We rented a camper cabin. Cabin was clean, AC worked great, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, campground was quiet and felt very safe. Overall it was a perfect place to stay with our kids where it wasn’t tent camping but still were outdoors until bedtime. I’d stay there again.

This is our travel stop location to and from Yellowstone from Minnesota. Have stayed 6 times. Staff is always friendly.

Our stay at this KOA was brief, but the facilities were nice, clean, and tidy. On a Saturday night, it was hard for us in a tent to sleep due to neighboring (not KOA-affiliated) motorbike and ATV traffic. Once they quieted down at around 1:30am, sleep was attainable. The large trees over our site gave lots of good shade!

Friendly, helpful staff. The site we were in was a bit odd as was very close to adjacent site, set up so both units doors face each other. Okay if you know or want to know your neighbours. We were beside a dilapidated travel trailer that should have been in the dump. Do the KOA's not have a standard for RV's condition that use your facilities? Otherwise the campground is fine.

The grounds are beautiful all in the cottonwoods. I asked to be moved on my second day and was giving a beautiful spot to enjoy my week. Everyone was very courteous and kind. My week stay of R&R was very pleasant. Dont know if I would ever be that way again but would recommend it surely.

Awesome staff. We booked online and when they found out we didn't need a site that big they gave us another and refunded the difference. As we were on motorcycles they made sure we didn't get caught in deep Gravel. Clean showers. A good stay. Not our first time there.

This campground was ok for an overnight stay. Heard they have a 3 year plan to update which is much needed. Campground was tucked back in a neighborhood where I felt like I had to be alert of my surroundings.

With the park being sold the existing owner does not take pride in the facility. It definitely has potential and we will return when the new owners get settled.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lack of perimeter fencing allowed public access which allowed some kids to ask for assistance. Park needs an overhaul but generally good shade and grass.

All staff were very nice and helpful. Unsure why there was a campfire ban. Campground is within city limits and my local restrictions allow campfires inside city limits.

Great place, clean, staff friendly and super helpful with the reservation process. My only disappointment was that the pool was closed at 7 , we arrived at 7:30 and it was super hot and we were looking forward to cooling off in the pool. But I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay in Miles City KOA. The sites are big and shady located next to the Tongue River, the City Park and swimming hole and downtown. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Someone was there to greet us outside the moment we pulled in. That was a relief because our rig is 50’ with our tow. The people were pleasant and welcoming. Showers were great. Very clean campground. Had a nice pool.

We enjoyed the beautiful campground close to the river with lots of huge shade trees. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful explaining the campground amenities and what activities were available in the area. Loved that there was a small store with necessities, gifts, and souvenirs.

Great campground! Host/owners very attentive to campers needs. We had a major electrical issue on our RV during set up and host set up electrician visit at our site for repair. Electrician showed up within 10 minutes and fixed our problem. Amazing! All facilities are clean and easy access. Close to downtown.

It's beyond their control I'm sure, but still an issue. The local kids ride their loud dirt bikes and ATVs along a road by the river. That noise is amplified and funneled directly into the campground. Also, it's right next to a gravel pit so heavy equipment and the associated noise begins around 7 am. That said, I've stayed at this KOA several times. The large cottonwood provide nice shade.

The staff was outstanding...pleasant and helpful and my awning recently broke and had it bungeed; I asked to borrow a ladder to unbungee to put my slide out. It was raining when I arrived and Tony was fantastic;not only did he bring a ladder, but he took the time to secure the awning for the rest of my trip so I wouldn't need a ladder every time I torn down and st up... thank you �

I will start with the people were very nice . The park is an example of no money being put back into the site areas. Most of the "grass" was just vegetation that had grow up through the rocks. The pool is unheated and way to cold to use, so it's just a lure to bring people in. Trees need serious trimming. Giving the Journey designation a bad name.

We stayed in the cabins. We also had family at a campsite. The staff at the KOA was wonderful and very easy to work with! The shower house was very very clean and comfortable! The pool was a wonderful addition especially since we had 100 degree days during our stay! Thank you Miles City KOA staff!!!

Wifi was terrible to the point it was useless, the pool closed at 7PM, the camp store hardly had any merchandise, the sites were mostly just dirt. The only good thing was being close enough to town to walk to dinner.

We stayed at Miles City KOA early August 2022. Staff was friendly and escorted us to the site with no problems. We didn't use the park WIFI but had good cell service. There are numerous trees so don't plan on satellite service, but streaming was good. You're a short walk or drive to Downtown for restaurants. I would stray again if in the area.

We were there for just one overnight stay. The older gentleman who showed me to the site was the nicest guy there. The site was a pull though and I had to unhook do to the power being at the front of the lot. My truck and trailer barely fit(52ft overall length) the site was 8in out of level on oneside. The flys will just about carry you off. I highly recommend not ever staying here. Staff is rude.

Perfect location. Walking distance to Main Street and the Yellowstone River. Facilities are some of the best I've encountered. Clean showers open 24/7, laundry facility, full-hookups that included cable TV. Friendly staff and store that provided the basics.

Very nice owner. So helpful. This very well kept and the cleanest campground we have been to. Great pool washrooms and strong WiFi. I would highly recommend this KOA.

The KOA was immaculate and the new owners extremely friendly and accommodating. They have completely redone the bathrooms/showers. The entire place was immaculate. You can see that they care about the property and guests. Would highly recommend.
