We had a good experiance staying at koa, jordan. Dean/Jill/Sharon/John and the manager Jim were all kind and friendly folks.They made our stay feel like staying at home. Would highly recommend not only for the location but for these wonderful people.

We only stayed 1 night due to storm damage at home but it was a good stay. pool we were told was 80 degrees. water was cold but little one didn't care. showers are very nice and clean. site is on the smaller side but still comfortable for our little camper. activities for Saturday looked fun but payment for them

We have been going to this koa in jordan for many years it's always great. My kids love it. It's always clean and staff is always very nice.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the site we were assigned to. The office staff changed us to a different site with no hassle and after we were set up, they came by the site to be sure we were satisfied. We have stayed at this KOA several times when we are visiting family in the area. We will be back!

Nice place to stay when going to Minneapolis. It’s is a little drive into town but nice and quiet nights rest here.

Had a great 14 days stay! Definitely recommended. Everyone was very friendly. Everything was clean and I had everything I needed at my site.

Gravel and dirt sites, bathrooms in need of repair, charges a fee to guest visitors, customer service is hit or miss depending on who is in the office. Conveniently located on I-169 in Jordan but sits behind a concrete company and a landscaping company that makes lots of noise first thing in the morning. Not my favorite site but would stay again.

We requested a longer site to accommodate our travel trailer and truck, and could not fit both on the end site of a row that we were given. Also, someone with a very loud vehicle decided to go somewhere at 3 am and were right next to our camper since we were at the end on the main road. We lost an hour of sleep due to the noise. There were much nicer and larger spots open when we came.

We arrived late at night after informing them at the time of reservation we would be arriving late. Woke up to a call from the front office complaining about “ruckus” after quiet hours. Camper was left connected and not leveled when we arrived to minimize noise. It took us about 5 minutes to park and connect water and power. The cabin was good however ceiling fan was covered in dust and there were a lot of spider webs. Most of the staff was super friendly

Campground is not setup well for larger campers. The campground is nice enough with an indoor pool. We had a very narrow and long site and our hookups were literally right outside our neighbors door which made me put the camper all the way to front edge of the site meaning I had to park in the rear which was at the end of a road and to get out had to back up past 7 sites.

My stay was fine - I believe the bathrooms have been updated since I last stayed - nicely. However I hesitate to say they feel ‘safe’. The laundry is right across and the doors are all wide open to anyone wandering by. At 2am I wakened to see a person sitting atop a picnic table in the dark - who stayed quite a while. Between myself and the building were no other campers … just him, a drifte

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
