We have information about our rig on file with KOA. They put us in a site that was really narrow and we had a hard time getting our rig on the concrete pad. When we asked to change sites, they were rude and abrupt. The “lead” maintenance man said, “I have been parking these campers here for yeayand I never had an issue”. We will NOT be going back there again.

Convenient, well-managed, great people (shout out to Danny!). Best WiFi of any CG in 3 years of FT. Cable issues but lots of OTA channels. Road noise not a problem.

We were pleasantly surprised to find an on site restaurant. We passed on the tempting BBQ and had pizza. It was huge and very delicious. We wouldn't hesitate to return the next time we travel through.

Considering the weather everything was great but muddy. Only issue to keep you from a 5 was crappy cable. No volume on several channels. Got better reception over the air.

Pros: Staff are very nice. Registration nicely filled. Shower/bath clean. Food is pretty good & delivered fast & hot. Not too noisey despite highway. Cons: Roads are very rutted & holding lots of water. Sites are narrow. Camp K9 is small and crowded with agility stuff. This KOA is good for travelling through. Could use some general maintenance upkeep.

Les sites sont extrêmement petit, il n’est pas possible de mettre 2 chaises sur votre terrain. Les pads de béton sont tous cassés, il n’y a pas de concassées alors il y a des gros trous et surtout rempli d’eau. Le camping est vraiment loin de Memphis ( 30 minutes) sans trafic.

Memphis KOA was above average with a very supportive, friendly staff. The campsite was level, which I definitely appreciate. The store was good size and well stocked. I didn’t use so I can not comment on the laundry. The one item I believe they need to improve is the bathroom. It was clean but out dated very outdated and run down. This is a good place to stay one night.

Only stayed one night. Bad weather - very poor set up for heavy rain. No drainage/mudbog.We had pulled pork sandwiches delivered from the on site/in house kitchen menu - meh. Worst was price gouging us for a sewer hose - online $60 they charged us $190 after taxes. No call back from the manager yet after 2 days and 3 phone calls. Very nice staff in the office, but seriously - just keep driving.

The convenience to highway is good but it’s very loud because of that. When we made reservation there we noted we had a pet and the quoted rate was charged to our credit card. And then upon checking in they tell us there is an additional fee for pets. This is unlike any other KOA we’ve been to and a bit deceiving when reserving and being quoted one price only to pop additional fee upon chec

Great KOA. Nice clean and well maintained. They have food delivery to your camp site. Right off I40 in Marion Arkansas.

Very friendly at check in. Sites are close together, not a problem unless someone wants to have a campfire. It didn’t happen, but I would be worried about the paint on my unit if there was a fire at my neighbors sote

Quite convenient for what we were doing. Most sites looked good and were pull through and full hookups. Our site unfortunately was a lake after the 1st rain and even deeper after the 2nd. Other sites looked mostly drier. They were attempting to drain it across the access road and I was told by man in KOA truck that they would comp us 10%. Haven't seen it yet. Pulled far forward to finish.

Lovely location, friendly staff and a good breakfast. The location is great for activities in Arkansas or Memphis. The highway noise was loud but the free ear plugs allowed me to sleep comfortably and I was in a site located close to the highway.

Sites are wet. Major puddles everywhere. . Major upkeep needed. Low water pressure. The only positive…site accommodated our rig without having to un-hitch.

The staff was amazing. It was eclipse day and traffic was insane. When we arrived the staff was friendly and organized.

The staff was friendly and the site was decent. Right on highway (which they do tell you) and a train goes by often. We like to get food when a KOA has its own and we usually enjoy it but not this one. It wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t get it again especially for what you get for the price. Convenient location.

We stayed two times as a quick stop during our travels to Gatlinburg. If you are looking for a quick overnight, this KOA will do the trick. I would not recommend for a longer stay. It's clean and the people are My biggest complaint is how close the sites are together and the proximity of the neighboring fire pits. It appears to be a safety issue. The water is also brown and we did not drink.

Sights are way too tight, couldn't open my slide with picnic table on-site. We moved it to a grassy area and got in trouble. They made us move it back which interfered with lot next door when they arrived. Ended up moving it back to grassy area. We stayed for a few days to tour Memphis and visit with friends. Wouldn't even consider it for an over night.

No grill at our spot, had to use community grill and it was filthy. No shuttle service. Next to highway and train - too loud. Staff was very friendly.

Spaces are a bit tight. Noise from the interstate was not an issue. Great to be close to Memphis. 20 minute drive. Great staff

tv services were almost non-existent. Road noise was very significant all thru the night. Food at the cafe ( BBQ nachos) was edible, but not good in any way of grading it.

Staff was wonderful. The showers and toilets desperately need to be redesigned and updated. After a rain it was clear that more gravel needed to be added to several sites and the roadways. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

A great overnight stop or base of operations while running around the Memphis area. Friendly and helpful staff round out the picture. It's close to I-55 so access is easy, but that also brings some road noise.

The parking pad (rocks) were so undeveloped on site F my automatic stabilizers wouldn't work. Also, the cable was fuzzy you couldn't see the channels and quite a few you couldn't hear.

We stayed 4 nights in our 42ft 5W. Most of the sites are gravel and are long enough for big rigs but the space between sites is miniscule, leaving no room to comfortably sit outside without being on top of your neighbor. I used the laundry but was surprised to see that 4 of the 8 dryers were out of order. The campgrounds roads could be graded. They are very bumpy.

It's a KOA on the side of the highway, in the middle of AG fields. Very windy when I was there. Close to Memphis though, so there's that.
