The camp hosts were friendly & helpful. Honestly, this should be a Journey not a Holiday - it is getting a old/tired & is not good enough or close enough to Minneapolis to justify city rates that are being charged. We stayed at CG before & after this one that were 1/3 the cost & offered huge sites. The dust from the roads is terrible & noise from adjacent businesses is unpleasant at 4am.

I have to say this is my first stay at a KOA and was a little thrown by a few poor things and a few good things: Pros: - Friendly Staff - Very indoor pool. - Lots of trees - Very dog friendly Cons: - SO VERY CRAMPED.....all the campsites are right on top of each other.....literally. - Needs a makeover. - For the amount I paid I would expect full hookups, not water and electric - So cr

The koa has a terrible dust problem especially if you are in the premier sites. Also a cement truck and landscaping business adds noise and dust in the early hours.The restrooms need an upgrade and a good scrubbing.

Have been to this KOA campground several times—it is a good base camp for visiting family in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sites are clean. Pull-thru sites with patios are spaced well. Other pull-thru sites are too close together,we avoid them when possible.

Very clean, well-maintained campground, hayride was a nice treat. Employees were very friendly as well. We have never stayed at a KOA campground before. I did think it was a bit spendy considering there was no water (other than the pool) no lake, no river to enjoy, especially in Minnesota. Most campgrounds in MN charge way less than this KOA.

Bees everywhere. I got stung on the face. Campsites super small. Absolutely blinding Street light at night that lite up the ENTIRE CAMPSITE. Number 26 $2 for a single can of pop. Pool area with no real ventilation. Been camping for over 20 years. Worse campsite I have been too

Arrived @ 9am & the lady at check-in not friendly or helpful. Spots empty all over and were told we couldn't check in yet or pay $25 early check in fee. I asked if we could leave the camper in the spot and not hook up so we didn't have to pull it with us to the fair. She said they didn't have room. But if we pay, they did. Put in next to fence. Spot very small & construction company across fence.

Very appreciative of the campground hosr. We arrived late and he came out to make sure we got in our spot without problems. Lots of road noise here. Nice pet area. We spent the night so we didn’t use other facilities.

The staff were great, facilities were also great. 1. We backed onto an extremely loud trucking company. We stayed for 1 week and every morning angle grinders and diesel trucks started at 7 am 2. We were not able to move as the campground was book, but not until the next weekend.

We had a great site (104) that was huge and close to the dog park. Some sites are very small. We did have several people walk thru our site to walk their dogs. Road noise was kinda loud but not enough bother us, store could have more options. We didn’t use any amenities. Nice staff. Super convenient location!

The craft we did with our grandkids was not really what we expected it seemed really a last minute thrown together with very little thought put into it. The sites are very close together and not much room to sit as a group at our site or cabin. Alot of noise from surrounding business early in the morning.

Perfect place to stay for Renaissance Festival! Everyone is so nice and friendly and hay ride on Saturday was bonus fun for grandkids. They also live the swimming pool!

Sites may accommodate size of units but a pull through should be a pull through! The turns are bad and we had to back down the row a few spots to get into site! Never had a koa tell us we had to stay 2 nights in weekend. Tried to cancel forced to pay for third night no longer needed. Campground feels like it is all workers staying there staff or construction. Does not give a nice camping fee

We had a wonderful time! What an AWESOME staff. They made it a lot of fun. We felt like the campground was well-kept, tons of activities were provided and we had everything we needed for a fun camping weekend. We'll be back!

We stayed in a small cabin (pet friendly). There was an AC which was nice however it did not keep up when the weather was 90+. Also, the mini golf course is not very nice. Other than that the staff were very friendly, swimming pool was nice, and loved the pet-friendly environment.

Nice shady spots that are mostly level. Nice indoor pool. Internet was okay, you can stream the picture isn’t the greatest. Good location to go to Mall of America.

What a pleasant surprise this spot was. My young daughter and I have never camped before and don't know much about it. The deluxe camper cabins were WAY above our expectations. It was literally complete with EVERYthing we needed to make our adventure even more fun. The inside of the cabin is absolutely darling...well-cared-for and comfortable/very quiet. Owners/all staff were amazing! Pool a plus!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the campsite itself is very nice with several amenities. Only thing is the manufacturing firms surrounding the campsite are noisy during the week.

We were dissapointed in the sites themselves. Very narrow, neibours waste dump was right at the edge of our spot where I stood to cook. Our waste dump was uphill and so far away, at the rear edge of our spot I had to use two hoses. Not pleasant to dump at all. Laundry area had many machines but they were old and dirty. They all need to be refreshed. Good luck.

The young woman at the desk was great...friendly and efficient. Everyone else, not so much. The site is nice enough but the facility is old and worn out. There is grime aroung the faucets, paint is missing, the decor is old and thrown together in unmatched colors like no one cares. The sidewalk is cracked and uneven. Just run down and in need of TLC.

Not allowed to have a tent next to our very small camper to accommodate the kids. Not even able to pay extra for this.Tent sites too far away from the restrooms. Ridiculously restrictive rules not even consistently applied.

Staff was nice. Had issues w/power on weekends. Bathrooms on 1side had pervert tiles up top, loud noises coming from companies all around such as banging,phones,etc. dog park turns into mud pit when wet. Laundry needs updating. Overall I’d say it just needs overhaul of these areas. Great spot for overnight. Dump station hose is broken.

Accommodated us with changes to our stay with ease. Grassy spacious sites for tents, clean grounds, activities for all, and playgrounds for the kids. Bathrooms cleaned regularly and kept clean.

Overall the park was nice. Site 13 was next to very nice park workers and the other side had two small cabins. It was a pull through, only negative was parking behind the RV. It presented a challenge especially if all the sites were full behind you. You had to drive in or back down to the road. Not too difficult but very annoying. Otherwise we had a great time.

Nice easy pull thru site with a patio. Didn't use the site for any thing other then sleeping. Wife and Grand daughter used the pool and they where very please. We stay here anytime we have are camper in the area.

The Deluxe Cabin was wonderful, and fully equipped. Had a problem with bathroom sink drain and someone was there to fix it with a few minutes of our report! The grounds were superbly maintained! A large tree branch fell after the office was closed, but the grounds people picked it up early the following morning. Staff is very polite!

We were stranded in the Minneapolis area for 6 weeks for a back injury while traveling across the country. The entire staff here was great. They were not only very helpful but very passionate about my health condition. Jill and the General Manager, Jim, worked for hours arranging the schedule during a very busy season to accommodate our stay without too many moves. We will definitely be back!

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
