While most of the staff was super friendly, one in particular was obnoxious. When I asked for his name the other staff members would not give it to me. We won’t be back.

Stayed in one of the cabins for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. People at front desk were just lovely to deal with. Gave us wonderful recommendations. Will be back next year!! Thak You for a wonderful time. KOA's never disappoint!!!

Our camp site was very nice, had a tree for shade and was clean. The POOL was awesome! My girls even liked the playground. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here in the future!

It was the first time we did a cabin and it was super fun. It was nice to have a small heater to right the cold. Would definitely do that again.

cabin was clean and ready for use! check in was easy and quick. Restrooms were keep well. My son really enjoyed the outdoor pool on-site.

Campground is super accommodating. Something for everyone great location to use as a base area to hit the many hiking trails.

Some sites looked much better than others with cement patios and adderondex chairs and grills. Others old picnic tables and close , gravel spaces. The office was very nice and had many items for campers and gifts. Coffee was $3 ( other KOA offer complimentary) bathroom/showers were in need of remodeling. Liked the single rooms though. At times not very clean. It was an expensive stay for camping

We were tent campers. The sites were very nice. Bathroom cleaning was Ok but the hot water was inconsistent. Also campers clogged the dish washing station and it remained clogged for over 24 hours, we left before anyone dealt with it. Pool and hot tub were great. Plus bike washing and repair station was awesome.

Septic drain for camp site A1 is elevated above ground making it difficult for gravity feed to drain correctly. Camp ground otherwise was amazing. Camp staff was better than the majority of hotels I have stayed at in the world.

Our cabin DC46 was very nice and comfortable. The grounds were nice and well-kept. The only minor issues we had with the cabin was the door latch didn't work very well (door tended to open without deadbolt engaged) & the Keurig coffee maker did not work on the last day - likely the needle needed to be cleaned. The location was great on the south side of Moab and just a few minutes drive to town.

Clean bathrooms, spacious site, pool and hot tub, store/playground/dog run. Our only suggestion- we tried to come in a day earlier. We called at least 5 times, left one message, and never got through. Phone calls directly to the campground would be appreciated.

Everything was great from the desk staff to the groundskeepers. We appreciated the heads up text about the high winds that were coming in...thank you for the great communication. We would definitely choose to stay at Moab KOA again.

People were nice, site was level and good. Pool was absolutely spectacular. But the bathrooms and showers are beyond gross. Doors literally falling apart, a disgusting smell to the whole building. No place to sit or keep dry things. Just so totally gross. I was so disappointed and upset. It's so sandy and after the pool I need a shower.

The past couple years the jets in the hot tub have not worked. It would be nice if there were lights in the pool for when it gets darker outside. The temperature of the water at the showers has been disappointing. The hot water was intermittent. Some nights we didn't get a shower because there was such a long line of people waiting for the one shower that had hot water.

We absolutely loved our stay! We loved our cabin and used so many of the offered amenities. Spent lots of time swimming in the pool, playing in the park, playing games in the pocket park and perusing some of the fun toys and things in the store. We loved having a laundry facility. Going home with clean clothes felt great! 10/10 would stay here again.

WE JUST LOVE STAYING AT KOA !! WE ALWAYS HAVE WHAT WE NEED AND THEN SOME. STAFF IS EXCELLENT. ALL THEEMINITIES ARE FABULOUS.

The people that work at this KOA are amazing. I stayed two nights and had to extend two additional nights due to rv repairs needed. The team was able to accommodate my request with some determination to find an open spot. I appreciated their extra effort. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is clean and organized.

Overall, the stay was amazing! The only downsides were that the pool was freezing and the beds weren't very comfortable. However, the cabin was cozy and we got a perfect spot on the end of the row.

Staff super friendly cabins and grounds kept very nice. My kids loved the pool and play ground. The only thing I would change is the Jets in the hot tub. They barely worked. Over all we loved it

All of the staff is wonderful and that’s what really makes the stay. The people that work at this location are so friendly and helpful. Plus, they make sure we can make accommodations like for our trailer parking. That’s why we keep coming back!

This is a pricey KOA. However, they do have a lovely heated pool and a hot tub! We didn’t use them but nice to have. The individual bathrooms were nice. Great location in Moab. Yes, we’d pay the price and stay again.

The Team Staff at the Moab Holiday KOA was great. Our Grandson also enjoyed the Easter Egg Hunt this past Saturday. Thanks for working with us in reserving our favorite camping site each year for 20+ years running. Faun was very responsive to our request. I just wish the bathrooms in the lower 40 had heaters in them. It was icy undressing for showers in March, but at least the shower water is hot.

This was our 2nd stay here during EJS and we were very disappointed with the staff. We encountered a couple very rude employees, one who checked us in and the man who took us to our spot. We enjoyed our stay last year but this year was very different. We won't be returning and already booked our stay for 2025 EJS elsewhere.

Staff not very friendly. One elderly women extremely rude and short. Will not stay again due to the rudeness on phone and in person. Site way to close together.

Clean amenities, friendly staff especially the store clerks, the pool was nice and warm (it's heated). Highly recommended!

First time staying at a KOA. Had an amazing experience. The staff was really attentive to our needs, prompt, and extremely friendly and courteous. Our site had power and water which both were uninterrupted. On site showers and laundry less than 50ft away. Pool and hot tub were also very nice to enjoy. If you have dogs there is a dog walking area and a play park for all your doggos. Each neighbor that came and went was always friendly and respectful of the quiet times. I definitely would recommend place 100%. Very safe , very secure and if you have bikes easy place to hit the bike trails and ride back to. They also have a bike mechanic station, rack,air and wash rack.

We had such an amazing time at the KOA. We did have an encounter before check in when we called and asked a simple question and were treated very poorly, others in our group had the same issue. I was a bit nervous but upon arrival I realized we were in good hands. Fawn and Jenna treated us amazing! The grounds are well kept, the pool area is amazing! The laundry facility was a life saver! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had so much stuff, towels, linens, toiletries, dish soap, and even k-cups for the coffee. The outside patio was nice with a fire pit and propane grill. Our kids enjoyed riding bikes and playing corn hole.
