The only visible upgrades in the last 25 years are the expensive cabins. We camp here every year but unfortunately this will be our last. We will miss it here but the putt putt, the playground, or the ball fields haven't been upgraded. The mud holes are never filled. Hopefully someday they will open their pockets.

This year trick or treating was 5-7pm. Usually is much later in the evening so the kids can see all the decorations and haunted houses that people sent so much time on. This made it very unfortunate to those sites that spent so much time and effort to not even be able to pass out candy during the dark.

Just didn't the weekend for Halloween weekends. We had such a phenomenal time. They have so many fun events for the kids! Perfect playground, and everyone goes all out for Halloween!! This is our 5th year going and it's awesome every single year! Would definitely recommend!

The prices for guest to get in are OUTRAGEOUS! $25 for 2 adults and a child to come say hi, hang out for 2 hours and leave is entirely unnecessary. $3-5 is PLENTY!

We always have a fun time in the many of visits in the 30 plus years of going to this KOA. Staff is great and the park is nice and clean. But the grass could have use a little more attention the weekend we stayed, it was very long at our site and in the court yard next to the bathrooms.

It was wonderful. The snack shack was something new for us and very quaint. The showers were hot and clean. The activities were awesome but our granddaughter got sick so just did the trick or treating.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were only there for the night and we left early morning so we didn’t really get to enjoy the full place

Loved the activities available. downside to those is the line for balloon & facepainting was so long since only 1 person doing each we missed the magician. we were in line for facepaint over an hour. I would suggest shortening trick or treat or moving up in time , it got dark by the 8:00 hour and couldn't see kids or where we were walking. next summer without a swimming area doubt we come back.

Very disappointed the PA system did not work. Made getting to activities on time difficult especially when setting up your site. Part of the fun of Sunday morning is hearing the winners of the contests, but since the PA system doesn't work, nobody had the excitement of hearing the winners. Took the fun out of it. please get the PA system fixed!

We liked that we’re a lot of activities for the Halloween weekend but trick or treat time was to long & to late (7-9). By 8:00 it was dark & couldn’t see the kids. Trick or treat times should be an hr. Activities should have end times on the itinerary paper since I went to some & they were already closed. Missed the magician because I was standing in line for face painting for an hr.

Grass needed cut. But our lot with a patio was great. Also, firepits are way to deep in the ground. Hazard to get started.

We stayed for the Halloween Weekend. It is always fun making new memories with family and friends. I think the only issue is that, when it comes to the haunted house the time is 7-9 same as trick or treating, maybe change trick-or-treating to 6-8 or change the time of the haunted house to 7-10 or even 8-10 to allow everyone to enjoy the haunted house.

This will be the last stay for my family. We can start by the employees riding golf carts playin on the cell phones. Our entire weekend ok they stopped doing announcements for activities went to office about people cutting through our sites nothing was done. Other campers not controlling there dogs . The rules say no medical Marijuana yet people still did it no security to enforce

We have been camping here for over 15 years. We have always praised how people oriented and attention to customers needs. We experienced a major shift in customer care and lack of resources to keep the solid reputation and events going. We felt disconnected from the weekend events for Halloween camping. Everything was great until our last night. Someone in my group went to the restroom by the office and had to hear racial comments coming from the men's bathroom after she walked passed a few young men standing outside the bathroom area, which included one for sure, but maybe two male employees. Then more racial talk after she was walking back. These same men were spraying a fire extinguisher too.

Horrible experience. Dog Fee, Resort Fee and high nightly fee. Horrible water, construction and rude staff. All combined into the worst KOA experience of my many years of KOA usage.

We had a nice site and there were plenty of things for kids to do. However I was disturbed by the dog fee that was not disclosed when I made the reservation. We were charged for our 2 dogs ( cocker spaniels) at check in and we have never been charged that by a Koa before, which is where we always camp. It wasn’t much but it left me with a bad vibe.

Really run down. Charged an extra $5 for each pet (both our pets are small dogs). Dump truck’s doing major work till 7 pm and started again at 7am. Very rude awakening. Charged full price, put in a site right next to construction and had no warning before booking. Constant big truck traffic at least 20 per hour. Sites states big rig but only a limited selection, had to move our rig and our t

We only camp there for Halloween. Pricey. Campground really needs to be updated, and need to slow car traffic down. Other than that it was a nice weekend.

Haunted house was great - staff is friendly and helpful. Could've had more activities that were free of charge (like scavenger hunt, etc) Also, my suggestion is if you are putting something in the place of the pond for next year, you should announce it now. Many people are already thinking of reservations next year and if there's no place to swim, they'll be reserving elsewhere.

Was great! Hollow weekends is amazing we won the family costume contest it was really exciting only wished the haunted house was open longer or started at 10:00 we missed it because of passing out candy but other than that everything was Great!

I would had like to gone swimming but I do understand. I was disappointed that the website said "all you can eat pancakes" for the weekend we were staying but the snack shack only allow you 2 pancakes. I was not offer a refund for non-working arcade games. I also think the owners could put a little money into freshening up things, like the boat next to the water slide, and the putt putt golf.

Being that we were there after Labor Day, park was very quiet. Park was clean and well maintained. Sites were a little close to each other and the roads between rows seemed a little narrow, which could make pulling out a bit challenging.

We were there on a Sunday night for one night. The campground was nearly empty and they stuck us on a mud lot. We couldn't put out our awning because of a tree, couldn't move the rotting picnic table under the awning due to many many tree roots. The lot was unsueable. We could have easily been put in a lot with at least SOME grass.

We had no water for our first day, which wouldn't have been a problem if someone had given us a heads up when checking in. Also, no one seemed to know anything outside their immediate responsibility. Even the camp manager couldn't tell me when the snack shack would be open, which seems weird

I love this place. They always have activities going on and always something to do! Saturday glow dance party is our favorite thing to do!!
