New owners! They had owned it for 2 days I think, always fun to meet the new owners as they are learning how to run the camp. I had a campsite and was 104F when I arrived! Nice shade trees and after sunset a nice breeze made it tolerable. Restrooms and baths were clean and nice. Walked to downtown for dinner. A very pleasant stay.

My husband passed away suddenly while we were in Miles City. The new owners and Tony were very helpful. This campground has long been a favorite of ours.

staff was very friendly and helpful. Be sure to follow KOA directions and not an app. There are low overpasses in town.

Everything worked perfectly for us at Miles City KOA. We would definitely stay there again.

In town for the football game. Stadium and restaurants in walking distance was nice. People at campground very helpful.

We stay at a lot of KOA's and the Miles City KOA was very accommodating, clean and welcoming. We will stay again!

We were only there for one night, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I think the facility itself needs some sprucing up and some of the sites would be hard to get out of if the campgrounds had been full,

The office person was so nice. I especially liked there calling before arrival to let us know about bridge in town ! The only problem was bees which is a nature thing

The only reason for a 4 rate is the conditions of the camp. Long hard summer shows. But we understand. We enjoyed our stay. Checkin was fast and easy. All clean and friendly. Thank You!

It is a clean campground and Ok for camping when passing through. The wireless didn't work. I wasn't credited for my membership discount despite giving them my number when I called in, but they did credit me the next day after I brought it to their attention. It is close to a river that we hoped would be a nice place to walk, but it appears to be a frequented by a seedy crowd that was drinking.

Great stay! Rolled in with no reservations in 105 degree heat. They got us to a spot quickly. The gentleman who escorted us to the spot was super nice and gave my dog sugar so she was a huge fan! The lady at the desk took care of us quickly and was super nice as well. I cannot say enough good about the bathroom & showers! Air conditioned first of all and super clean & awesome hot water!

Very friendly owner and staff. Our campsite was nice and the trees were beautiful. There was a river running through the campground and the cute town was within walking distance. I was told this KOA was the 5th one built in the day and it was 60 years old. I tried to give a 10 rating for recommendation and a 5 for rating the KOA but the site would not let me

It was crazy hot when we got there and our fridge quit, they had ice and a nice spot ready for us. Very friendly hosts!

We stayed only one night on our way east. The campground itself is nice but most sites are setup where your neighbor and your door come out on the same side into a somewhat shared area. You do have separate tables but for us having two dogs we would prefer to have our own area so we do not disturb the other guests. Also the campground is ope all around to the neighborhood.

Warm welcome, and assistance to get settled into our site. Power hookup noticed my surge protector indicated "reverse polarity" on 30amp circuit. Generally not good! Check other sites, same thing. Improper wiring brought to the attention of the owners, said they would have an electrician look into it.

Stayed in one of the cabins. Always a pleasant experience. The Miles City KOA is one of our favorites as it has beautiful old cottonwoods, is near the river for quiet walks and every year we notice updates that shows how this KOA is taken care of. The staff are always friendly and were particularly so this stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed the park, the office staff was very friendly & accommodating. We were assisted into our spot and given all information, WiFi, cable channels, etc. The pool was nice, playground was enjoyed by my granddaughter and the little store was well stocked.

Very nice owner. So helpful. This very well kept and the cleanest campground we have been to. Great pool washrooms and strong WiFi. I would highly recommend this KOA.

The KOA was immaculate and the new owners extremely friendly and accommodating. They have completely redone the bathrooms/showers. The entire place was immaculate. You can see that they care about the property and guests. Would highly recommend.
