Had a wonderful stay. Staff were accommodating and courteous. Pool was clean, showers and bathrooms were clean. Campsite was great! We definately will be back!

Enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly and helpful, my site was very close to being level. Lots of room to walk my dog. Cabins on the outside needed some basic maintenance, otherwise park was in good shape and a pleasure to stay.

Ladies at front desk very nice. Should not be a Holiday dog park mud. Sites dirty and poorly maintained. Limited 50 amp service. We would not go there again

We booked a 50A patio site but got only 30/20A because someone at KOA changed the reservation. Had to move the next day because of this. The setting was nice. But roadways are tight for large motorhomes, sites are somewhat unlevel - roads and sites need updating for larger RVs. More larger 50A sites needed.

definitely an older KOA. could use a refresh especially the bathrooms and services building. our campsite was rutted and muddy so hard to keep clean.

It’s an older campground. We stayed in premium pull through. Very little room between neighbors. Clean and 20 minutes from Mall of America. Holiday because of the required amenities (we did not use any). Many KOA journeys are nicer (though without The same amenities)

They charge a fee for pets. It is per pet per day. They don't tell you about the fee until you get there. I could deal with the fee but they don't even have any pet amenities. Also the spots are really close together. We got a deluxe patio and the neighbors sewer connections were only a couple feet away from our patio.

We arrived to find someone else in our campsite. We were then told to stay in their site which we were told was the same. It was not. We couldn't open our awning. We has trouble opening our slide out due to the electric box. Site was alot smaller. They were escorting people to their sites. Not sure how these people ended up in our site.

Was here 3 nights. Beautiful setting - very clean - indoor pool - games and playgrounds for kids - very friendly staff - zero things to even suggest improving upon - thanks for an ultra pleasant stay!

We stayed two nights. Upon arrival to our patio site we noted many cigarette butts and a corn cob scattered by the cement patio. It was a little off putting at the start of our stay. We brought it up to the front desk and the mess was cleaned up. The showers were clean but the bathrooms are definitely dated. Still the original KOA building. Did not try the pool or the mini golf. Will return.

Lady at check-in was fantastic. Camp ground was very quiet. Very easy access right off highway. Will definitely stay here again!

To small, not much to do, or campsite was backed up to a broken fence with caution tape. Loud in am with business behind us. Dog park was all mud. Fire wood was expensive, campsites were not cleaned up, leaves,, branches, debri everywhere..

Wonderful campground. I've been RV camping for many years and this was the first time I've ever had an escort to my site and assistance getting backed in. Once I got unhitched, I thought I might have an issue with the power pedestal. My portable EMS was showing issues. The manager verified it was a problem with my EMS. Replaced that and all was good. Loved the jets flying overhead!

We paid for a full hookup site but couldn't dump our waste because the water table in the ground recepticle was only about 6 inches below ground level. The showers have orange mold on the floor and curtains. The facilities look run down.

The hosts were incredible and grounds were beautiful. Dogs barking incessantly everywhere so couldn’t enjoy walks or sitting outdoors. Only koa ever stayed where no refunds for early checkout. Even though I gave them a heads up it might happen due to family circumstances. Policy should change.

Very uneven lots. Roads were full of potholes that turned into mud puddles so bad you couldn't stay dry. Vastly overpriced. KOA needs to pay the a visit urgently. This site is ruining your company name.

It was fine. I stayed in site 29 (near the corner and backed up to a local business's parking lot on the other side of the fence). My only complaint was that the phone (I guess at that business) started ringing early each morning and I am a late sleeper! I think they rang it loud so they could hear it if it was outside. You probably can't do anything about that. Otherwise I really enjoyed it.

Charged us for 2 dogs rather than 1 buy fault I didn’t check my receipt. Had septic issues 2 sites away from us and tore the small playground down that our year old granddaughter was playing on. Had diggers come in for 2 days and were there all day digging. Very noisy and disruptive to our outdoor enjoyment. Never gave us any kind of discount for the disruptions. Very pricey for our noisy week.

The only good thing I can say is the place was quiet. the "patio site" we paid a premium price for was a gross misrepresentation of the actual space. The space would barely fit our 43' DP. Virtually no room for our toad, we had to park on the grass. The large trees that over-hung our site had many dead limps just waiting to fall, fortunately none did.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
