The first day I got there, the grass was past my ankles, filled with flowers and honeybees, I’m highly allergic to bees stings. I reported to the office and was satisfied with their actions. they sent somebody up right away to fumigate and cut the grass. On the seventh day due to the rain we had extreme flooding at our campsite with sewer back up and unpleasant smell.

We have been long time KOA Mystic campers , We enjoyed our stay , however I believe our family is outgrowing your campground. I believe that for kids 13 and over you are missing the boat. I heard more than once from my 15 and 18 year old that the KOA is boring, Even the 13 and below kids were board during the week with NO actives at all .

Our stay was very restful. It was the fifth stop in our 2.5 month vacation. Most of which are at KOA Campgrounds!

Since our last visit in 2022 I know there were new owners but this year I stayed longer than I normally do and was very disappointed in the grounds. The grass was long and there were weeds too and the activities weren't like they were from our August 2022 visit and for the price I paid was very disappointing as well as some of the staff in the office wasn't the nicest.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! We arrived only to find out that someone was mistakenly put in our spot. We had to wait hours for the people to be moved. The weather was extremely hot, and we weren't allowed to plug into an empty site for electricity. Our dogs were suffering !!! We thankfully had people who let us share their elec for a while so we could run the ac for our dogs. Terrible management!!!!!

It was okay. We've been at campgrounds where they cut the grass. Ours was full of clover and trash from July 4th I'm usually not picky, but it should be cleaned before the next camper arrives. Our friends lost power and the sewer was full. Our other friends didn't have a site when they arrived because another camper was in their spot by mistake.

We had a fabulous time! The staff are very friendly and helpful! This was our first time staying here and a staff member brought us right to the campsite. Our kids were never bored and met some new friends. The pool was very clean and gave us a much needed break from the heat! There are so many attractions nearby that we were able to site see and spend a day at the beach in Rhode Island.

I had pre- registered for a site for over month. I have a 44 foot class A motor coach. I was told I would have a FULL HOOKUP site for the entire stay. I was very disappointed with the site in the back of the park, no shade NO SEWER HOOKUP! You charged $25 pump out. How can you call this FULL HOOKUP?How can you lie to people? I am NOW in Elizabethtown/Hershey KOA. Everything is perfect.

We love staying there! There is so much for the kids to do!! Very clean and everyone is very friendly! I’m also a big fan of Tammy in the Hard Times food & pub bus, her drinks are delicious, especially while sitting around the pool!

Gave it a 3 for recommendation only cause we like more space, and pull through sites have very little room.I give the campground it self a 5.Very clean campground, nice store and friendly staff, pool clean and nice area around it

I have two complaints: 1. we were told that we could not put a tent up on our site, but saw several sites with RVs and tents while we were there. We've always had a tent on our site in the past. 2. We did not lock in our sites when we booked. Ridiculous that you have to pay an extra fee. I don't understand why the computer moves people around. KOA members should not have to pay the fee.

We didn’t have much of a site not much from my camper to the road. We were on the main road and people were flying in their cars. Need to enforce the speed limits Very clean would go back just didn’t care for the site we had.

We had a problem the first day, but they moved us to a different site. Very accommodating. Rachel in the office helped us out. I cannot say enough good things about this KOA. Thanks for a great time.

This campground will not make our list of places to return. We had a massive crater size hole right in the middle of our site. With a morning of rain, we had a 4" deep puddle of water right in the middle of our entire site. we had to scoop it out with buckets just to try and walk. We brought it up to to staff and they did nothing to try to help us out during our 1 week stay. Will not return.

I loved that we received texts about what was going on while we were there. The food & pub bus was such a great addition to have available. If we are ever back in the area, we will stay at Mystic KOA!

Great location, we enjoyed seeing parts of Rhode Island and Connecticut. Clean campground, friendly staff, a variety of unique amenities, plenty of space.

Lots of activities for families. I like the text communication. The pool was closed on July 4 which was a bummer. Wish it had been announced. The pool was also fairly dirty on July 3 so maybe that's why it was closed...didn't love the roadside location but we booked late. Helpful staff. Friendly guests. Great location.

Love KOA's. Every campground is clean with friendly helpful staff. This KOA was unique with a slushy bus for kids and adults. Can't go wrong with KOA's!

Upon check in, the girl that checked us in was not very friendly. I left the office feeling very unsure of what to expect for the rest of my stay. We were guided to our site by a very nice man. The site itself, we did not like. We were right across from the pavilion and every night it was very hard to relax because of the noise. Perhaps, that site should be reserved for people traveling with kids.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Mystic KOA. It’s extremely clean, lots of activities and food trucks but have to say the communication is such that I have not experienced. They text for activity reminders, lost pets, children, and items.

Friendly,clean,polite,helpful,fun,love the bartender and her truck, great idea. Didn’t try food truck by pavilion but they looked busy. Nice to see! Great location. We visited Mystic shops and restaurants. See you next year!! Thank you.

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
