This KOA was the best. Completely catered to the kids. They had so much fun looking for the KOA rocks, swinging on the giant swing, and taking a night walk through the forest. The camp sites were big, shaded, and clean. Staff was also so friendly and helpful! We will be back! Thank you

Fantastic place and really nice staff. Pancake breakfast Saturday morning was a very nice surprise. The only knock would be the barking dog(s) during the night from neighboring property.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean showers and laundry facilities. We had a great stay. Would definitely camp here again if in the area.

We had a great time! We go every year and we feel at home. Everyone there is nice. Koa is clean, quiet and lots to do. We don't leave the camp. We'll continue to come back. Thank you Aaron and Jenel for everything.

When I got there my site was overrun by ants but maintenance took care of that. The showers by the pool smell moldy all the time, is it black mold? Other than that it was fine.

This campground is clean & well maintained. It has great amenities i.e. pool, ping pong, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, short walking trail & pet area. It’s close to Lassen NP, Hat Creek & Burney Falls. It’s a wonderful place to camp!

We have stayed here many times over the years since it became a KOA park. Quiet, cool nights, summer activities for the whole family, roomy spaces with lots of tree shade and the best mountain spring water in the country.

Only stayed one night on our journey home but enjoyed the place. Staff very accommodating, site spacious and nestled in the beautiful forest setting. Bathrooms clean and facilities overall good. Looked to be a great place for a family holiday with lots of fun things for children. Just have to accept that in a forest setting things get well dusted!

This was our first visit to the Shingletown/Mt. Lassen KOA and we loved it! The staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds were well-maintained, and there was lots of outdoor play areas for our grandkids. The store was a lifesaver -- I forgot to pack coffee, but the store had complimentary coffee for us! We will definitely be back.

The staff is great! We love this KOA, our third visit coming from Washington. Love the movie nights, pancake breakfast and beautiful scenery. It is definitely a family KOA with a lot of kids and dogs, so somewhat noisy. Biggest complaint is the mosquitoes. Pull through sites are great although some leveling is required. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great and relaxing time. My only complaint is, I made our reservation in December and got the tightest, unlevel, sunniest spot. Watched other canpers come in for one night and got the great spots. Just didn't understand that. Other then that, your campground is clean, friendly staff and quiet. We would stay again if in the area. Thanks

All of the "staff" are great! Very nice folks. The pool & restrooms are always clean. The pool is wonderful. They offer so much for families from Friday Night movies, to Saturday morning pancake breakfast to Sunday Ice Cream Social. The walking trail in the back of the campground is beautiful and so much fun to swing on Diana's swing. A must go to campground. This one is done right!

One of the nicest, if not the nicest KOA we have stayed at. Plenty of tree coverage, clean and fairly level sites. Nice staff, Doug was amazing.

Nice KOA. Lots of Summer events such as movie night, ice cream, free pancakes Saturdays etc. Nice camp store. Has recycling available. We enjoyed our stay. The negatives: Some people had their dogs off leash at their sites making it uncomfortable to walk your dogs around on leash since the dogs ran out to yours. So many kids in the pool!!

My only advice would be to limit the number of guests in the pool area at a time (maybe a signup sheet with 1-hour increments during busy hours. There were times were we counted 25+ people IN THE POOL, with kids rough-housing. From lifeguard experience, this is the exact situation where a child can easily drown because you don't notice with that many folks in the pool.

Clean and accomodating for every age. Friendly staff, fun weekend activities, great place for kids to play and explore. RV sites are clean and roomy. On site store has a good selection of basic items you may need for camping. After four consecutive years of camping there, the kids always want to go back.

It is probably one of nicest KOA-Campgrounds. Wide spaces, good playground, Activity-Path gor dogs… The only thing i have to complain about: They told me, that the can‘t give the 10% reward for international code. I can‘t believe.

WE STAYED OVER THE FALL FESTIVAL WEEKEND AND IT WAS A BLAST! THEY HAD SO MANY ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS AND THE ADULTS TOO. IT'S SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME! WE WILL BE DEFINITLY STAYING THERE MORE OFTEN
