Jul 22, 2015
Everyone was so friendly. We will definately recommend and stay here again.

The upgrades in progress will definitely be worth seeing. Access to the Hot Springs spa was a great benefit of the stay. Thanks for everything!

Nice clean place to stay! All personal go the extra mile to HELP. One of the best places to stay.
Jul 22, 2015
The facilities are clean and the sites are level. The park is very near many restaurants and shopping opportunities. We really enjoyed our stay there including the evening ice cream.
Jul 22, 2015
Too many people. Too crowded.
Jul 21, 2015
Great stay as always. Very "kid" friendly. We usually don't stay at KOA's anymore because they took our free days away some time ago after forgetting to renew membership on time.I have always felt my free days earned are ours, but KOA felt different.

Another great visit Missoula KOA. Friendly staff and very clean plus a great location. We will be back.

We spent four days and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, friendly staff and quiet. Family loved the miniature golf and swimming
Jul 21, 2015
We should have been told that our reserved space was next to the pool. All the screaming kids drove us nuts. And then at 1:45 AM a loud diesel motor home arrived at the space next to us and idled until after 2:00 AM. This is supposed to be quit time!

This KOA is ok once you get in, but very odd in general. Loved the parking spot for your truck with the camp spot, a great idea, all campgrounds should follow suit. The people working there were very friendly and the breakfast was great. Just didn't love that is was inside a "trailer park".

We have been here before and this park continues its' slow downward slide. I understand the change in the cable situation, but why does your channel listing show Comedy Central as channel 12 and that channel is blocked on the TV?????? Then there is being assigned a spot with all the workampers at the far end of the park. That's a long way for us old folks to walk to the office and other facilit

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We don't know there is a problem unless our campers tell us. Nothing was said about the cable channel. Reservation was made 2 days before arrival. Camper got one of the very few sites left. Our workampers are really great people.

The wifi was hard to connect and very slow. The cable TV had snowy picture, very poor quality. The workers were very strict with bike riding rules and the pool. It would be great for someone without kids or pets otherwise don't breath or step in the wrong direction.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our rules are for the protection of your children and other campers. Bikes are only 3 inches off ground and hard to see when they are in areas of active traffic. Snowy TV is caused by RV antenna booster being on. That and internet access could have been addressed if camper would just let us know.

very ver very helpful office staff. We were in the middle of a huge puddle - over our ankles sometimes - for much of the stay. We were booked into a too-short spot and overflow parking was in short supply. I don't mean to sound whiney since the stay was mostly wonderful

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We had a full day of rain with very heavy downpours that overtaxed our drainage system, however puddles were confined to road and not sites. Campground nearly full when reservation was made. Camper was made aware of size of site and need to park tow vehicle in overflow at time of reservation.

Only deluxe sites have firepits. And the sites are very close together, we had to manouvre very carefully or we would not have even got our slide out. Staff were friendly enough but there is no "camping" going on at this campground.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have fire rings at sites other than Deluxe however at the time the reservation was made the were few sites available for the time frame of the stay. We try hard to meet our campers needs. We are sorry you did not feel like you were camping!

Hot shower one morning and cold shower the next, makes no sense... Have stayed here many times and always the same old greasy breakfast... Mcdonalds tasted much better! Now the part that really bothered me, went to office to inquire about late checkout, as I started my question the first lady point to a sign that Stated "No Late Checkouts" ok no problem, but then the second lady was rude about it.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Amount of hot water will vary based on usage. This is the first negative comment we have received about breakfast. Most find it the best of any campground. I apologize for any rudeness as this is not something we tolerate.

Nice park but needs better dumping station. Only one site and hard to maneuver to.
Jul 19, 2015
I loved the deluxe site I booked I wish every park had that kind if accommodation. The park was clean and staff was friendly I can't wait to come back
Jul 19, 2015
This was our first KOA stay ever, and it was great. We weren't aware there was a lock code on the bathrooms, and had to figure that out. It was a little noisy in the morning when every one left, but at consecutive KOA's, we slept with ear plugs. You may want to sell them!
Jul 19, 2015
nice park and staff
Jul 19, 2015
Missoula KOA was very clean, from the restrooms to the activities, to the sites! We felt very well informed and welcomed there and will definitely be back!
Jul 19, 2015
I love the attendants at this koa. We were a little late getting to the banana bikes but they still let us rent them even though we were 15 mins past rental time:) cheers missoula koa

The park was clean and comfortable. We selected a spot where we could get satellite so not a lot of trees but hubby was able to watch his sports. :)
Jul 17, 2015
Spacious, Neat, clean park and campsites. Quiet. Very pleasant. Excellent amenities
Jul 16, 2015
Some guests rude at 5am ,slamming doors ,etc,
Jul 16, 2015
Great facilities and very helpful staff. Best KOA we have ever stayed in, we have been members for many years. You have set the bar high for others to follow
Jul 16, 2015
reservation was questioned as to why we wanted a pull thru. was not allowed to stake down. bathrooms unclean.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We try to select the best available site according to equipment. Pull through was questioned because we have Premium tent sites with tent pad, park pad, covered picnic table with electric & USB. Stakes can be used in those site and they are less expensive. Thought that might interest camper.
Jul 15, 2015
When I made the reservations, I wrongly assumed, that, for $51.00 I would have a full hookup site. My fault for not reading every word. I was assigned a water and electric only site, with 3 teenagers. I'll not stay at KOA again, there are other facilities just as nice, not as expensive.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do try to give the best site descriptions possible with the limited space we have available on the website. This happens quite often when customers are driven primarily by price rather than amenities.
Jul 15, 2015
We love staying here. Pull thru sites with full hook-ups, a pool, mini golf, two children's parks and two dog parks, ice cream social every night! You can't beat it!
Jul 15, 2015
Very large park but well maintained. Had parking by site for tow vehicles. Nice large dog park.
Jul 15, 2015
Great except for that little curb that i tripped and fell in front of the office all is good.
