Our stay was absolute perfection. Our family had such a wonderful time. Everything was so clean and well-maintained. Everyone who worked there was lovely. We look forward to returning many times.

This is not a good campground when you want quiet. our site was not flat and right by the office. So there was noise late at night when guest arrived late and their cabin was not lit or heated. NO NAme on comment

Friendly staff and clean public areas. The store was well stocked especially with RV repair and spare parts.

Great play are for kids, close to Lassen NP,Very good internet, the maintenance supervisor helped us to select a site where we could easily level. I WAS IFFY ABOUT GIVING A 5 due to unlevel lots (need to bring in a scraper and level them out), but a very nice setting and after rejecting the first site, ge did find a level site for me

We had a very comfortable stay, Staff were welcoming, Sites were good size, Facilities were clean, many amenities to keep the family busy while in camp. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our favorite go to camping destination! New owners. Aaron and Jenl continue the legacy established long ago, of friendly, courteous service, as represented by their fantastic staff. Example, a large class A arrived with a vehicle in tow. Doug, the long time Maintenance Superintendent, guided them into the perfect spot for their situation. Last. But not least. this facility is known for cleanlines

We have a great time, the lady's at the office very helpful when we mention that it was are first RV they helped us setup. Very nice staff � for sure we recommend � and we'll go back and camp again tk.

Excellent campground nestled in the woods. It’s location made it easy to be within an hour of all things Mt Lassen. Multiple excellent bathrooms around camp. Great playground with sand pit/toys. The camp host was very helpful and the store had everything we needed. It’s clear the owners are trying to get all the “little things” right which adds up to a great experience.

1st time staying here. This is a great campground in a beautiful setting. The campground is very clean and well kept. The site are very large. The staff is very helpful. A added bonus is the excellent WiFi. The best I ever had, staying in a campground. I would highly recommend it and can't wait to come back myself. Thank you Shingletown K.O.A.!

Very nice KOA and close to Lassen NP. Staff very friendly. great free coffee. Campground had lots of things for kids to play with. Clean too. We had a great stay.

Been coming here for years. Didn't like the idea of not being able to sit by a nice natural wood campfire. Also, there's nothing like roasting hotdogs, cooking breakfast or roasting marshmallows over an open flame. These were some of the reasons I've been coming here. Propane fires or the chemically treated logs are not the same. If possible, BRING BACK THE CAMPFIRES. Thanks

We camped with our grandsons and they had so much fun playing at the playground, basketball, disc golf, ping pong. The facilities are very clean and the staff very friendly.

We were there during a big rain storm, but the workers were still out making the campground beautiful. We had a late check out and the staff was very understanding.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly & welcoming upon checking. Restrooms & grounds were always clean. It was nice that they had free coffee & tea everyday available to us. I hope to be back in the summer months to enjoy the outdoor activities they have planned.

We have been coming up to Shingletown for A decade all the employees are friendly and very helpful, if we have a small problem they come to our camp site and do what needs to be done to solve the issue. This was the first trip up there under the new owners and we had a great time, We are looking forward to our next visit in May

Very nice location for exploring Lassen and surrounding area. Grounds were clean and there are very unique and fun area for kids and teens. Please put seat protectors in the bathrooms!!

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the team there made us feel so welcome. The new owners are super nice and the entire facility is very well kept and beautiful. Doug the Chief of maintenance is just a great person very outgoing and pleasant to talk to, with that said all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

WE STAYED OVER THE FALL FESTIVAL WEEKEND AND IT WAS A BLAST! THEY HAD SO MANY ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS AND THE ADULTS TOO. IT'S SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME! WE WILL BE DEFINITLY STAYING THERE MORE OFTEN
