Staff were wonderful and courteous, restrooms clean, pool great. The site was perfect and clean. There is so much to do at this park and real close to Yellowstone west entrance.

Friendly and helpful staff. Since we were there when YNP was closed, staff assisted us with other things to do in the area, which were beautiful. Adequate site for out RV. Nice park.

Nothing bad to say about it. The store crew is nice and they have good pizza. Restrooms are clean and work fine.

The staff was amazing and funny, facilities were clean and warm, the pizza shop was so fun and delicious. The only thing to improve was out of all of our control…the park itself. But the proximity to park is fantastic. All in all a fabulous place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Paid for a Premium pull thru, site was gravel and uneven. Had to use blocks to level trailer. Dump port was broken and recessed far below ground level. Couldn't screw in dump fitting. Location was nice. Granddaughter had fun catching frogs in ponds.

Unfortunately mother nature decided our Yellowstone vacation was going to be drastically different than originally planned. The KOA staff were great with recommendations on things to do since the park was closed during our entire trip. Accommodations at the KOA are fantastic and all the staff were great. Highly recommend!

The Cabin was pretty good. Being scolded for leaving before the staff showed up was ridiculous. Seriously, if you want us to sign something when we leave, you need to be available when we want to go. Leaving key cards in the room when you leave is pretty standard anywhere you go.

We were there during the great flood of Yellowstone. The front desk was great about letting us adjust our stay so we could continue our vacation. Hopefully we can come back one day.

The staff is outstanding! The sites are wide and very level. Our stay was five days and we enjoyed every moment. This KOA has their famous Lodgepole pizza and it was great. As a KOA rewards member, I will put this one on our return visit and favorites list.

Wonderful 4 night stay. Clean bath and laundry facilities. Great General store. Gracious staff. Would absolutely return to KOA Mountainside.

I know location is important, but this park really lacks consistency from site to site. Some sites were graveled others in the same price category were mud. The interior roads lack gravel and are uneven and mud puddles when it rains. For $110 a night I expect more! I would NOT recommend or stay here again. I gave it 3 stars based on location and setting. As a KOA Member I expect consistency.

Beautiful grounds and views. Some of the RV sports are great looking (with grass and rocking chairs). The tent site we had was very good. We walked the property and noticed some of the sites were soggy due to its lack of sunshine, but others were on the water and those looked good too. The staff was very nice and the gift shop had cute trinkets. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic setting, wonderful staff! We stayed in 2 different RV campsites and both had ample space between the neighbors. This KOA did not flood with all the rain when Yellowstone flooded! Plenty of areas to walk the dogs, and the 3/4 bathrooms were warm and clean. Added bonus was the laundry facility in the same building as the bathrooms so I could do some laundry while the kids showered!

I called at the last minute when Yellowstone shut down and these guys were very nice and accommodating. It's a nice clean place next to a stream.

We had a wonderful stay. Camp hosts we very friendly & helpful. The grounds are beautiful & our site was very spacious. We had a great time exploring the area behind the park. The bathrooms were clean & well kept as well as other areas. Kids loved the little playground.

We were greeted with happy smiles and great moods. Check in was easy peasy. Our spot (pull thru/f~h/u) was perfect; wonderful views all around, yard space was clean and ample. Oh, and the PIZZA!! So, so delicious. I highly recommend! If you’re real lucky you may even find a worker on a gulf cart willing to be your Uber…lol!! We had such a wonderful time here. We will definitely be coming back!

When I called to add an extra night ahead of my reservation I was refused a site even though one was available. He said he didn't want me bugging him between check out and check in time since I would have to change sites. I have never been treated so unprofessionally. I assume the jerk was the owner, otherwise a regular employee would have been fired for being so rude to a long standing KOA member

I stayed 4 days in a cabin. I was nerveous at first because I drove 18 hours to get there and I wanted my family to be comfortable. And, man, the cabin was great, well kept, and has an unforgetable view to the mountains. Management was very helpful, and polite. Yellowstone Park is just down the road which made my stay here even better.

Park is very close to west gate of Yellowstone. Staff was great. Views were awesome. Close to Utah. Water pressure good. Restrooms and laundry great. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was the first time I have ever stayed at a KOA and it was great - everything was so nice and easy - will definitely be back.

Staff was very friendly. I liked the gift shop. Looked like a nice snack bar but we didn't eat there. The grounds were well maintained. Could have had flowers or decorations of some kind. Dog park was a little small.

This was our first time to stay at a KOA and we had a great experience. The staff was amazing, the place was beautiful and the cabin exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.
