Two very important issues. We did not appreciate the razors or ATV,s being used in campground as golf carts, etc. Also, the 5 mph speed limit must be inforceded as the dust was not appreciated.

That is the nicest KOA we’ve ever stayed at. In fact, the best campground of any sort. We will be back! The facilities are top notch, and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

The team was amazing. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Terri stands out for helping us the most. She was delightful. The team offered lots of on site activities. The bathrooms and laundry were clean. Clean level campsites.

The place was packed for the eclipse weekend, but the park was clean and the staff was great. Trash pickup was a great service. Camp users were all considerate with no rowdy parties…though you might expect them this weekend.

This was my first visit to Moab KOA. The check in was smooth, the staff very helpful. The reason I rated this as a 3 is because of the price, location and unlevel parking pad. For $131 the least I expect is that the pad I am parking on is level. This KOA is huge and is located along a busy corridor, so it was noisy at night.

Mostly, the stay was very pleasant and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The facilities are great. Saturday night was noisy because a Razor was noisily driven around for over an hour and a half until after ten pm. I suppose someone was working on their vehicle but it was disruptive. Usually, this KOA is quiet in the evenings.

We met a woman employee with short white hair in the "snack airstream" at the pool. She was inviting and personable. She was extremely helpful and we are so happy we met her. Glad you have such great employees!

We stayed here a couple of nights while visiting both Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Very clean and level site. Amenities are amazing and very kid friendly as well. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Great laundry area as well. Close proximity to Moab. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful location with nice amenities. Occasionally heard truck noise at night from the nearby highway. To reach 5 stars, I would encourage a better dog park without small rocks and real grass. It can be done, even in southern Utah. I also encourage staff to devote time to cleaning sites before new campers arrive. Our picnic table was filthy and grill had cigar butts in it.

Easy reservation and easy when I got there to stay. At one point I noticed that one of the bathrooms needed service so I called and within minutes there was someone working on it.

Back in hook up spot could have been a bit wider, and the paper hand towels in the bathroom were so thin they didn't dry at all BUT the workers were very friendly and really kept the ground clean. Loved sitting by the fire tables at night. Would definitely recommend the location.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience at the KOA. The park is well kept and the staff was very friendly. The store had lots of great things and I like that they sent out a text message to let you know any activities that were going on! We will be back for sure!

Nice campground and well kept. Only negative is hard to reach via telephone. Had to text and although quick to respond did not do reservation correct. Would be nice is restrooms were cleaned early AM from evening before. Love the fire pits and bags in the park. Would stay again for sure!

Convenient. Clean. Friendly staff on phone and at check in. Nice bathrooms. Only negative was highway noise.

Nice roomy sites and well cared for park. I saw amenities here (gas fireplaces and cornhole) i haven't seen other KOAs. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only negative comment is that I was assigned a site right across from the dog park, which was in high use. I'd suggest putting people in this site that have dogs. Put non dog owners further away from this area.

Very nicely appointed and maintained campground. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay. The store was nicely stocked and the concession trailer at the pool area was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely recommend this campground to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The Moab KOA is surrounded by gorgeous red rock! It is clean with up to date amenities. The staff are most helpful, too! Highly recommend!!

The Moab campground is a great facility!! Everything was clean and very well maintained. The map made it easy to find the amenities I needed, like the laundry room. All the staff we ran into were very friendly and helpful. Communication by text was great and let me know every step of the way what to expect. Would highly recommend and will stay here again!

What a beautiful KOA and immaculately cared for. So many amenities to enjoy. We were there for huckleberry ice cream cones at the pool and enjoyed our stay very much. Easy in, a driver escorted cart to take us directly to our camp site and easy exit out. There's a bit of traffic noise from the main road but offset by the surrounding park area. Staff were very friendly.

Loved this koa. Nice pawpen, close to parks, near town, restaurants, cute shops close by. Excellent views. Plenty of places to walk the dogs.

number one the park is dog friendly. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it had everything we needed. It is also very close to Arches National Park

Clean amenities, friendly staff especially the store clerks, the pool was nice and warm (it's heated). Highly recommended!

First time staying at a KOA. Had an amazing experience. The staff was really attentive to our needs, prompt, and extremely friendly and courteous. Our site had power and water which both were uninterrupted. On site showers and laundry less than 50ft away. Pool and hot tub were also very nice to enjoy. If you have dogs there is a dog walking area and a play park for all your doggos. Each neighbor that came and went was always friendly and respectful of the quiet times. I definitely would recommend place 100%. Very safe , very secure and if you have bikes easy place to hit the bike trails and ride back to. They also have a bike mechanic station, rack,air and wash rack.

We had such an amazing time at the KOA. We did have an encounter before check in when we called and asked a simple question and were treated very poorly, others in our group had the same issue. I was a bit nervous but upon arrival I realized we were in good hands. Fawn and Jenna treated us amazing! The grounds are well kept, the pool area is amazing! The laundry facility was a life saver! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had so much stuff, towels, linens, toiletries, dish soap, and even k-cups for the coffee. The outside patio was nice with a fire pit and propane grill. Our kids enjoyed riding bikes and playing corn hole.
