If I could submit 0 I would. The management has disregard and disrespect for us as customers. The urinal overflowed onto my feet and the manager said it was my fault because I didn’t move out of the way. He got belligerent with me when I requested my last nights rent back and that I would leave. He stated “ I don’t issue refunds”!

Heather is the bright light of this park. Housekeeping very friendly. Wouldn’t recommend for more than a night or two.

Sites unlevel, plenty of dirt but no pads or grass, no cable and unusable Wi-Fi that you will give up on after a while. Nice office folks but dude in golf cart was pretty rude. Nice pool but cannot give thumbs up @ 65 smackers per.

Friendly staff nice sites…. Pool needed cleaning more often and Internet is non- existent! Very frustrating and needs immediate overhaul!

The grounds and bathroom are clean and the customer service is excellent! I suggest finding a way to bring more internet or wifi availability to the camp.

Staff very helpful from the office to the maintenance staff. Had some minor issues which were resolved quickly. Thank you for being so professional and courteous.

The dirtiest and most unorganized KOA I have ever stayed at. Do yourself favor and go to Flagstaff.

The facility was very nice, sites are level and clean. The lady that checked us in was very rude. We are paying customers and KOA members. The rudeness was unwarranted. Most of the employees of this KOA are very pleasant and willing to help and work hard to make this KOA pleasant.

Giving this place a 4 only because the night staff was very nice. The electric was out while we were there so had no power overnight. I feel like a portion of my stay should be refunded! We had to run our generator all night because we have a cpap machine. Probably wont stay here again.

It was good, you had space for us late on a Friday when we could not find anything else, and we needed to be in Scottsdale the next day clean and fresh, only slight detractors was none working Wifi, and some sort of power problem that didn’t affect us but had the hot tub off limits and I was looking forward to to a soak, minor issue, that comes with running a business, staff were lovely!!!

We stayed for couple of nights and it was very good. We had a back in site against a storage yard so it was quiet and we could still see the Superstition Mtns from the picnic table. We used the pool and laundry- pool was great, laundry not so much. Only 1 of the 3 dryers actually “works” so I spent too much time waiting for the 1 good dryer. Supposed to be there for 2 nights, but had a break down, so only 1 night. It was gorgeous and safe. The walls around the campground added to the safety. The staff was wonderful.

A perfect site for our two night stay. Check in very smooth, employees helpful. We have no complaints whatsoever and will definitely stay here again when traveling this way.

Tent area needs more privacy between campers. We decided to change location due to privacy concerns. We did like the sink by the tent area for washing dishes. It was really helpful.

Friendly staff and clean park. All gravel and a little close to your neighbors. Pool and hot tubs are available but filled with kids all day. Would go back but only during the week while kids are in school.

Our first time staying at this KOA. Easy access with our 40 ft MH towing. Camp was very well maintained and clean. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this camp and will stay there again.

Awesome site, we had the pull thru with patio area, site 51. Very easy in and out, everything was there in the park you could want. It was clean and very well taken care of.

An acceptable gravel KOA on a main road. Stayed here mid-Jan 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #41. General: It's an acceptable option to see some local stuff. The area smells bad some days. Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful. Sites: Our site (#41) was very spacious and had LOTS of room behind it all the way to the retaining wall at the main road. Had daily trouble with folks site cutting with dogs off-leash, and most were repeatedly disrespectful when asked to use the campground road to access the area. Campground Road: Paved/gravel mix. Campground WiFi: Could not connect on any attempt for thee 14 nights. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. But definitely needs updating. Bathrooms/Showers: Shower stalls in an open bathroom environment. Poorly light showers. Laundry: 6 washers (a couple did not work well) and 2 working dryers (1 was out of order). Pool: Did not use. Location: 3-5 min from gas and groceries. 20 min to Lost Dutchman, 45 to Casa Grande NM, 1hr 20min to Tonto. 25-35 min to Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Near highway: Yes. Close to highway and highway noise if that bothers you. Near train: No. Cell: Verizon worked but the signal is deceiving. Spotty and caused issues with meetings cutting out. Could stream but with buffering. Cell: AT&T worked best and could work on vpn and uninterrupted Zoom calls. Could also stream movies.

We are full-time rv'ers. We often stay in KOA's for our short stays. This is an immaculate, well run park. No issues at all and the location is perfect for local sight seeing. The pulled pork sandwich at Papa Bears BBQ is a plus!
