected in the 8 days that I was off the grid in this Park. KOA tell me that I cannot contact them so who?

It is one of our favorite places to stay but just was disappointed with the rain that we got there was a backup of water in the road right near our camper.

Sunrise came right through the window over my bed…the same window that I watched the stars from the night before. Loved the very level pull through site. Great short stay to prep for summer camping!

First time at Mystic KOA and was greeted with by a friendly staff member who was very informative, and made us feel welcome, The daily trash pickup at our site was very nice perk and the daily activity text message was very helpful. Thank you!

It was excellent stay besides the rain . They pulled through for my family and were able to save our reunion by renting there building to us for the reunion .Thank you once again .Marty Janicki

WE enjoyed our stay for the Spring Fling and despite the Rainy Saturdays would definitely love to stay again next spring.

Road noise was expected. A little further from Mystic Seaport than I had thought but that may have been my fault. Campground was not crowded and they did a great job of spreading everyone out. Very peaceful in May but I would think very crowded during the summer months. I’d definitely go back in the fall.

Area is very pleasant, and great location. Have stayed multiple times. Please though - wifi !! Always issues. Friendly pesronnel? Definitely not an issue! Everyone is great!

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
