The tree will be lit at City Plaza on Mount Shasta Boulevard following the Mount Shasta Children's Choir scheduled to perform at 5:45pm.

The McCloud Chamber of Commerce is hosting its Annual Dog, Pony and Bike Parade at Noon on Main Street. Join pet owners, bicyclists, vintage car owners, floats and other decorated participants for a trip down main street during this free, traditional McCloud event. All animals are welcome, and the entire community and visitors are invited to attend. Along with the parade, festivities will include vendors, food, free apple cider, Christmas crafts and activities as well as a visit from Santa Clause and Sparky the Dog presented by CalFire.
