My stay at the Moab KOA was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The campground was beautiful! All of the facilities were clean and easy to access. They have a beautiful pool and fun snack shack.

This site is VERY close to the main road so it was loud with trucks going by all day and night. The sites were super compact. I understand this is rocky desert but it was near impossible to stake tents. I bent every tent spike I had and had to dig out holes for the spikes breaking up rock. A little effort like every other KOA to provide a reasonable platform site would have vastly improved

Your bathrooms and showers need to be clean more often than periodically. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Fantastic stay in a camping cabin. Great location to everything. The night sky was as impressive there as it was in Canyonlands.

Moab is a 4-letter word: DIRT. Accordingly, the RV site is dirt. Staff was friendly and efficient. No complaints about this KOA, except that everything is coated with DIRT. This is my third stay in Moab, and three is enough.

This is by far the best campground my family has stayed at! The staff was top notch, the grounds were immaculate, amenities were above and beyond. The views from sites were a wonderful way to start and end your day. Can’t wait to return!

Pull thur sites needed to be regraded as very un-level, had to use three leveling blocks under front wheels, you advertise 80 foot long big rig sites, but the trees and bushes are overgrown into the site scratching the campers painted sides and rubbing on the slide outs and awnings. Watering irrigation tubes running above ground next to picnic table and creating a mud hole that kids walk in.

Stay was good. However the showers were unacceptable. No hot water and couldn’t get the soap out of my hair cause the water pressure was too low!! They weren’t clean and old!!! The gal working out of the airstream in the pool area was excellent in steering us on 2 tours we thoroughly enjoyed!! Kudos to her!!!

The camping cabin was really ice, with Adirondack chair, furniture in front of the cabin, along with an awesome swing on the porch! Fantastic views of cliffs and the pool was spectacular! Super close to Arches too!

The pool area is amazing, all facilities in great condition, partial shade in a majority of the sites, and prices at the store are reasonable. Staff were also very friendly. We had a great stay!

The only issue we had was we specifically asked for a shaded site. We even called twice to confirm we had some shade from the sun and was told yes.. you have shade. When we got there our site had NO trees, just brand new small landscaping. When we asked about it the front desk lady said.. if you want water and sewage you don’t get shade! Which looking around we could see wasn’t true.

Very nice campground and well organized. We had a patio site with firepit and chairs/table which was great! The washrooms are clean. We didn't use the pool but it looked busy but a great for families with kids. the K9 pet area could use some improvements.

I love KOA’s, but this one disappointed me. I’m definitely picky though. For starters, the road noise is awful. I should’ve thought about that before booking. When you live out of town, you don’t know how busy the road is. Second, the pool, while beautiful, had such dirty water. It was so murky and gross.

The front desk were very helpful. One nice lady immediately mentioned Ken's Lake as it was 105 degrees and I had the dogs which was quite miserable. The other woman watched the dogs while I checked in, outside, standing with the digs under the cool mist spray , while I registered. The facilities were very clean.The tent cabin adorable, efficient. Great campground, pool, laundry, views, staff and cabin was very clean. Our particular cabin's bunk room faced the afternoon sun so it got hot and stayed so until after 11 pm which made it hard for sleeping. We stayed at this KOA during a heat wave so the A/C didn't have a fighting chance.

The team was super helpful and cordial. The cabin was super clean. The campground offered beautiful views, and the pool provided a welcomed break from the Moab heat!

Bath/shower building has very poor ventilation, lousy toilet paper and pool tiles need a good scrubbing to eliminate ‘bathtub ring’. Other than those few items that need attention, we had an enjoyable stay

Staff was friendly, sites level with fill hook up and trees on both side to shade in the hot desert sun. Enjoyed the pool, clean showers and bathroom. Hassle free. Close to Canyon Land NP eye in the sky and needles. Close to Crazy Horse SO and Arches and plenty of hiking trails. Peaceful stay. Staff helped us find a few places in town like walker deigs for grocery’s at a reasonable price.

My family and I stayed here for several days with our goal of enjoying Arches National Park. The campground met all of our needs including having nice large sites, having very clean shower rooms, having a really big pool for the kids to cool off in the afternoon and having very friendly and helpful staff. Our stay was excellent! We visited this KOA 20 years ago and are amazed at how its grown

Every employee was great that we interacted with. The facilities were well kept, if a mess was found they were quick to rectify it once told. The service was excellent and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to see and do. I also loved how you could charge things to the site at the pool or in the store, no carrying cards or cash required.

First time staying at a KOA. Had an amazing experience. The staff was really attentive to our needs, prompt, and extremely friendly and courteous. Our site had power and water which both were uninterrupted. On site showers and laundry less than 50ft away. Pool and hot tub were also very nice to enjoy. If you have dogs there is a dog walking area and a play park for all your doggos. Each neighbor that came and went was always friendly and respectful of the quiet times. I definitely would recommend place 100%. Very safe , very secure and if you have bikes easy place to hit the bike trails and ride back to. They also have a bike mechanic station, rack,air and wash rack.

We had such an amazing time at the KOA. We did have an encounter before check in when we called and asked a simple question and were treated very poorly, others in our group had the same issue. I was a bit nervous but upon arrival I realized we were in good hands. Fawn and Jenna treated us amazing! The grounds are well kept, the pool area is amazing! The laundry facility was a life saver! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had so much stuff, towels, linens, toiletries, dish soap, and even k-cups for the coffee. The outside patio was nice with a fire pit and propane grill. Our kids enjoyed riding bikes and playing corn hole.

Campground was great!! The view are so beautiful, every time you walk outside you get a nice gift. The staff were super friendly, will stay here again.
