Was very disappointed in the campground this time. Roads need attention. The stage area is not longer being maintained anymore. Garbage is all over and unless you complain, nothing is cleaned up by the stage grounds. Employee's are very friendly but the place is becoming run down. Needs major improvements. Will not being giving a good review this visit.

Wayover priced thought I was paying 65 ended up being over $150 never will be back no value for your buck small RV sites. Plenty of amenities for kids class a motorhomes stay away play the other campgrounds nearby first KOA they haven’t had good things to say about.

Could not reach anyone on the phone. Each time I tried to contact someone, I only received the computer answering service to repeatedly say, press 1 or 2.

The KOA is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Once you are in the campground there are a lot of trees and plenty of shade. I liked that the jumping pillow and pool stayed open late and there were plenty of showers and bathrooms. I did not like that there were tents set up literally right next to the gates to the dog park and you have to walk through the tent sites to get to the gates.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ! Le personnel était amical, souriant et bienveillant. Le terrain ombragé était parfait. Le camping est à distance de marche de la plage ou on peut s'y rendre cart (système de navette). Les enfants ont aimé la ''trampoline'', la piscine et et les jeux d'eau pour se rafraîchir. It was so great I had to keep renewing. 3 nights turned into an amazing week thanks to the KOA staff. The bathrooms are always clean, the place is well maintained, there are a lot of cute activities like the worm train, golf cart parade, pool glow stick party, just love the vibe. Prices are unbeatable too.

The campground was very pleasant and clean. Staff very very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

This KOA had so much to do especially with 6 kids in tow. (Multiple families) We only left the campground 2X. The beach for the day and the boardwalk other than that we enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t get an escort to our site like all the other KOA’s we’ve stayed at. We found our way and had a good time. Overall great stay ���

Cute cabin, a little too far from the bathrooms and a little too dark at night but it was clean. Our cabin had a fridge and microwave in it which was a nice surprise

Notre terrain était petit. Les piscines aussi le sont et pleines d'enfants, donc pas trop relaxant. Il y avait des chanteurs le soir. Il y a un petit parc chiens. Les heures d'ouverture du petit magasin sont très restreintes. Le personne est sympathique. Il y a plein d'activités à faire à pieds.

Friendly staff- super clean campground and space around you. Never feel like we’re packed like a can of sardines at KOA sites. We always look for them first wherever we go

We were there for a weekend. Bathrooms stayed nasty. The pool was way over capacity because the kiddie pool was closed and the splash pad wasn't working. Even seen the employees in the pool. Talked to other campers who said this was nothing like other KOAs, they over booked them (in an RV) and put them in a tent site and ran extension cords.

Very nice campground. Little tight in places getting in and out but not really a problem. The only KOA I’ve stayed at that no one escorted to site but direction were good.

extremely dirty swimming pool and pool area - needed washing bad; they did not escort us to our lot and we got lost in the campground; dirty wash houses with trashy and dirty floors and nasty walls; never will see my face at this campground again

Got to our cabin and it was FILTHY. the pile of dirt and dog hair is what I swept up myself upon arrival. The dog hair just kept coming and coming - I could never get it all up.I spent quite a bit of time trying to clean it all up.! if it wasn’t for ruining my kids vacation I would have packed my bags and left . Bathhouses were gross as well.

We had no Wi-Fi connection during our 2-day stay. Front desk said it was because of the trees (don't all the campsites have trees??) and said no one was available over the weekend. The maintenance person blamed it on the TV when we arrived on Friday. We have been there 4 times in the past 2 years and had Wi-Fi connection each time.

Park was packed like sardines. Bath house wasn't clean at all. We smelled marijuana as we set up from one of our tent neighbors. Just not a pleasant experience at all.

The KOA staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my campsite. Campground felt crowded. Probably would not return because of the location. Did not feel comfortable in the surrounding area outside the campground.

We stayed in cabin 44. The air conditioner is way undersized and in the middle of the day it is unbearably hot. We had to go outside to cool off. The wood railing on the porch is rotted and the floor boards on the porch are warped causing my kids to fall. A little upkeep would go a long way! We could have stayed in our tent and saved some money, we would have sweated either way. What a let down!

Everyone was very friendly and the main office was clean and the pool was wonderful. The only downside I experienced that wasn’t other campers was the bathrooms. They were cleaned regularly for sure but the doors on the bathroom stalls weren’t fastened totally and the showers sprayed into other shower areas. Really great location and I felt the staff did a good job with the sites.

Put us at a site with all dirt in front of door, when there were sites open with more grass. Many small black bugs and mosquitos.

8 nights. Clean, friendly staff,12 minute walk to the beach or 1 minute walk if you take the shuttle at the top of the hour. Easy check in and nice pool.

It was dirty, unkempt. Only ran down playset for the kids. Pool was nasty and smaller pool was roped off with caution tape. Was very disappointed. We love KOA because we trust that they are nice and have plenty to do not this one for a resort level it was the worst place we have ever stayed.

Very disappointed. The only Shower house/bathroom was very dirty. Actually nasty. The pool area was unclean. There was no activities for kids during the week. The pool was very far from our campsite which was very inconvenient. The golf cart rental was very expensive. Will not be back.

They had the worst showers I’ve ever seen �Ͻ. Our site was full of ants, so we had to purchase ant spray to spray all around our camper �� The only positive thing was the golf cart shuttle to the beach area.

The cabin was absolutely filthy. Blood stains on mattress, refrigerator did not get cold at all. My wife had to spend 2 hrs cleaning when we showed up just so we could use the bathroom.

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
