Staff was fantastic! Overall it is one of my favorite places to stay! There isn’t much to do! Especially after the season. Would be nice to utilize all the green flat land behind the pool and have a weekend. Band or something. It did rain this weekend and our site was pretty muddy!

The staff was great and plenty of activities were planned. It's just that it rained and the site was completely flooded so better drainage is needed. Also, it is very close to Interstate 95 and you can hear trucks all night. But, it is in the heart of quaint New England.

Very nice campground out in the woods with easy access to the interstate. Sites are spacious and offer nice views throughout the campground. It was clean and quiet - we had a very nice stay.

only issue was the drainage at the intersection of the 500 area. there is a drain, but did not drain good. water was over 18" deep. there was not a lot of rain during this time. my guess is drain needs to be cleaned out. only issue, great park!!!!!

We had a bal!! StFf was great! Helpful! Text reminders were great! Grounds and amenities great also!! We’d definitely recommend and will definitely be back next year!

When ur told to turn everything off and go to bed a 10pm will never visit again, me and 6 other families you lost our business and we dis three times a year, if we wanted to go to bed at 10 o’clock we would’ve stayed home.

EVENTHOUGH IT RAINED MOSTLY ALL WEEKEND THAT WE WERE THERE, THEY STILL MADE EVENTS HAPPEN, JUST DIFFERENTLY. IT WAS WELL ORCHISTRATED. I WILL DEFINATELY BE B ACK.

We have camped at this KOA with our travel trailer for several years in a row now. We like the natural layout, plenty of space to walk around and staff members our friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the quality of potable drinking water. We did not realize there was a potential well water contamination problem as indicated on the camp bulletin board and NOWHERE else.

Employees are attentive, pleasant and helpful. Facilities are clean and nicely done - great shower!

The site and all those around us were not level, requiring considerable effort to level the unit and properly block the wheels of our Class A, the sewer connection was nearly as high as the under carriage of our coach and about 15 feet away creating a super inefficient (& strenuous) effort to dump our tanks. Highway noise from I95 was intrusive & annoying. Poor ground cover resulted in muddy site

We are not towing a vehicle. Uber came to the KOA and delivered us to Olde Mistik Village then we Ubered back. We had a nice stay

Sewer with no threaded connection, Quiet hours if they exist should also incorporate a reasonable restriction on outdoor lighting. Motion sensor floodlights on the utility (drivers side) should not be allowed to operate all night illuminating the neighbors. patio area.

I always wrap up my camping season at the Mystic KOA due to the full hookups. Awesome to be able to make sure my tanks are clean before winterizing it. Nice campground with lots of activities. I love the text messages about what is going on so you don't miss anything. Very nice camp store and the staff is great! I will be back next summer!

Great place. Two constructive items for consideration: 1) Expensive, and 2) Speed Bumps. Cost is high but typical for a KOA these days and I get speed bumps to control speed but they don’t agree with RVs. I can’t stand apeed bumps.

Pull through site reserved months in advance was too small to fit our MH with toad hooked up.. Why do we give all of our unit specifications during the reserving process only to have staff not read this info and put us at a site that is not big enough. Offered a longer site at smaller 30 amp hook up. Offered 50 amp deluxe site with extra payment expected. Terrible customer service.

We absolutely love this campground and the people are always cheerful, happy to see and help you, and it is convenient to so much, especially Mystic Pizza II. We try to plan 2-3 nights there twice a year and it is beautiful being on a 250 yr. old farm with lots of open space.

For the size of the campground, you need many more laundry machines. Dump station needs a trash can, and a regular hose faucet for the black tank flush.

Had a nice weekend stay with family. Very hard to get level in our site and sites in our area were too close together. Nice, clean campground, with friendly staff. Lots to do in the area.

OK but dump station required a stop on the way out. Would have preferred my shower AFTER dumping, but already packed&ready to hit the road. The only other negative is becoming more common lately: The young cashier was busy on her phone so I had to return. When I did I was not surprised that her vocabulary lacked the words please and thank you. Poor training or parenting? A poor reflection on both.

Lovely campground, well maintained with a friendly staff. We have a 38’ Motorcoach flat towing our Jeep and our pull through site was very spacious . No issues getting in or out either. Would definitely return.

We stayed 3 nights at the Mystic KOA while sight seeing in CT. We had our 2 goldendoodles and found the campground to be very dog friendly. It was very quiet and clean. Check-in and check-out was very fast and painless. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Our lot (D4) was easy with plenty of room. Would definitely stay again.

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
