Very clean, personnel are very friendly. Very nice stay. We'll be back again for sure. This KOA has an abundance of things for kids to do.

unfortunately they lost their biggest attraction. the swimming pond. campground was mostly empty which was good but lonely. when new upgrades are put in, add a camping kitchen. another bathroom or 2 would be nice as well as private showers like most koa's.

My first time camping, it was fun! I am handicapped and the tent site we chose is very close to the store, showers, etc. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed ourselves so much we are coming back to the same site for labor day weekend! I am hoping you find the funds to make the lake site a real pool. Couple life guard stands and this place would sell out every summer!

Could easily be 5stars even without swimming, however with the lack of staff issues the store closed early, the water slide opened late and the bouncy houses never were available for the 9 days we stayed leaving the grandkids with very limited things to do. The park is still well maintained and peaceful stay and what staff is available are very friendly.

We love this Koa. While it really did take away from our camping trip with no swimming… we still found ways to have fun, and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the park. We can’t wait for what the future brings and the many memories that will be had by families here every year.

Our stay was excellent! We only got to stay for one night. Water slide was a lot of fun! Laundry facilities were clean!

We were there for the night while heading to gatlinburg, Bob at the desk was probably the nicest person I have had upon checking in at a campground!!! Very convenient location

Wifi not good, mostly didn't connect. No TV channel guide, didn't know what channel was.

Reserved 6 months early and they did not know what satellite friendly meant When I asked for a different site. I was told I could not have a perfect site because it was spoken for. Staff was rude when helping. After 1 hour I found a site that worked BY MYSELF. The site I couldn't have was occupied ONE NIGHT during my 7 night stay in a poor location. The GM would not help unless I wait 1.5 hour

Our site was mostly dirt, not grass. Made for an extremely messy stay.

Women's bathroom wasn't very clean. There was mildew and soap scum on the tiles and floors. The shower head was really poor spray. Shower head is such an easy fix to make a shower pleasant. They should also replace the shower curtain. And put up some hooks. Other KOA's that I've been to have been nicer.

Our second stay at this sight. Found it lovely, convenient to the major area, but still very peaceful. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff.�would highly recommend. We will be back.

Nice campground, but size of pull through site misrepresented. Not enough room to park our truck. Wonderful place to bring the family for a few days, but for the pass through traveler looking for a few nights of peace and quiet, not so much. Last night we were there, a fight broke out behind our RV. Would stay again, but perhaps in another location in the park. Thank you.

Great campground, but o will not return because of the policy of charging a fee for each pet each day you’re there. I have just completed a trip which included all 48 states in the continental US and this was the only time I was charged for my dogs. The male I have with me is my certified service dog to help me with my Parkinson’s and it didn’t matter

I am beyond frustrated!We were contacted via email that they were closing their swimming area/pond due to unfortunate deaths in the past.However,they did not inform us construction would be going on too!Huge semi trucks filled with sand/dirtcamefeet away from our group of campers.In the afternoon the semi trucks came to a halt because of kids on bikes and running around.Terrible customer service.

The campground needs a little cleaning up. The swimming pond was closed. The restrooms and showers were a little small. There was a lot of trash thrown on the grounds.The water slides looked nice. the snack shack was always busy.

While we were notified of the swimming pond closure, we were not aware of the disruption due to filling in of the drained pond. Trucks delivering fill dirt at 7:15 AM, soil compaction following - all pretty noisy. On a positive note, the campsite was great, the staff helpful, and youth activities continued as normal. We may return, but only afer the construction is completed.

It was under renovation during our stay. The trucks were right next to our camper. 701am was too early for them to start. The staff was fantastic and I will give them another try

Paid full price for a construction zone, 2 construction vehicles parked on our lot. Grill was nasty and unable to use. To much noise and dust. Had to wait for dump truck to move. Terrible stay, won't go back.

Pond is murky. I received notification that you are closing the pond (after our stay). I'd recommend a pool or you will lose all of your business. Fourth of July fireworks were great.

This KOA is good if you have kids. Not good if you want it to be quiet. They are dog friendly but some people did not have their dogs on a leash in their sites which made it difficult when walking our dogs. Our one dog does not like loud noises and they sell poppers at the camp store. So between kids screaming, making noise and the poppers our dog never relaxed the two days there.

In the past it has been awesome. However, this year over 4th of July weekend, it was awful! The owner and management were rude and out of control. The activities usually planned for the weekend were not. Just an overall disappointing weekend.

Had fun but my favorite part of the trip was the fishing. I caught so many 3-6 pound catfish. It was an awesome experience

I love this place. They always have activities going on and always something to do! Saturday glow dance party is our favorite thing to do!!
