Everything was great at this KOA. Check in was easy and staff could not have been nicer. Filled both propane tanks, before being shown to our site. Perfectly level, hook ups easy, what more could you want? Maybe a huge dog park? Got it! A large area to walk your dog leashed around a pond and room to roam off pavement? Got it. Super stay

We had a great site, concrete pad, quiet, clean and friendly. Everyone was so accommodating. We were only supposed to stay for two days, but stayed for 8 days. Laundry room was very clean. I definitely recommend stopping by on your way thru

This is a small KOA in comparison to most other KOA’s but it has everything you need and the staff is extremely helpful. I got there ahead of major ice storm and asked for a spot with no trees which required a upgraded level. I left the coach there for a week with complete confidence that it was being watched and I would be notified if necessary to return while I was involved in family emergency

Wonderful welcoming quiet campground! Got a free upgrade to a perfect pull through site, enjoyed close hot showers!

Men’s bathroom facilities and showers decent, but not nice/clean compared to other KOA’s I’ve visited. Could definitely use update. The back pond area was nice touch.

Very friendly folks. Only drawback is that the sites are so very close together. Makes you feel like you can reach out and touch your neighbor from your window. Otherwise, nice park.

Great quiet park. Fabulous dog park. We had a super level spot. Nice area. Restaurants were good. Staff were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great as always. I rent here about once a year to fish some lakes nearby. Cabin is always clean and comfort. No bathroom but the bathrooms/showers are a 10 second walk across the parking lot.

Very cute well maintained property. Very Nice and helpful staff, very clean & updated restrooms & laundry, pull thru concrete pads level. Quiet property. Stayed total of three days.

Very nice KOA. Large pull thru sites. Large dog park. Large pond with field for dog walks. Quiet even though close to freeway. Will definitely be back.

We had a great overnight stay. After arriving 5 days late due to a repair, the owners not only honored our canceled reservation but upgraded us to a superior site. We & our dog totally enjoyed back property for long nature walks. Location is excellent close to IH 30. Surely will return again!!

This is a great place! Very family friendly. The Bakers are amazing people and keep the grounds looking amazing. We will be going back the next chance we get.

We Loved Amanda she treated us just like family .and the campground was very well maintained. If we would not of found a home in mount pleasant I would of stayed there and called it home ��

We were delayed two days because of the weather. They graciously kept moving our reservation back until we arrived. Great hosts and a good place to stay for the night.

Management 10+, Park is very clean, restrooms 10+, spotless clean, planed to stay 1 Night, after leaving we had vehicle breakdown I-30 in Mt Vernon, after tow to repair shop, I called Amber front desk, she helped find a tow for my 27ft trailer back to KOA for an additional 2 nights while my vehicle was being repaired, wow super kind people, I have nothing but thanks for their kindness and support.

Greeted cheerily, escorted to our paved site. All utilities were great. Mount Pleasant KOA is a regular stop-over point as we journey away from or back towards home.

Only stopped overnight, and arrived late! Spot was saved and long enough for our 35 ft motorhome and Ram 1500 pulling a 16’ trailer! Paved and level! Beautiful little campground!

We did not use the facilities. The campground is in the middle of industrial area next to railroad tracks. We only stayed overnight.

I had been anticipating the April 2024 Total Solar Eclipse for almost 7 years. When I researched appropriate sites for the event, the owner of tis KOA was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Over about a year of correspondence, she kept our 4 groups informed, and reassured that we were going to be near each other, and gave us some tips for the Block Party that the town was throwing for the occasion. They have some very nice spots for campers and RVs, nice facilities, and a pretty big doggie play area (Kamp K9!) It was so nice to be welcomed to the camp by the owner when my big party trickled into town. I hope to return for more adventures soon!
